I have got a Kettle on the top shelf in the corridor but No tea or coffee , okay I might have to buy but not even cups available 😂what is the purpose to have a Kettle in room unclear ! The only one chair in the room, all synthetic material was cracked, looking awful. The room is not worth a Money ! Overpriced If you want back to 1950th the room 433 is the one Breakfast was good, choice of food available

Booked the Panorama as close to the railway station. Very disappointing, tiny dated rooms and en-suite, no wardrobe space or room for suitcases, no ac, construction site outside the window, breakfasts very poor, staff sullen. Nothing much to like about this place. Maybe ok if you’re staying for a few days and only have a small rucksack. If you’re travelling and have large bags no space. Looks like a stopping off point for coach parties. Should have notified guests hotel is currently in the middle of a building site. Location next to station good for travel but park between station and hotel very run down with hypodermic needles lying about on the pavement. Avoid at all costs.

Quarto antigo com tv minúscula e chuveiro bem pequeno. Não tem frigobar. Café da manhã sem muitas opções porém a localização é excelente! Recepção cordial com ótimo lugar para deixar as malas. Recomendo! 8/10

Property is currently under renovation but they did not close the hotel for this. They should inform this in advance as it is super noisy all day long, you cannot rest properly in your room as there is noise starting 7AM until very late. I would avoid this hotel for now. Location is convenient only if you want to be near the train station.

Hotel are currently undergoing construction, and all levels are dusty, work are in progress during day time. Will I stay once again? I will think about it.... It is very convenient to railway and bus station, and 25 min walk center.

Would not recommend staying here. The hotel was undergoing major renovation, which the hotels.com-website said nothing about. Our entire floor looked like a construction site, and the renovation also caused a lot of noise from early morning and constrution dust. The hotel room was very small, had a nauseating smell and the interior looked quite old and outdated. Luckily we only stayed for one night.

Good thing about this hotel is the location,it's very close to the bus station and the train station. Our room was very small and extremely hot,with no air conditioning. On a second day of our stay we found a table fan which was hidden behind the curtain. That helped a bit with the heat. Shower did have hot water only sometimes. Breakfast was fine. Front of house staff was not friendly or helpful.

El personal del hotel parece estar secuestrado o esclavizado; están tristes y asustados, no sonríen y apenas hablan. Bueno, la ropa de cama es horrible, las toallas están grises, las mantas y las almohadas son finas, todo es viejo y está en pésimas condiciones, no hay hervidor ni vasos de plástico en la habitación, me sentí como en un albergue para personas sin hogar.

The hotel is conveniently located, right opposite the railway station and near the bus station. The old town is a few minutes' walk away. Check-in was quick, the receptionist, a young man, was friendly. Room 324 was in a poor condition, the furniture was shabby, although the bed was comfortable. The hotel's housekeeping was terrible. There was only one towel in the room, and it was small. The receptionist, of course, brought a set of towels, having done the housekeeping work. Woodlice were crawling on the floor in the bathroom. In addition, the room had a persistent smell of tobacco, the previous guests had been smoking, and the cleaning staff did not take care to neutralize the tobacco smell. I did not demand a change of room, but I understand that, for many other people, the smell of tobacco would be a big problem. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level, the restaurant staff were also friendly. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Sono arrivata alle 11 ed essendo il check in alle 15 non mi hanno permesso di lasciare il bagaglio in hotel. Ho dovuto pagare un deposito bagagli esterno. Stanza calda, senza aria condizionata e con un vecchio ventilatore. Moquette macchiata, bagno vecchio con rubinetteria scrostata. Nessuna presa vicino ai comodini. Wi-fi funzionante a singhiozzo. Rifacevano le camere ogni 3 giorni, ma questo non è specificato nelle condizioni di prenotazione; dopo la terza notte non mi hanno comunque pulito la stanza e ho dovuto chiederlo io alle 19 al mio rientro in hotel. Personale sciatto e scortese.

Hotellet var okej. Frukosten var den bästa upplevelsen. Annars väldigt lyhört sen var inte heller städningen bra. Långa hårstrån kvar i handfatet och på golvet från gästen innan. Sen så ska man nog även fylla på tvål och schampot i badrummet.

Ein absolut solides Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! Ist ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs gelegen (aber man hört die Züge trotzdem nicht). Auch zum Flughafen ist es von dort weniger als 10 Minuten. Gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein McDonalds. Ich bin in der Gegend mehrmals nachts entlang gegangen und fühlte mich immer ganz sicher. Alles ist sauber und ruhig und keine kriminell aussehenden Gestalten weit und breit. Ok, der Name "Panorama Hotel" wird der Sache nicht ganz gerecht, denn aus meinem Zimmer hatte ich nur einen Ausblick auf eine Baustelle. Aber wer nicht dahin fährt, um einen schönen Ausblick aus seinem Hotelzimmer zu haben, wird mit diesem Hotel für diesen Preis sehr zufrieden sein!

Helt greit hotell. Pluss for plassering rett ved Vilnius hoved Tog/ Buss stasjon, kort vei til fots til Gamlebyen. Litt lytt mellom rommene, merket det særlig siste natten da en ungdomsskoleklasse kom i naborommene, særlig det ene med noen gutter som smelte dører, banket på, høyrøstet skrål og latter.

In itself a good place and location. Just felt the lobby was nice and modern but the room I was in felt very dated. No real feel to the room, just a bed and bathroom also no A/C room was very warm and no way of turning the heat down. Location is great, really close to Old Town and you can see the station from the window. Just felt the hotel could do with an uplift.

One night stay to wait for flight from Vilnius to London as travelled buy bus from Minsk and arrived too early, was no place to relax at the airport. Used this hotel for this purpose number of times already and very happy each time stayed. Receptionists are always very friendly and ready to answer any questions 24/7. Greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend this place as amazingly helpful staff, comfortable cozy rooms, central city location and only 7 minutes drive to the airport.

HI, I have never experienced such a negligence from the staff of this hotel.When asked to clean the room nobody turned up for anything. First day of the stay at the hotel there was the hot water in the shower but other days we did not have it so I had to make a complaint to the staff at the reception but they either where making excuses saying that guests should look for the repair people at the hotel to run the hot water in the shower in the room.I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS WHAT I HEARD FROM THAT STAFF.The room wasnot cleaned in 4 days even thew rubbish bin was not emptied.The bed and the bed linen was not comfortable, all spaces in the room filthy ,rust in the shower, hot water poisoned ,my husband developed some rashes on his hand for he was making tea using hotel water.I had to go to the chemist to get the ointment.I just can say-SHAME ON YOU AND WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS THE MOST HORRIBLE AND FILTHY HOTEL I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Nous sommes arrivés a l'accueil l'hôtesse nous dit que le petit déjeuner est compris dans le tarif. Le lendemain au petit déjeuner une serveuse horrible, avec un abord hautain nous dit que 'ous n pouvons pas prendre de petit déjeuner. Nous lui expliquons elle nous ordonne de partir. Good location. Breakfast the same everyday. Pastry only 1 day for our whole week stay and some days when running out of some dishes they did not replaced it. Room could be cleaner, despite hanging the card for the room to be cleaned, we needed to ask in reception as they did not bother to clean it, otherwise no cleaning or fresh towels for the whole week. Bags storage unsafe, as they don't bother to give you a ticket either take the bags themselves, so easy for burglars to steal. Some receptionists/breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly.

3 Sterne Hotel, auch muss nicht viel erwarten, eigentlich alles super. Location ist mega, nur paar Minuten bist zum HBF oder ZOB, super zentral! Aber ich frühstücke gerade, in meine Teller lieht leckere Würstchen mit Rührei, welche schon schmeckt nicht mehr als Eier, sooo viel mit wasser vermischt. Zum Mitarbeiter Raum muss man durch Ess Raum gehen. Eine Ledi vieleicht auch leiterin, ist mit hohch Schuhe wahrscheinlich mit Metal Aufsätze vorbei auf dem Parkettboden gegangen, ich muss sagen, ganze umruhe versaut hat.

Vi beställde dubbelsäng men fick två enkelsängar. Det ska inte vara möjligt att välja dubbelsäng om det inte finns tillgängligt. Personalen var trevlig. Väldigt slitet hotell. Lyhört. Mycket väsen utifrån. Frukosten är väldigt simpel. Rekommenderar att äta frukost på café istället. Receptionen, entrén och restaurangen var i gott skick men rummet var slitet. Nära att gå till gamla stan och marknad som låg precis bakom hotellet.

Very easy to find, just a couple of minutes from Railway and Bus station. Perfect for an overnight stay. I travelled with 2 kids and we were a given a room with a separate bed for each of the kids. Very nice breakfast buffet. Good wi-fi , quiet and nice. About 15-20 minutes walk to the city center.

Dårlig oplevelse. Var lovet parkering. Den havde ikke været der i flere år! Der var beskidt, lamper itu. Alt emmede af at være det gamle Inturisthotel (fra USSR tiden) som det er. Morgenmaden var desideret ulækker. Bordene klistrede, maden uappetitlig og kaffen hæslig.

I stayed here as part of a tour group at the end of my trip and the room I was given was absolutely disgusting. I can only describe it as grotty and like nobody had cleaned anything from the past 3 guests and just made the bed. There was still feces sprayed up the toilet, holes in the bedding, the towels were ripped and frayed and looked grey. There were mystery stains on numerous surfaces and mould in the shower. Things that should come off with normal cleaning.. there was food on the floor and the carpet was stained beyond anything normal. The whole room felt unclean but the worst part was the SMELL. The second I walked in it smelt like stale sweat, BO , mould and was absolutely overwhelming. I opened all the windows but the whole room REEKED. I couldn't believe this was a room I was expected to actually sleep in. And please bear in mind I had just come from a guesthouse in the countryside that had had no electricity or running water for two days because the recent storms has destroyed powelines and I would have 100% gone back to that rather than stay in this room. The only positive is the staff lady who moved me for my next two nights to one of the new refurbished rooms on the 5th floor. This room was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. and more importantly CLEAN! What I can't believe is that they're still giving paying customers the other awful stinking rooms and expecting they to pay for absolutely a sub standard experience. Make sure you get one of the new rooms if staying here!!!
