Ren och fin hotel med vänliga, hjälpsamma personal. Frukosten var underbar. Sängarna var sköna. Vi bokade även massage och den var fantastisk. Helt nöjd med vistelsen.

Horrible experience- a/c did not work (we spent one night there in the middle of hot Summer). I went down to the reception in the morning and told staff about it. Staff was not helpful at all, they offered to comp us for parking - some 12 euros out of 540 euro bill. I asked them if they can do any better and they offered late check out. Staff also said that i should have complained about a/c the night before and that they would have given us a new room that had functioning a/c, whole hotel was hot and at that point i said they knew a/c was not working, receptionist insisted that they would have given us another room where a/c was working. After not getting the staff to make any amends I went back to our room and on my way asked one of the cleaners if a/c was broken - poor woman was all sweaty and she said yes a/c was kaputt. I told receptionist that a/c was broken and she insisted that it was not, but restaurant and lobby were both unbearably hot. We were leaving and staff was not helpful in making amends. Once got down to garage to pick up our car, hotel manager came over and asked me to return hotel towels - we used hotel towels to go to the beach. After back and forth i managed to explain to her that we returned the towels to the spa after coming back from the beach. Very unpleasant and unprofessional way to handle this - she never boarded to check with spa staff if we returned the towels. Overall horrible experience- staff should have been honest and more professional.

Room was clean and the property grounds were maintained. Our balcony had too many cobwebs to feel comfortable sitting there. The staff was nice. Especially helpful was one of the front desk staff in arranging a driver for us. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a name tag.

La chambre est propre, confortable et avec un grand balcon. L'acces est facile, avec un parking privé. Très calme, bon petit déjeuné en buffet.
