Sands Motel

Service minimum et propreté limite.

Hôtel pas cher et on comprends pourquoi… mais il y a un minimum d’attentes en tant que client qui ne sont pas aux rendez-vous. Accueil horrible (aucune forme de politesse), chambre des années 80 avec une Clim extrêmement bruyante, salle de petit déjeuner pas propre… Bref on ne s’attendait pas à une très bonne surprise mais pas à une si mauvaise! À noter : on n’est même pas Ioge au sands motel mais dans le motel d’à côté.

Sheet was the wrong direction so was short and pulled out during the night, no blanket and bedspread was as thin as a sheet so I woke up cold at 4 am six hours sleep before driving 400 miles

The pictures of the room that we reserved were absolutely fraudulent! We reserved a room with a king size bed and upon arrival they said they had no rooms with a king size bed. The room they gave us was run down. The floors were not at all cleaned for some time with many food stains and filth. The shower had not been cleaned and had soap scum on the walls. Bed covers were stained and disgusting. Room was dark and thyou could see daylight through the door. The room was not well lit and they would not switch or refund our money even though the room was not at all like what the pictures on the app looked like. Complete bait and switch fraud!! We booked another room for the same price in the same area that was amazing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! You will absolutely regret it. Extremely disappointed! it was worth every penny to stay somewhere else despite not getting a refund. You are better off sleeping in your car. Worst hotel experience of my life.
