Clean floor. Nice hot shower. Booked the stay with advertising of the jacuzzi tub for evening time but it was locked up. You should let people know the winter hours before they book.

Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff during check in. Disappointed about the very thin blanket (not a comforter) on the bed, and the hot tub closing at 8:00 pm (so early in the evening). Shower handle easy to operate, quick to heat up.

Great trip! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very kind. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space. Even though we didn’t use it, the pool looked very clean. We will be staying here for our monthly trips from now on!

Jacuzzi hasn't been working last couple times I stayed there. Please put up a sign, that it doesn't work. Guest waist time turning jacuzzi on waiting for it to get hot which it never does.

Fantastic location and option for the event I was in town for. Only knock I can give the hotel is the Hot tube was room temperature water at best. Even on the chilly night I was there on 5/3/2025. But that’s a very small issue for me. Room was comfortable, clean and water was nice and hot in the room.

The tub wasn’t clean with hair in it, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean with stain on it. There was no hair dryer. Walls are thin, you can hear everything and feel the room vibrates when others closed or slam the doors. But I like that it is not in a busy area.

This place is awful! The carpet was filthy and old. There was a coffee pot but no coffee and when we asked for coffee at the front desk (who did not speak english well) told us (I think) we could get coffee in the lobby. The only good thing about this hotel was the bathroom which had good hot water. Not a place i would ever recommend or stay again!

This place is run down. The room needed paint touch ups everywhere, the carpet was disgusting, the bathroom grout and tile had mildew growing and was in bad shape. I found previous guests hair in a couple places. They provided the worst pillows, one super thin and old blanket. The room mini split for AC, fan and heat either didn’t work or was the most confusing set up I’ve ever seen. No matter what we did it blew ice cold air on us all night. We were freezing. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room we stayed in could use new carpet. Not only was it dirty and stained, the room smelled like someone had smoked in it before. The bathroom seemed clean, but overall the experience wasn’t the best. Did I mention that it is more like a motel than a hotel? The description or name of this place is misleading. They were one of the cheapest places in town, though. That was the only plus.

The location was good. The room its self was a bit disappointing considering the reviews given. Lots of out of date furniture and the carpet was dirty. Odd decor on the property. Vending machine had stale food in it. Place was okay considering other options in the area.

Area was really nice. Walkable and lots of dinning options around. Hotel is cute but the cleanliness could use some attention. Room smelled of smoke when it was a non smoking room. We ended up getting Lysol air sanitizing spray and a room freshener to help with the smell. The bed clearly has a dip in the mattress on the one side and needs to be replaced.

2 years ago we stayed here it was new and everything was clean but we heard adults being adults and well that’s normal, but you could hear everything. We stayed here this last week and the room are not very clean obviously since time has passed. We got the first floor, and although we liked the location of it, there was no hot water. And then we started hearing adults being adults every 30 mins. I have 2 girls and they constantly asked what it was since you hear everything. I asked to be moved and the guys upfront was very understanding so he gave me the 3 floor. Again, rooms are not the cleanest and I think a lot has to do with it being carpet but we don’t mind. But then again, we kept hearing adults being adults. With 2 girls we unfortunately will not be going back. But other than that hotel is nice, and affordable and staff is nice as well.

I reserved a handicap room. There wasn't one available when we checked in. One of our guests is in a wheelchair and can't get into the bathroom. The hallways and elevator were disgustingly dirty. The carpets and walls in our room were also extremely dirty. It was so dirty you couldn't walk on the carpet barefooted. I asked for a clothespin or something to close the drapes, but the front desk manager couldn't help and suggested using a chair to hold them shut.

Nice and quiet hotel back from the main road. Service was very friendly. A pillow or two were a little stinky. But you get 4. So the other two were fine. Nice hot water and a comfy bed with a huge TV .. Overall a pleasant stay....

The walls/ceiling are thin, we can hear and feel every step the person above us made. They woke us up several times in the morning because they were walking back and forth.

They've done a lot to update the look. I think it's been recent. The lamps still had the tags on by the switches. The upgrades look great and the bathroom is huge! The chaise is large and comfy. The beds are the only thing in the room that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately the bed was horrible. You could feel every spring and it caved in a bit in the middle. The springs were very loud, you could even hear people moving in their beds in other rooms in the middle of the night.

Room had updated flooring, updated bathrooms. Quiet area tucked inside away from main street. You have pollo loco next door for some good chicken to eat. Target is around the corner and also Starbucks. Beds were comfortable would stay again.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing room with patio all the way around the building. We had the bottom floor, which was still nice with the patio. Unfortunately, the TV remote didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Otherwise, it was a great room. Some blemishes here and there, but overall very comfortable. The bed was so soft and the curtains were blackout so we were able to get extra rest.

Waited about an hour to check in cause no - one was at the front desk , When finally checking in receptionist check us in into an occupied room , when back to the front desk we didn’t even get an apology just an “ oh my bad “ “I don’t have any other clean rooms “ . Had to wait another 25mins to get into our room , , Other then the bad customer service , having to walk into someone else’s room , Room it self was clean , probably won’t come back since customer service was so bad

Beautiful rooms and convenient location. The room was hot but cooled down once I got the AC going. In the middle of the night the AC stopped working properly. I was moved to a smaller room where I saw a large roach the next morning. Completely understandable that things break, like the AC. I can even understand the occasional insect. What is not ok with me was the way the staff wouldn't listen to my concerns and no managers were available. When I called the hotel after my trip to speak with a manager, I again felt.unheard. Overall an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience at the Hotel Huntington.

The lady in the front was so rude when I was checking in. I NEVER write reviews but as I always travel as a women I wanted to just advise others. Also be aware that they scanned my credit card. She didn't let me know I saw her scanned my card and asked her if she has scanned my card and she said it was hotel policy I asked for the copy and she rolled her eyes she like ok it's fine! I asked for her name and she ask me what's yours telling.. or to speak with manager she said she was the manager. The vibes here were really unsafe and I decide to go to another hotel! I travel so much and I never felt like this I was honestly scared. Please be careful here!🙏

I guess you get what you paid for. There was no room service. They only took out the trash and the wet towels but they were not replaced. :-( The beds were not done! I called the front desk to ask for towels but the there was no answear. I came to find out when I went down to the front desk to ask for clean towels that the front desk person was not answering the phone for whateverer reason. I will defenetely not use this place again!

Great service. We had a very nice room, for a fair price, & the hotel’s location was perfect for us. We had a little problem with the door lock, but the staff were terrific so the issue was identified & handled quickly.

Honestly I would say the staff could do better on customer service. We had an experience where our neighbors were fighting until 6am in the morning me and my partner could not sleep at all. Also the AC is abnormal it was okay on our first day and then the rest the AC was rattling, making some weird noises in the middle of the night. I asked if we could transfer to another room but they ignored my request instead.

This was a good place to stay if you have someone at the City of Hope. It’s about a mile walk on flat streets to the campus. The hotel staff was kind and it was a nice quiet place to relax after a day at the hospital.

Very good stay. I am a local business that often stay at local hotels when we have evening events (we commute 72 miles each way). I have spent hundreds of nights in hotels and motels in the last 20 years and this is a great property, especially the price point. Staff is fantastic, room was quiet and room was very clean and welcoming. The only two things missing is a sofa or sitting chair and maybe a continental breakfast. The only comment for improvement is that it takes forever for the hot water to hit the shower head. My wife and I will definitely use this as our overnight choice when we stay in town,

If you don't look down the right driveway in the middle of rush hour traffic, you'll never find the hotel. But, it is well-situated near The City of Hope and is quiet being so far back from the busy road. We enjoyed walking to nearby dining options.

Part of longer trip, we used this location as home base. We went to the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game on New Years Day. Hotel was easy for parking. We left our car and rode the Metro to Pasadena. Would stay here again.

I was disappointed with the room. Outlet didn’t work in the bathroom. Shower was dirty furniture as well as bed was terrible. Couch was dirty and old and bed would squeak every time you turned in bed, pillow's were old and flat. No coffee in the room. It has a coffee pot, but no coffee. You have to walk to there lobby to get and coffee. Outdoor furniture old and dirty. The internet post was rated 4. It does not come close.

It would make sense to allow travelers expecting to use the pool and hot tub to keep the area open until at least 9 at night. It would be making sense to put coffee pods in the rooms since there are coffee makers in the rooms! Very nice front desk help. They really should offer some foods in the nice lobby, like donuts, bagels, or other simple foods of hospitality for their guests.

Bedside lightbulbs were too low to read a book, worthless. Overhead recessed lighting were too bright and had to get out of bed to turn off. No desk and chair to use a laptop computer. Just lacking in overall 'concept' of hotel. No minamal breakfast?!

The location was good. The room its self was a bit disappointing considering the reviews given. Lots of out of date furniture and the carpet was dirty. Odd decor on the property. Vending machine had stale food in it. Place was okay considering other options in the area.

The Hotel Huntington was adequate in most ways. However, there were some odd things and some problems with the listing. 1) The bathroom light is entirely automatic; it sometimes goes on when no one is in the bathroom, so the door must be kept closed while sleeping. 2) The towels were not big enough to wrap around my waist (and, I'm an average-size female). 3) The coffee maker takes pre-packaged coffee pods, but there are none in the room; however, you can get a few pods from the lounge area near the desk. 4) One's door card does not open the work-out room; one must request that it be opened by the person at the desk. One desk clerk said the room was now designated for employees only; another desk clerk told us that they would open it during certain hours; there are (different) hours posted on the counter between the clerk and the guests. There is no working water dispenser or towels in the work-out room. The equipment there is very limited. 5) One must unplug the microwave in order to use the coffee maker. The electrical outlets are inconveniently located. 6) When we moved the bureau beneath the television one inch in order to use the outlet, we found numerous red shavings of something underneath the bureau. 7) The walls are fairly thin; one hears some noise from nearby rooms & the hallway. The shower, beds, & web services were adequate. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Aside from the red shavings and 2 hairs on the back of the bathroom door, the room was clean.

Stayed for the night to save money. The area was quiet, and paid a value price for the unit, but the parking lot felt a little sketchy and the room itself lacked something. It didn't smell or have great defects, but it was simply not a destination hotel imho. Got in, fell asleep and got out. No breakfast offered, just coffee. Thankfully there's a McDonald's nearby.

We arrived after our grandsons football game like 10:00 PM. Aside from chipped paint on the walls & baseboards we had several other issues. Neither night stand lights were plugged in. My wife plugged hers in, bumped the lampshade that was just teetering, not sure how it stayed on. Mine required going in 4’ behind the headboard, w a 3” space. which I could not reach. When we turned on the TV, it said no signal. So I called the front desk & the guy fiddled behind the TV & said the prior people staying there must of have disconnected it. He got the TV w its few opportunities going. He tried moving the bed to plug the lamp in but it was too heavy and said the house keeping must have missed it. Therefore no bedside light for night reading. I said, we should get some kind of a prove adjustment for this. He said I could talk to the manager in the morning. In using the toilet, had to be cautious because the seat was loose on one side & would slide to the right. We never figured out how to regulate the room temperature & we have stayed in hotels all over the US & other countries. In the bathroom which surprisingly was quite nice except even though it had a timer switch for the fan, it did not work so the mirror was completely fogged. It took a couple of minutes w the hairdryer to clear it up. In the morning we were greeted by “no signal on the TV” once again & even though there was a coffee pot that took some kind of coffee pods, the basket for them was empty. Now, the manager issue!
