Just a little different, stains on the bed comforter and elevator was dirty. Just a bit dirty

A worn out hotel needing a good cleaning and renovations. New small sink install poorly done, no countertop to hold personal items, flooring in bathroom held together with red duct tape, sofa bed area never cleaned and no bedding in room. Had to get from front desk. Pool not available as it was being used by many small kids and parents who appeared to come and go using it like a community pool. And only 1 tv remote to use for 2 tvs which were in separate rooms. While it was a lower price for room, this hotel was gross and brand has gone gone way down hill. Used to be one of our top choices...no more!

It was the worst dirtiest rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will never be back there again. They overcharged the room is not what I asked for the sheets were dirty. The blanket looks dirty. I wouldn’t even eat the breakfast there. Complete crap

It was a nice hotel just needed to be cleaned a little more. Our sheets had a few spots on them that was stained. We had an issue of people above us jumping around. We went to call the desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to call the office on my cellphone. He said he would go up and see about it. It only got worse so I walked to the lobby and told him. Once again he said he would go up there. It didn’t stop. I finally hit my 1 year old asleep around 11pm and they was still jumping around when I got up to pre at 2. Then when we got up at 9 they was jumping. He didn’t take care of the issue at all or even offer to move us or anything.

The staff was helpful, the room was relatively clean. The property is clearly old and has some issues with disrepair that could be addressed. It was good for what it was.
