It was ok, nothing to brag about but it was an ok stay. Front desk closed at 6am when we went to check out. Strange

The front desk manager was extremely helpful with our ever changing schedule and needs. I have changed our reservation twice already and she was very helpful, patient and friendly!

I have only two problems with this property. A the price is a little steep and B the room next-door played loud music at four in the morning, drinking and yelling as well as the day before all afternoon. I don’t know why the staff doesn’t come up and stop this kind of behavior because for quiet clients like me it affects whether I will be returning or not.

Arrived at the property at 11:55 due to a delayed flight. Doors were locked. Front desk had a metal, locked gate covering the opening. I was required to call a service to gain access. Was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in being it was after 2am. It was 11:55 my time, and was hung up on. Called back, was again told it was after 2am and hung up on. (This was also after indicating on reservation that we would be a late check in due to flight time.) Cleaning staff opened the door and was able to let myself and another patron check in.. It only got worse from there. When I opened the hotel room door, no less than a dozen bugs scattered across the floor and counter tops when the lights turned on. There were bugs in the tub and sink too. Checked for bugs in the bed to find no mattress pad on the bed. I have never seen a room filled with so many bugs in my life. Tried checking into another hotel, but surrounding rooms were all booked. Contemplated sleeping in our rental car instead of the bug infested room, but eventually slept on top of the covers to get at least a few hours of sleep hoping nothing would crawl on us.
