Very clean brightly decorated cottage. We were welcomed by the host on arrival who gave us all the information we required about the heating lighting etc. Very enjoyable relaxed overnight stay. Will definitely book again when next in the area.

Great wee room I always stay here when in Dundee,clean and I like the additions of Alexa and door entry pass no jets to lose,I love the electric curtain, probably boys toys,but if you don’t like you don’t have to use. Handy fir dundees west end,plenty of shops,bars and restaurants and a lovely walk into city via the river walk,only takes around 20minutes.great hotel I love it highly recommended

The hotel was lovely it’s an independent so isn’t the same as your chains consider it more like a boutique hotel in a lovely traditional old building. Facilities good room clean and well appointed it’s a 30 min walk to town centre or ideally the bus stop right outside is 10 mins into the centre would recommend the hotel to anyone
