Solamente no me gustó , que primero debes bajar y aparcar el coche , subir y hacer el check de llegada , en la puerta del hotel no había donde dejar el auto .Por lo demás un hotel muy interesante .

La limpieza de este hotel es inmejorable, el personal de recepción y cafetería siempre muy amable y trabajadores. El desayuno va de mal en peor, cada vez menos cosas, echo de menos variedad, no hay buena relación calidad - precio. También han quitado el ordenador de la entrada, a veces ayuda tener un ordenador en el que poder hacer una gestión puntual que no se puede hacer por móvil ni por tablet.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are big and well designed for adults and invalids. Great beds and fantastically clean. However, if you ride a motorcycle you either have to pay €9 or park at the hospital.

El hotel es excelente. La única pega es que esta alejado del centro y no dispone de restaurante como tal

Todo ok como siempre… Como apunte, sería interesante darle una vuelta al lector de las tarjetas del ascensor que comunica la recepción del hotel con el parking, es una patata, falla habitualmente. Somos clientes y no hay vez que no de problemas…

La limpieza es inmejorable, sí me gustaría pedir que arreglen el ordenador de la entrada porque a veces tenemos que realizar alguna gestión de urgencia, que no siempre es posible por móvil o Tablet

BLUF - This is not a 4 star hotel. Whilst the room itself is good, the rest of the package is appalling. The hotel claims to have parking, which is technically true, but it is not dedicated, and is in an insecure public carpark for which there is an additional €10 charge (not stated at booking). This is not obvious and not easy to find. Not info fro the hotel to inform you that there is only one lift out of the car park intot he hotel, and that this needs the room swipe card, so you have to walk out of the car park, back into the hotel to get one. There is no restaurant for dinner - a 4 star hotel should have table service and a proper menu - the only dinner option is a very basic bar service cafeteria which is shared with the next door hospital, and has very limited choice, and all the ambiance of a bus station waiting room. The room, whilst large and with a decent bathroom, lacked any sort of provision i.e. no kettle, no tea/coffee, no bottled water etc. The hotel claims that the rooms have a "City View", again technically true, but a view of the back of a graffiti covered industrial facility and some social housing is not quite what was expected. Lastly, the hotel is some way out of Leon, so once you are there, you are stuck.

Staff offered a very friendly service. However, there was some parts of the room with excessive quantity of dust, made me sneeze from the moment if arrival. The hotel was fully booked and there was noise from other guests when I went to sleep making it harder to achieve, even past midnight. Another thing I did not like was that breakfast wasn't included in the fee, neither expedia nor the hotel notified me on the issue.

Es muy agradable, no es nada ruidoso y esta muy limpio. . Suelo venir 4 veces o más en el año y siempre me hospedó aquí.

Solo faltaba que limpiaran entre la ducha y bañera por el resto genial

La habitación familiar para 3 es súper espaciosa y muy bonita. El baño no acababa de estar limpio del todo, pero con el tiempo que darán para limpiar, hay pelos que costará ver. Nuestra mampara de baño no cerraba bien y el bote de jabón de ducha tenia el dosificador roto. El tema telpark del parquing es un rollo y hace que sea más caro aparcar. El hotel está bastante lejos del centro, pero por precio, la habitación es de las mejores.

Très propre mais très bruyant. On a l’impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Canapé lit vraiment de mauvaise qualité, grince ++++ La cuisine est moderne et pratique. Literie médiocre.

El alojamiento está muy bien, limpio, confortable y con habitaciones enormes con baño y ducha aunque bastante alejado del centro

Hotel is being advertised as 4 star but it's 2 at best. I stayed in a superior double room with my partner and daughter. Room was large and so was the bathroom. There was a separate bath and shower so I decided to give a bath to my daughter. The water running from the tap was yellow... There were no toiletries aside from large bottles attached in the shower and by the sink. The one in the shower was a hand wash. Beds were not very comfortable and the sofa bed was hard as a rock. My partners bed was wobbly and it was hard to put them together as they were sliding easily on the floor. There was an armchair in the room which should be replaced as it sagged completely and I also found food in it left by the previous occupants. On top of that parking is very confusing, there are multiple lifts and staircases and some of them only go to the reception and some to rooms. There is no microwave available in rooms or lobby, only one in the staff room, the receptionist was happy for us to use it but there were no cutleries available. No kettle in the room either, only coffee machine in the lobby. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

Todo Genial, buen servicio, habitación grande, limpio. Por poner solo una pega la insoniricación podria ser mejor, al ser un lugar apartado y tranquilo se escuchaba un pelin la habitacion de al lado

Hotel roto. Falta mantenimiento. No se podia usar el aire acondicionado por que estaba puesto en calefacción...

Enero en León, la ventana de la habitación había quedado abierta por algún error y al indicarlo a recepción me desearon “que se calentara pronto”. Nadie planteó un cambio de habitación. Hemos pasado un frío considerable durmiendo.

El cuarto de baño olía fatal, la puerta de entrada se atascaba. Las recepcionistas muy amables pero el portero de noche y el camarero muy desagradables. El desayuno de muy mala calidad.

Très bel hôtel au calme, un peu excentré mais acces aisé en bus urbain car parking difficile en ville. Personnel agréable et de bon conseil pour les déplacements. Accueil possible en français, mais nous parlons espagnol. Très agréable séjour.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms. Beds are super comfortable. Easy parking but make sure to understand well how the parking ticket management works so you don’t get in trouble. Surrounding area is not good but downtown Leon is less than 10 minutes away (Driving)

Hotel anexo al Hospital de Leon, parece un módulo del mismo, incluso comparte el parquing. Correcto en general, pero no es muy agradable su ubicación si vas en viaje de turismo, ya que en los alrededores no hay ningún servicio de restauración, y queda muy alejado del centro de la ciudad.

En el bar estaba super bien la comida excelente, el personal super amable, la habitación que nos toco super amplia, limpia, y muy bonita, pero la cama un poco dura para mi gusto, pero todo lo demas super bien excelente las chicas de recepcion todo genial, y super ubicación para personas que van al hospital esta frente eso esta super genial

Really far out of town, not much in the way of shops or placrs to eat. That left us hotel only facilities. These were nice.

2009 hotel, big room and bathroom, clean & quiet. Free parking outside difficult to find. Located at out the city next to an hospital.

Beeindruckende Innenarchitektur, Badezimmer mit Dusche UND Badewanne. Weg vom Auto zum Zimmer erinnert an ein Adventurespiel. Zimmerkarte unbedingt zuerst besorgen, wird für Aufzug benötigt. Mäßiges Frühstücksbuffet wurde kaum akzeptiert, aber es gibt eine sehr große Bar. In der Nähe nur die Uniklinik.

새로 지은 호텔로 깨끗하고 넓고 모든 것이 좋아요. 특히, 호텔 카페에서 와인 한병 시키니 안주도 무료로 주며 가격도 좋아요. 아침 식사도 가격대비 좋아요. 올드 타운까지 차로 가까워요.

La habitación bien,pero la ubicación mejorable,a casi 3 km de la catedral El desayuno se paga9 €aparte y no merece la pena.Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenía ni zumos naturales,ni leches de soja o sin lactosa...la bollería muy mediocre

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones grandes , y limpias, aunque este al lado el hospital no hay nigun ruido, lo único que para bajar al centro hay que coger el bus urbano que está bastante bien ubicado , y por ejemplo el desayuno buffet muy muy escaso y encima cuesta 9 euros por persona, demasiado dinero para el desayuno la verdad, por lo demás bien
