I left the first night room had dead bugs on it and the cover was stained up and floors where sticky the floor had bugs on it Crums in between the beds on floor just nasty runnnnn don’t walk this a nasty dirty and is not a three star needs to be a negative 10 and they didn’t refund my money back either

Never use the emergency contact number by their lobby door because it's wrong. Use the one on the website, or call the manager directly or 911. Nobody will pick it up when you're locked out in the morning. No one checks you out in the morning, so you have to slide the keycard through the floor under the door, which was disgusting. If you really want to book this hotel, make sure all the lights work inside the room before you pack your stuff. My restroom light wasn't working, and I had to repack everything into a new room. In the new room, the TV wasn't working. Will never even dream of going there.
