Tout était parfait, belle chambre très propre, bon petit-déjeûner et personnel à l'écoute et sympathique. Juste une petite remarque : le bar et le restaurant ne servent pas d'alcool et ça n'est pas mentionné dans détail de l'hôtel, ce serait bien de le préciser.

The hotel was hard to find with our taxi. The address on website was different from the on Google Maps and Bing. So we first went to wrong place which was not in a good area. The hotel itself was in a secure place and we were greeted and quickly checked in by staff. Restaurant and bar onsite. The room was very clean, spacious and had great amenities (stove, fridge, microwave). Not really a lot of conveniences near by. Most of the restaurants were near or in the mall. It is within driving distance of the Apartheid Museum and Mandela Square.

We had an amazing time. Love that the hotel is fully and strictly halaal so we could have dinner and breakfast without any reservation. Only we expected a big 3 bedroom family apartment but it was 3 separate apartments with interleading doors.. so there isnt a lounge or a dining area big enough for everyone to be seated at once. Other than that it was fantastic

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Realmente me senti em casa. O hotel é muito agradável, o café da manhã é delicioso, a academia é ótima e o quarto muito confortável! Toda a equipe é muito educada e prestativa. O restaurante do hotel também é ótimo! Foi uma excelente opção para jantar. Lá também há uma cafeteria e um local para comprar bebidas e coisas para comer 24h. Havia lido sobre a questão das quedas de energia na cidade e estava preocupada com isso. Durante minha estadia, faltou luz 02 vezes, mas o gerados entrou automaticamente em menos de 01 minuto. Estava viajando sozinha e não senti nenhum tipo de desconforto ou problema. O hotel é muito central e muito fácil de chegar de Uber em qualquer lugar. Se voltar a Johanesburgo, voltarei ao hotel!

Wonderful staff, beautiful property. Excellent breakfast and gym. We had a two bedroom suite which was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Pontos positivos: fácil acesso, estacionamento com segurança, quartos amplos, atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. Pontos negativos: embora amplos, quartos carecem de manutenção. O nosso tinha uma goteira próxima ao banheiro e o chuveiro praticamente nao saia água. Café da manha com poucas opcoes.

I have stayed here a few times and the staff are always amazing. however, they have changed their restaurant to become a conference venue so breakfast and supper are served at a small bistro at reception, it is not the best place to sit and have a meal, noisy and cold - not intimate at all.

The staff was so friendly, always willing to help . Even the cleaning crew always greet you with a smile whenever they pass . Loved the breakfast, more than sufficient items to choose from. The room was spotless and clean.will definitely come back

Overall good. TV in the bedroom did not work. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Staff friendly.

It was overall a great stay. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and I hope they sort that out. It however didn’t take anything away from my wonderful stay.

Room was clean, air conditioning fine. Common area such as bathrooms not cleaned often necessarily, garbage cans still full the next day. Food service at restaurant sparse, butternut soup was delicious. Our second night there, they had very limited offering due to an event they had there which was very very disappointing, only 3 options available hamburgers, chicken sandwich or pizza. Wanted a salad and their soup but was not offered because of group. Bar service was only one lady who was incredibly slow, was a makeshift bar at the back of pool area…was very strange.

Rooms are convenient with kitchenette but have either TV or AC problems. Had to change room twice due to AC issues. Restaurant menu is very limited with hardly any vegetarian option.

Most staff were very friendly and accomodating with our requests. The staff at the breakfast cafe were the best and the food was amazing. Only downside is it was very noisy at night and we struggled to sleep with the noise of people outside and in the passage. There was a car with a loud exhaust that was reviving its engine on thr property around 11.30pm and went on for a while before it drove off.

There was a bit of confusion on check in but they finally got all right. The room was clean and quiet with good a/c. Breakfast was good enough. The staff was helpful.

I had a good experience with the Hyatt in New York, but their Johannesburg Residence was a disappointment. The bedside lamp burned out; the window blackout was broken; the electrical outlets were faulty; there were no charging devices; and I had to complain about the loud conversations of the neighboring guest after midnight. I hope they conduct an inspection of this facility because it doesn't meet Hyatt standards.

La única queja que tenemos fue que habíamos solicitado el servicio de transporte del aeropuerto hasta el hotel y nunca llegó, tuvimos que resolver con Uber. A pesar de llamar al hotel no se disculparon.

No heating in the room - I informed the desk 3 times, and finally, upon my departure, the gentleman behind the desk asked dutifully how my stay was, and when I told them there was no heating or communication from their team regarding the issue, there was a blank stare in return. Team made no effort to change rooms, or compensate me in any way, despite my colleagues insisting I demand a new room or a free room. The bed had a tilt to it and my night was really not good, (sloped, and cold), and the sheets were torn (at my feet, not a big worry, but...) There were air fresheners, in the dining room, above the tables to boot, which then coated me in a lovely scent, along with my food. The same was outside on the small deck, the smell was overwhelming. Also, in the middle of my meal the waitress asked me to close my invoice as she was clocking out for the day. A suggestion - do it first, before I eat, or after I eat, but not when I have a fork in my hand! Also *not* clear to me that this is a 'halaal' hotel. I have no problem with it, but clearly my search for a cold beer after a long day was limited to soda and the like. Should be made much more clear on the website... Staff was nice - they certainly felt like they were not really empowered to make a decision, (move my room for example). Sadly, I can't recommend the hotel.. not on the basis of my interactions with the front-desk staff about my room, my poor bed, and no heating (temps were 7-9c at night)

Experiência muito ruim, fiz em uma mesma reserva, a reserva de 2 quartos, pagamento pelos dois quartos juntos antecipadamente. Ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que um dos quartos foi cancelado por falta de pagamento, ao mostrar o recibo com o pagamento dos 2 quartos informaram que o hotel estava cheio. Só começaram a tentar resolver o problema quando começamos a filmar, o que tentaram sobre muita grosseria e ameaças, impedir de fazermos. Conseguiram um outro quarto, mas queriam que assinássemos uma ficha em nome de outra pessoa, mais uma vez tivemos que brigar para resolver isso. Ao chegar no quarto a coberta estava completamente úmida, ao reclamar, colocaram a desculpa de que lavaram o cobertor, mas por causa do tempo chuvoso não deu tempo de secar e que não tinham outro cobertor para disponibilizar. O único ponto positivo da estadia, foi a equipe do restaurante, que foi muito solicita e simpática, principalmente a Sinethanba, que é um oásis de simpatia e competência naquele hotel. Definitivamente não volto mais.

Overall, the customer service was amazing. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. Food choices were limited. However, there are restaurants in the area that are walking distance, including a grocery store. I definitely recommend this location.

My stay at Hyatt House Sandton was extremely disappointing. My initial requests before arrival were ignored, and I ended up being moved between three different rooms due to broken air conditioning, a nonfunctional TV, missing amenities, and even an oven that exploded. Housekeeping never delivered basic items like washcloths without repeated requests, and service was slow, unresponsive, and at times unfriendly. The final room still had broken fixtures, no working phone, and constant noise from the pool and restaurant area. While one front desk agent tried his best, overall the experience was unacceptable for a Hyatt property, and I will not return.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. However, we arrived for check in just after 14h00 and still had to wait about 20 minutes before a room was allocated.

Hotellet var greit, men lite hyggelig og mer et konferanse hotell enn til ferieopphold. Veldig bra og hyggelig service. Begrenset utvalg til frokost. Vi spiste enkel middag der en gang, og det tok ekstremt lang tid og var ikke spesielt godt. Hotellet ligger ikke spesielt sentralt til, så man er avhengig av Uber. Jeg ville valgt et hotell sentralt i Rosebank i stedet.

Nice vibe, good staff, warm n friendly. Close access to major roads so conveniently located. Hotel = good use of space. Lovely tree top chill area. Improvement = better pillows, bathroom sink(tiny), need better selection on dstv channels.

Reasonable stay. Breakfast choices limited. Away from the buzz of city n airport.

Breakfast was cold and all the reception said was next time it will be hot. Only 1 person had hot water for their shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was excellent. The rooms have lovely wood floors and having a kitchenette was very useful. The hotel was very quiet and the heating unit was soundless and effective.
