I am not the one to write bad reviews… but this time … my husband and I were more than disappointed with the whole experience. First, when we checked in the bathroom had not been cleaned . We were also given a prone under the category we had booked. The doors in the kitchenette were falling off, the fridge froze all our food…We had bad weather while we were there and rain water was all over the floor one morning when we woke up. The air dryer was missing … I had to ask 3 times to finally have one. One great thing… was the breakfast … Choose another place … unless you are there for the great breakfast only.

I sent a email and left a voicemail message confirming late arrival to no avail. We did eventually get in by calling the emergency number. The room was OK, very noisy because of the Iron Man commentator on a microphone over all of Summerstrand but expect that’s a one-off. Breakfast was confused and non-communicative. We had to work out the procedure ourselves. Coffee? Table service or self-service? Three attempts to get coffee. Two attempts to get cutlery then a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon. The food itself was very good so why can’t the service match?

Infelizmente, a experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa. Ao chegarmos, fomos informados pela funcionária da recepção de que não havia energia no hotel e posterior descobrimos que o gerador estava quebrado, o que já causou um grande transtorno logo no início da estadia.Além disso, a piscina estava visivelmente suja, demonstrando falta de manutenção e cuidado com as áreas comuns. Esses problemas comprometeram significativamente o conforto e a qualidade da experiência.De forma geral, a falta de estrutura adequada e de preparo para lidar com situações básicas deixou muito a desejar.
