Excellent emplacement près de tout mais très calme. Les chambres sont au goût du jour et très propre. La piscine est très belle et bien située. Seul bémol...pas suffisamment d'epaces de stationnement pour toutes les chambres. Près de la moitié des unités ont accès à un stationnement inclus mais à 2 coins de rue plus loin...

The ad for the Surf House boasted a "heated" pool we looked so forward to using it, but the water was freezing. Low 70s at best. A very noisy neighbor, a woman pounding on his door 1-2 am yelling they are chasing me, before he let her in then very loud talking. Not the Surf House problem but still a bit nerve-racking Staff at check in were nice. Location is nice as are most of the Hampton Beach hotels

Love the area it is in, also like the additional parking area is across from both the fire and police station. It also has a nice in-ground pool for people that don't like the beach.

It was a nice stay, if you book the economy you park at at different parking lot which is free and is obly about one block away not bacd, the other rooms you book non economy you stay right by the room. Very friendly nice clean and comfy will definitely go back, and the pool is a heated pool.

I had to park off street in another parking lot, and they charged me an extra 25 dollars (had to be cash only) because my husband drove up later and they only allowed one car. Very inconvenient. I would not stay there again.

Beautiful rims and pool very friendly staff my only complaint is that the rugs in my room were stained and pretty unsightly both under the bed and in the bathroom. Also there was a mop bucket in the outdoor shower filled with gross dirty water the entire duration of my stay (Thursday-Sunday) Not sure if this is because the shower was closed? Either way it was again very unsanitary and unsightly. The rest of the property was well maintained!

Young man working in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful. Went out of his way to recommend a great restaurant and give us directions. Room was updated with a “beachy” motif. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness if it weren’t for the spider web/spider in the window and handful of insects we had to kill. The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was very clean and shielded from the street with plants. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean but could use a vacuum under furniture, deeper clean of frequently touched surfaces like doors and faucets, they looked dirty. Bedding was great and bed was super comfortable. Staff was very kind.

The location was decent and you could walk to all the restaurants and the casino. The room was not sound proof and we could hear the people in the room next to us talking and vice versa. Also, little kids were running in front of our room and it sounded like they were running inside our room. The cleaners did not clean the shower or the sink well because there was mold in the shower and the sink handle was dirty. I was not impressed for the price.

We love this motel because their property is clean. We have stayed here a few times the ladt couple of years and rooms are clean. Staff are pleasant. Parking is right at the motel and easy to access. We did not use the pool this time but it did look clean as it usualy does.

The property has been recently renovated and it was easy to tell. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Hampton Beach has always been one of my favorite places to visit and this was a reasonably priced and upgraded version of the typical beach town motel.

The room was clean and renovated recently. Check in and out was easy. The staff were very pleasant. The most uncomfortable part was being able to hear the people in the abutting rooms talking and snoring. It was like they were in my room with me.

We loved our stay at Surf House! We did not have to get in the car at all from the day we got there to when we left because of how walkable the area is! We got everywhere on foot. Staff was friendly, room was clean, simple, and modern. Not huge rooms, but you’re there to be outside so who cares. The only thing I will note is the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and above or below you. From snoring to yelling. If that bothers you, just consider it. Otherwise, we are going back next summer!

The place is clean, the staff are nice, and the bed is comfortable, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room using the "F" word non stop, as if they were in our room. And this went on way past the 11:00 PM quiet time order. The next night we could hear the guy snoring as if he was in our room, so the walls are way too thin.

There was some confusion at the front desk and our room hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. The front desk person was amazing and provided us with an upgraded room. She was very responsive and took care of the situation quickly.

Staff allowed me an early check-in, which was nice. The room was clean, quiet. The hotel is centrally located, about a five minute walk to the beach. The one issue I had was checking out. At 8:15 on a Sunday morning there was no staff on site, with no visible place to leave the keys. I ended up leaving mine in the room. There were two other people with the same questions on the checking out issue.

Front desk clerk called us when we were on our way. He closed the office at 3:00. Check in started at 2:00. There was a coffee maker in The room but no cups. We had one bath towel , 3 hand towels , and one face cloth. But office wasn’t open to get towels.

Great place for a two night stay (or more) for Hampton. Not right on the water (less noise), but just a short block to the beach and boardwalk activities. Nice clean small pool, if preferred over the beach. Easy walking to the casino ballroom, if there for a highly. Highly recommend!

Was surprised at how small the room was. The pool pictures online make it look much bigger and more well-appointed than it is. Likely good if you have small kids and don’t care about atmosphere. Everything is a big parking lot. It is a block from the beach. So it is convenient, but it is also loud. Seems like large groups tend to come. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

The hotel did not have a restaurant on site, the bed was comfortable. However walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Maid service is is iffy. They left dirty face clothes in the shower.

We were staying at the Surf House for a girls weekend. The location was perfect and the heated pool was great, came in handy when it got a tad chilly one day. Definitely will book again when staying in Hampton.

Excellent location! Right in the middle of everything with a short walk to everything. The staff were welcoming, helpful and super friendly. The rooms for the most part were super clean, our room had a huge hole that you could see inside the wall next to the toilet- seems like it could have been from water damage because the flooring was warped next to the bed & there was a lot of sand on the floor when we checked in but you're near the beach so. It can get pretty noisy with the other guests running around -you can hear pretty much everything. But our stay went well and the atmosphere was great! Would definitely stay again.

It was good and clean, but the shower was poorly cleaned. The biggest downside is that you can hear absolutely everything through the walls… to the point that we were woken up in the middle of the night because our neighbors were having sex. They were talking, and it felt like they were right in our room. There is absolutely no soundproofing. I would not stay there again.

We had a nice time! The front office staff ---super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, the pool was closed during one of the days to be cleaned, but no complaints.
