Walking distance to Bell Rock hiking path. New wing is spacious, clean, beautiful shower with river rock theme. Though front desk houes are limited, appreciate their friendliness and family atmosphere. Big parking lot!

No pool, no ice, no elevator, discordant disturbing sound like a generator or air conditioning unit. Beautiful room and amazing views with a community rooftop patio. Staff was very nice. Walking distance to stores, shops and restaurants.

The front desk clerk working was confusing as I told him I had a dog at check in he didn't charge me for the dog and then attempted to act as if we were not trying to pay the dog fee . Very confusing not to mention they don't have a pool not worth the bit if savings for being harassed and cherry on top no pool never will stay here again

Basic accommodations, no real amenities, no housekeeping unless requested and no recycling opportunity readily available which to me is essential when traveling. Cash discount was appreciated and staff did give us a coffee maker for our second night’s stay. Apparently that is not included with a “standard” room

It was a nice two day trip to Sedona.This hotel is closer to the hwy which was good. It's just a quick drive to the Tlaquepaque Village and other shops,galleries and restaurants. You could see Bell Rock from the second floor, outdoor roof deck. They have many tables and chairs up there to enjoy the view.There are no elevators, but the suite rooms were spacious. The staff was super nice and informative. There is a great chinese restaurant next door. It's in the same parking lot area. No ice machine but there's a Circle K right across the street. TV watchers they only have free tv, so no football lol

Room was very clean, good location close to a lot of trails and food options, reasonably priced. The front desk staff, I believe it was the couple who own the lodge, were so incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming by offering tips and recommendations for the area and they even printed out a list of restaurants open over the holiday that we were there for. They truly go above and beyond for their guests, I highly recommend supporting this wonderful family owned business if you’re in the area.

The lodge was wonderful and so close to everything! My only complaint was that the floors were filthy.. our feet were completely black if we walked in the room barefoot. Other than that, it seemed very clean!

Clean rooms and peaceful lodge between DT Sedona and Red Rock. Room was complete will all the necessary amenities, otherwise they have it all in the front desk. From all sorts things that you can borrow like iron, books, or board games. Front desk attendant (might be the manager)🤔 was really knowledgeable and accommodating. Will definitely go back to this place on my next visit to Sedona.

We canceled our stay here when we found the room littered with bugs, half alive half dead. We were offered no apology or explanation by the staff onsite, and felt uncomfortable staying there. It seemed like a nice place but needed a deep cleaning.

We booked this stay last minute and weren't sure what to expect. We ended up being blown away, not only by the room but also by the views from the property. The room was huge for two, the bed was very cozy, the shower was wonderfully warm, the digital fireplace was a lovely touch, and from the patio was a near-unobstructed view of Bell Rock. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Spacious room but no night stands. AC can barely cool the room and is noisy. AC was set at 62F, the room temp is 72F. Bathroom has a nice design, but lack of usability/practicality, almost zero space for toiletries. Shower is big with fancy walls, floor, but no shelf for soap, shampoo etc... no shower door. what is the use for a big shower, but I can't utilize the space, since I have to stay close to the shower head to avoid water splashing out to outside. There were mosquitoes in the room. I think we got a renovated room. It's not worth $170/night that we paid.

Beds are noisy and uncomfortable. Amenities are sparse. Telephone message screen lights up every 2 minutes throughout the night lighting up the room. We had to throw a towel over the phone. Interior rooms are small and entered through a narrow corridor reminiscent of a boarding house. Small window looks out to a wall. No closet for hanging clothes. Wood chair is used as a perch for the TV cable box. I really wanted to like this place as the manager was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately the interior rooms and corridors are claustrophobic. Hopefully exterior rooms are better.

Rosemary checked up in late and was very friendly and polite. Room as excellent -- clean and bathroom was updated and very clean. Parking was ample and easy in and out to main road. Next time I will rent the bigger room since we like to come in early and relax before going to bed.

Our stay was great, thank you! We were meeting relatives from out of state in Sedona and it was questionable as to whether or not we would be staying the 2 nights, or at all. One of the relatives we were meeting up with spent the entire time in VVMC - poor guy. But he received excellent care and we were able to visit with him and also with his wife. Rosemary was very helpful in assuring us that under the circumstances, we could cancel with no penality if we had to. I really appreciated her attention and concern. The gentleman in the office was most gracious when we checked in and we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable. PLUS, it was easy walking to the Bell Trailhead and Colts restaurant!! We will stay there again, thank you!

Located in Oak Creek Canyon, this place is quiet, and the staff go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and offer suggestions if asked. Lovely rooftop balcony allowed for tranquil evenings conversing with others, plus an excellent Chinese restaurant next door.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The staff was very polite and helpful—she guided us about the local area and suggested great places to visit. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views all around. The location is also perfect, as everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Our new Favorite Hotel. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, great recommendations for dining and shopping. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quiet/safe location, and very close to hiking trails. Cant wait to come back again.

I am here for seminar, I booked here because close to Bell rock and really good price! It’s small room but, just sleep so it is okay, a microwave and refrigerator in the room. the room was quiet and so cozy, front desk clerk the lady was very kind. There is a good Chinese restaurant next door, I had dinner mostly every night!

The hotel’s location is outstanding, just a few meters away from the emblematic Bell Rock and a 15 minute drive from Sedona. The staff were an absolute joy! The room, while a bit outdated, was quite comfortable. No breakfast available but plenty of options nearby. This is the best choice while visiting Sedona without breaking the bank.

Located in Oak Creek Canyon, this place is quiet, and the staff go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and offer suggestions if asked. Lovely rooftop balcony allowed for tranquil evenings conversing with others, plus an excellent Chinese restaurant next door.

Quiet, clean, and cute lodge, certainly more fun to stay in than a regular motel. Also, there was plenty of close parking. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone planning a trip to Sedona.

It was a nice two day trip to Sedona.This hotel is closer to the hwy which was good. It's just a quick drive to the Tlaquepaque Village and other shops,galleries and restaurants. You could see Bell Rock from the second floor, outdoor roof deck. They have many tables and chairs up there to enjoy the view.There are no elevators, but the suite rooms were spacious. The staff was super nice and informative. There is a great chinese restaurant next door. It's in the same parking lot area. No ice machine but there's a Circle K right across the street. TV watchers they only have free tv, so no football lol

Super cute place to stay!! Room was comfortable and clean! Plenty of hot water and pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. We even had a mini fridge. They have a sun deck which was perfect for evening relaxing! Front desk recommended Pagos Italian Restaurant, and OMG!!! Amazing food!! Service was awesome!!

If you're looking for a clean room, a clean bathroom, a quiet place to get some rest no amenities, but you don't need amenities to go to sleep. If you need something, there's a Circle K across the street and across the street, there's also bell rock within hiking distance, there's a kick ass pastry shop down the street. They have some wonderful croissants, love the place fact I'm going back up in 2 weeks to spend another night.

Rosemary est d’une gentillesse inouïe qui redonne fois en l’humanité. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu rester en raison d’un problème avec notre voiture de location mais Rosemary a été tellement accueillante et attentionnée envers nous que les longues heures d’attente pour la dépanneuse ont été le fruit d’une magnifique rencontre. Un énorme merci pour son soutien à cette femme au grand cœur. Notre chambré était très propre est soignée. Rosemary nous a expliqué en détail toutes les possibilités dans les environs. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons et en attendant nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel à tout voyageur!
