Very practical with the quiet location and free parking. Yet extra nice. And spacious. Excellent host and agent with very quick communication. Difficult to locate using google or apple: use the what3words app.

Nicely renovated property-like new. Very comfy and nice location near great Pulteney street. Need a better system for venting bathroom as keeping the window ajar makes for very cold showers. Also not being able to adjust heat is frustrating. Overall a very nice stay just a little cold.

The cottage was immaculate with comfortable furniture and a very comfortable bed. We loved the beautiful landscaping, private patio, and location in Sydney Gardens. Was an easy walk to center city. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at the Garden House to visit Bath. It is a well located property, adjacent to Sydney Gardens and a ten minute walk into the city. The property was well looked after, comfortable and modern. A good base in which to explore Bath.
