Basic standard room. Good price. 1st floor rooms have higher ceilings than upstairs rooms. Pool was open and families with children were enjoying it tremendously.

The staff is working hard on the place, but it’s still pretty run down. Pool and exercise area smelled bad and had a lot of broken equipment

We stayed here just to get out of the house and let the kiddos swim. Some reviews had me nervous but overall it was a great stay. The breakfast could have had a better selection but it did the job. The only complain was the pool area had an odor and the water was green.

The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator door slower than watching paint dry, the window in our room had a huge crack that was taped together. Toilet ran every 70 seconds, that was very annoying. I did Let the front desk know upon my exiting about the toilet (so they could fix it). They did not seem interested. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very basic, Cheerios follows by fruit loops in the same dispenser. Could not get the fruit loops until the Cheerios are gone. All in all, if you only need a room for the night and you have a good sense of humor…..it did the job. Would not recommend staying more than the single night.

The pool area felt dirty upon entry. They didn’t want to give us towels and when they did they gave us about five towels for 10 people so we had to share.

This stay was awful. I should have known from the moment we walked in and the pool was green, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. Our first room from night 1 had an AC that slightly worked. We did not mention it and did not complain because there seemed to be many complaints coming in. We unexpectedly spent a second night. Good thing because my daughter left her fugler (toy) that she got for her birthday and I asked the front desk about if they had seen it. They started speaking in another language and then the maintenance man went out to HIS CAR and got it. They were going to take it! WHAT! Continue on, we still planned to stay. Get to our room.. The tv didn’t work. No big deal but two unhappy kiddos. They decided to move us rooms though. We moved rooms and our AC didn’t work. That we couldn’t deal with. We had a heat advisory this weekend and we gave it two hours before even mentioning it because everyone was complaining about stuff but it was 9:30pm and our room was 81 degrees. They come in and replaced the whole unit and just walked out. This stay was awful from the moment we walked in, until we left. My friend found a whole fingernail in their bed. Our other friend had their AC not working in their room either. Do not stay here! This is your warning.

Please! Don’t waste your time on this Motel!! It is falling apart! Dirty, old. Everything is broken. Elevator, pool, toaster. You can’t call this breakfast including!! Really poor.

Had a great time. They are making necessary repairs and definitely trying to fix it up. It's definitely got older aesthetics, but we were happy with the condition. Did not smell. The pool was clean and nice and cool. (We aren't fans of the heated indoor pools). Was not overpowered with chlorine. Our room was clean. Bedding was dingy but not dirty or stained, just older. Pillows were very comfortable. Bed wasn't comfortable nor uncomfortable, but just pretty basic with a light pillow top. Room was quiet. AC was working but blower was not very strong. They did however have several units in boxes ready to install, so this is part of their upgrades coming. It worked enough to keep our room cool plus we also had our own fan for noise that we just placed in front of the AC to help circulate the cool air. The breakfast was pretty minimal. Just biscuits and gravy, toast, and cereal. Juice and coffee too. The buscuits and gravy was good. I do wish they had a fruit option, but all n all we were fed. On a budget this was the perfect spot and we will return. $100 deposit required at check-in. (More if you have a pet I believe) We opted to pay this in cash, so we wouldn't have to wait for refund to card. At checkout we did a walkthrough of the room with the worker and got our deposit back before leaving. No issues at all. So if you notice any damage at check in, let them know right away. The employees were so kind. Even gave us extra towels when asked.

The hotel was undergoing construction and guests were allowed to smoke right outside front entrance. Had plenty of parking for our RV and I felt safe. Quick uber drive to many restaurants nearby!

Found cocroches crawling on my hand while sleeping. Kids freek out due to clealiness.

Lots of undoccumited people hanging around inside and outside. Pool had tons of hair in it and rocks all around the walk around it. Garbage not picked up in the hall ways. Hall ways Not vacumed. Got bed bug bites all over me. Had 3 day reserved. left after 1 nite. Worse hotel ive ever stayed in.

I fully understand that when one chooses a hotel that is far cheaper than others in the area, you can’t expect 5 stars. That being said, this place a dump. My room (203) was humid and smelled like a combination of mildew and stale pot smoke. The clothes I brought home with me carried the nasty smell! I even went out and picked up a can of Febrese which helped only marginally. The floor was visibly dirty in the room and in the hallway. Breakfast was a joke, even for continental. I actually have nothing good to say. I will not be staying here again.

The front desk employee was nice. The place was dimly lit. Upon entering the room the air conditioner was broken, there was a paw print on the bed, makeup on the pillows. There was an odor throughout the hotel. Then the toilet was broken. The pictures of the room are misleading and it was not clean. It was myself and two daughters and I did not feel safe. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes.

The room had an unpleasant odor, room wasn’t clean, appeared to be dried vomit down the side of one of the beds, no wash cloths in the room, candy and other unknown items inside the heating/air conditioner.

The hotel was just gross. Our room smelt bad and was very dirty.

Hotel was nice. I did note that the towel rack in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty with thick dust. For the dust that was hanging from it, the vent had not been cleaned in months. Also, I went to use a face cloth and it appeared that it had some blood on it. The face cloth was clean and hadn't been used.

The hallways and the elevator were really dirty. You could tell the elevator had not been swept or wiped down in a long time. Our bedding looked dirty. We could not tell if it was all just stained, or truly dirty. There were spots on our pillow cases, sheets and comforters.

This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in awhile. Upon entry the windows were dirty and the floor covered in debries. The hallway and elevator were the same. Smushed cheerios in the elevator that were never cleaned. Our room smelled like old man sweat and the shower curtain was covered in mildew and mystery dirt. The towels were stained and the bedspread had visable dirt. The floors did not look vacuumed as did the hall. A man spilt syrup by the elevator and I watched staff yell at him but leave the mess behind. It was still there 30 minutes later and staff was sitting outside smoking.

This hotel has potential, but I am afraid that the new owners are going to destroy the property and the Comfort Inn brand name with it. Here is the list from our 5 night stay. 1. The non-smoking room stank with the strong stench of smoke. We sprayed air fresheners every day and it still did not help. 2. On arrival the toilet would not flush due to some sort of clog. I borrowed the plunger and cleared it myself. 3. The bathroom fan vent was filthy and had restricted air flow. I am tall so I cleaned it 4. one of the small floor tiles at the entry way kept popping up revealing sharp dangerous corners for bare feet. I brought in tape from my truck and the maintenance guys taped it down. Looked horrible, but is now safe. 5. The air conditioner drips its condensation on the rug instead of outdoors. The maintenance guys pulled the unit out, but did not clean the obviously clogged drain line. The did not speak any English, so they just smiled and shook their heads when I asked about the clog. The used a wetvac on it that night, but by the 5th night the carpet was wet 6 or 7 feet from the AC unit. I used a tarp I had in my truck to keep our feet dry. 6. The refrigerator did not cool, even on the coldest setting. Our first night's leftovers we were saving were spoiled and made inedible. The desk clerk and I swapped the good refrigerator from the empty room next door. 7. The brand new sofa bed has no padding over the coils 8. The public restrooms had no paper towels 9. more..

Room and facility is not horrible, but not great… The main issue we had was with our TV not working. Two different staff members took a look at it, but were not able to fix it.

Hallway smelled of chlorine from pool and other odd smells. Room was large, nice ceiling height but could hear upstairs room walking on floor at all hours. Sounds of water draining in pvc pipes in bathroom walls. This was a first floor room, maybe better experience on higher floor . . . Not great breakfast, good frig and microwave. Bed was poor, uncomfortable sheets, thin bedspread and no blanket to be found. Had to crank the heat. Didn’t sleep well here.

Breakfast is pretty disappointing unless you like waffles from the cup mix. All I could find was a prepackaged banana muffin, not too good. First night I could hear a lot of doors opening and closing in the hallway place could use better soundproofing. Second night the people across the hall said they heard a construction crew on the roof from 6:30 AM onwards. They were there at the site when I arrived.

Our trip was very nice. The room was HUGE. Way bigger than I was ever expecting. The only issue I had was the toilet was very very low to the ground.

You get what you pay for... Hotel was okay for a 1 night stay. Average overall, not great & been to worse. Glad we got the end of the hotel that was quite, as the other end sounded like a party going on. Staff was friendly * helpful!

Overall my stay was just...ok. Service at the desk was good and the lobby and common areas seemed clean. I stayed in room 317 and it was very gross. Food/baby toys and clothes behind the dresser in the living room. Something splattered on the couch I had to wipe off and something splattered on the bed skirt I had to wipe off. The toilet didnt work correctly and several times I had to tinker with it to get it to flush. It was a suite and there was only 1 tv (in the bedroom) which was not convenient at all.

We got to the hotel at like 9:40 pm and the pool closed at 10 and he let my kids stay in longer since we had just checked in. The elevator and the hallway on floor 2 wreaked of marijuana so bad that it was almost sickening to walk down. Luckily we couldn’t smell it in our room or I would have requested another floor. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of foods and juices.

THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS REALLY STUPID.I TOLD HER TO PUT THE DEPOSIT ON MY CARD AS WE WERE PAYING CASH FOR THE ROOM.SHE DID THE TOTAL OPPOSITE.WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES HOW WE WANTED BUT SHE FORCED US TO PAY FOR THE ROOM WITH THE CARD AND LEAVE THE CASH DEPOSIT FOR THE ROOM. SO WRONG

Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable but the bathroom door handle was broke and kept coming off.

M. Patel was friendly, communicative, and efficient. He made my checking quick and flawless! Room was beautiful, and the bedding felt luxurious! Also, I was so happy to have a bathtub!

The room was dirty - the high-touch surfaces that are promised to be clean (alarm clocks, phones, ice bucket) were caked with grime and dust. Heavy scratching of paint was around the entire bed wall. There were no tissues in the room. When I called down to the front desk, I was told they no longer supply that. Really? Trying to save money by no tissues? Michael was at a loss of how to help for 25 minutes to check us in to the room. He was not supportive of a coworker who diligently tried to figure it out. After 25 minutes I suggested he call tech help. Turns out his boss, Steven, was there all along. Steven came to the front and checked us in within moments.

Breakfast was served every morning 6am-9am The room was spotless and it was a gas station walking distance for things we needed. They didn’t answer phones at all which was concerning cause you never know what someone will call for.

Was not that bad but upon approaching the entrance there were a couple unsavory people loitering around.

Property was clean and quite. We had been on the road for 16 hours and needed a good night sleep. Check in was quick and friendly. There is a $100 deposit. I understand a deposit but Id rather they just take a care versus actually charging it. Im not sure the length of time before refund is issued so cant comment on that yet. We came for breakfast which was dry cereal and biscuit and gravy. We tried the B & G but didnt like it. Check out was fast and easy. We would stay here again if ever in this area. It was also very close to St Louis attractions.

The Staff and service, was pleasant and nice. A lot of different stores and restaurants, to choose from. A lot of places, to walk to as well. Kids, enjoyed themselves with swimming every day.

Everything was good. Clean rooms and safe area. For some reason my gps said it was permanently closed, but it was not. We stayed one night and the staff was friendly. Only bad part is that everything closes so early in that area. After a cold rainy day we had to order pizza because everything was closed

Awful stay. Very scary area and crowd surrounding the property (ski masks, drugs, alcohol, yelling). Room was dirty, burn holes in the bedding, loud hallways and other guests, very unpleasant sleep and stay.

The room and bed were nice. I also felt safe as a woman traveling alone for business. Lots of food options in the area.

absolutely terrible stay. the hallways reeked of weed, one of the beds had marks on the headboard from people clearly using it for things they shouldn’t, and the microwave was disgusting. there were even old streamers still taped above the door from whoever stayed before us, plus a rolled-up piece of paper shoved in the peephole. the so-called “breakfast” was a complete joke.. empty containers for eggs, sausage, and sugar free cereal. honestly, i wouldn’t go back here if it was free.

Used to be a Best Western, but isn’t anymore and the management change left certain processes feeling odd, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Having a hot breakfast available was really nice.

The room was good with a fairly new bathroom. All the amenities worked well. The breakfast was very minimal.
