Bedding was dirty..hair in the bed. Room not vacuumed. Shower needed cleaned better. Had to come get more towels instead of them bringing them to us. No pool towels. Pool was dirty. Key didn’t work to get into the pool room. Elevator sounded like it would brake.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room keys got cleared and had to go to the front desk 3 different times and that was a big inconvenience. The pool was very cloudy so we didn’t use the pool. However the rooms were clean and big. We will definately stay here again when we are in town!

Pool was closed same as last Comfort hotel i booked through Travelocity in. The last couple of days There is no reason why you guys should not tell me the pool is closed. I would have booked elsewhere. This is obviously a continious problem.

The pool was open, and appeared clean. But the lights were off, making it too dark in the room (the sun was setting), and the handrail was broken and moving easily, causing my kids to mess with it and almost cutting bare feet on metal by a pool, which wouldn't have been good. Other than the pool, we were so happy with everything. The staff was amongst the kindest I have ever met at a hotel. The facilities were clean, and everything was great.

It was pretty good. Hotel was nice, room was nice. I wish it had a tub to relax in. Food was pretty good and staff was very nice . There needs to be a second elevator, because this was old and shaky at times. I was a little nervous every time we were on it. Also I believe a staffer has their car parked in the handicap parking space the entire time we was there. It wasn't a handicap sticker to be seen just a sun blocker screen on it. So my husband could not use the space nor could his sister when she visited us. Shame on this person of it was. Other than this it was a good stay. Will stay again but will ask for the first floor so we don't have to deal with the scary elevator.

Terrible!!!!!! No air, someone use the toilet and didn’t flush. Used soap in the bathroom and no trash bags in the trash cans. Sheets dirty and the sheets, blankets etc for the couch bed were on the floor in the closet. Someone had smoked in the bathroom. It was a strong smell of smoke.

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and daily cleaning to keep it up. Mattress was worn out! Location was great, price was great. It wasn't nasty but you could tell it wasn't taken care of like it should be.

I would never stay here again. The room was super gross. I think they’re beyond a rug cleaning and just need to get new carpets and new couches. The pullout bed is not big enough for two people so I asked if we could switch to a room that had two beds and they said they couldn’t because I had already entered this room And while I get that, maybe a health thing the room and couch were so dirty that we didn’t make it any more dirty by stepping into it. The blankets that were given for the extra bed were also super old and scratchy. The Internet wasn’t working and our keys to the room stopped working three times while we were there. The one good thing I would note is that the lady who worked at the breakfast was always super delightful and helpful and doing a great job.

The staff was very helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean. The room was clean but had an odor light someone had been smoking in the room previously. Turning the AC on helped with the odor and cooled the room greatly. The bed was very comfortable.

The black out curtains are only on the sides of the window and do not pull all the way across the window and there are bright lights right outside in the parking area. It was like having the lights on in the room all night. Not a great night sleep 👎

This hotel and the rooms were very nice! Everything was clean, and the suite was very roomy. I didn’t find the bed to be very comfortable, it was VERY firm. I even tried the sofa bed as well, but that mattress is about 2 inches thick and all springs. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend the staff maybe have their elevator serviced! It’s fine going down, but going from the Lobby to the 3rd floor it made the scariest noises and shakes.

Almost everything was perfect except, the blinds in our room did not close and there was a big parking lot light shining straight inside our room and in our face so we grabbed the corners of the curtain that was hanging up and held them with a hanger so that we could sleep!!! Everything else was excellent!!! Did not take pictures because I did not think about it and we are usually not picky but I can’t sleep with light shining on my face all night!!

Great accommodations and a spacious room. Unfortunately, my room faced the front of the building and one of the exterior lights shone directly into my window. Only the sheer drapes on the window actually closed and of course, that was not enough to stop the light from coming into the room. In spite of the spacious room, it was hard to sleep.

All in all, the place is extremely nice. I just don't understand some things, not only here, but other places as well. Handicap rooms: why such a high bed? Why the farthest room from the elevator? Why not on the first floor? I just don't get it!

The front desk receptionist was so cheerful and efficient. After a very long day of traveling, arriving at 10pm, she was just the person to check us in and make us thankful we chose Comfort Inn.

Would love to be able to honestly review my stay but the stay didn’t happen. I showed up at the hotel as scheduled only to find the hotel did not have my reservation. I’m not sure if this was the fault of the hotel itself or hotels.com, but someone messed up. The agent at Comfort Suites would not honor my reservation booked rate and wanted to charge me $100 more a night than what my email confirmed. Needless to say we left and stayed at a hotel nearby.

I’m not sure if this was the fault of the hotel itself or hotels.com, but someone messed up. I booked a room for two nights over a game weekend at Ole Miss 2 months in advance. When I arrived after traveling 13 hours from New England, they could not find my reservation and said Expedia made the mistake. They then said they had a room for me but wanted 3 times what I had originally booked the room for. Sham! Will not stay there again.

This particular Comfort Suites(I've stayed at several) DO NOT HONOR reservations. As I was booking the room, I opted for Pay at the Property ..which means exactly that. The day of my check in , they tried to charge my bank account at 4 pm and it didn't go thru. It didn't go thru because I keep my bank card locked (except for auto drafts or recurring charges)for reasons of fraudulent charges. None the less, it was an eventful weekend and I had booked the room 2 months in advance so I got a good rate. They cxl my room in order to sell it for 3-4 times the rate I had. I know this because I worked at hotels for years..I know. Talk about a horrible feeling when ur told ur reservations has been cancelled 5 hours from home with your 2 minor children at 11 pm and it's a special event weekend in "the country"...it's traumatic! Reservations don't mean nothing to Comfort Suites

Be very careful with this place, I booked a couple of rooms three weeks ago for a trip late next year for under $500. Today they cancelled my reservation, now the rate is $3341 for the same rooms. The college football schedule came out and there is a big game in Oxford that weekend. They claim it was a Hotels.com screw up but their own system approved the reservation. Price gouging by definition, the MS state AG is going to look into this for me. Stay tuned.

Front desk lady during the day was rude! We booked as an early check in and when we got there she ignored us standing there and then just stared at me. No hello or how can we help you. I asked for my early check in and she just said no and went back to here paperwork. I said im sorry to bother you but early check in was requested and she said no we cant now. Front desk lady during the day was rude! We booked as an early check in and when we got there she ignored us standing there and then just stared at me. No hello or how can we help you. I asked for my early check in and she just said no and went back to here paperwork. I said im sorry to bother you but early check in was requested and she said no we cant now. I made reservations while on the road, actually headed to the hotel. We were about 2 hrs out. I went thru expedia (no problems). I opted tp pay at desk when arrived. After my reservations were confirmed, I realized the hotel was not pet friendly. I called the hotel directly and spoke to a gentleman. I informed him (all i just typed). He told me the hotel policy on dogs ( they do accept service dogs). So he cancelled my reservation but let me know there is a $76 cancellation fee because same day of reservation. I disputed this, he told me to call expedia and maybe they could help. They did help, they called hotel and got same result. Expedia called next day to speak to mgr, my reservation was cancelled but now they charged me for a NO SHOW. Expedia was done. I called hotel again, of course mgr was not in, so i told my issues again Was told i would get a call back next day. Still waiting.....

After a long drive, the front dest attrndant allowed us to check in a little early. We were very grateful. Breakfast was good. Interstate noise is a bit loud, especially from these terrible truck drivers that Jake-brake every chance they get. I would recommend thos hotel over Holiday Onn and Suites any day. They actually pay attention to special requests on your room. Great stay.

For the price & age of the hotel my expectations were high. Check in was simple and quick. Had cookies and water in the lobby on Friday evening. Once they were gone it didn't look like the box was cleaned let alone restocked. I know this isn't a common thing in most hotels so it gave a great first impression but that quickly changed. Room was spacious and "looked" clean but the floor was sticky & bathroom needed some attention. Halls didn't look to be vacuumed in a bit either. Breakfast was awful. Scrambled ggs were watered down so much they were sitting in water & the juice was watered down as well. Everything was small from coffee cups to yogurt. It was like getting child size portions. Front desk was unattended when checking out so we just left. Being a Sunday morning and probably lots of people checking out you'd expect someone in attendance if for no other reason a nice greeting. Overall not a bad experience just a little pricey for whats offered.

We were disappointed with the breakfast. Two days in a row there were no forks, no butter or jelly. It’s very difficult to eat eggs or waffles with a spoon and dry toast. The person in charge didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer any assistance or options.

Our only issue was the breakfast. We came to breakfast around 7:15 on Mar. 2, Saturday morning. Waffle mix was out, what few eggs were in container were watered down, some sausage was left. We were the only ones in the dining area.Needless to say, we had to leave and go find breakfast elsewhere. A reason for booking at Comfort Suites was because they offered a hot breakfast. When we returned, the dining area was full of people, getting their breakfast. Since the hours of breakfast was posted 6:00 - 10:00, we were surprised! We didn't know it was prepared in shifts. Our breakfast cost us around $30 dollars. ):

We had a great room. Very quiet, clean and comfy. Slept well and didn't hear any outside sounds. Breakfast was ok. We don't care for the little monkeys with cheese that they serve and they didn't even offer oatmeal so we went someplace else for breakfast. Wasn't ideal but wasn't bad either. I would stay here again and hope they have scrambled eggs for breakfast.

When I booked my room there was no mention that the hotel was under renovations and that the only rooms available were on the second and third floors. Not too big of a deal except when I arrived at the hotel on 9/11 to check in I was greeted with a sign that said the elevator was out of order and of course my room was on the 3rd floor forcing me to use the stairs. For the amount of money I paid for my room it would have been nice to know that the elevator was out of order due to the renovations and I could have decided for myself if I wanted to stay there. Some sort of discount would have been nice. Additionally, the television service goes out when it rains so they might want to include an upgrade to the television service.

First thing, The elevator was out of order.. We get to the room. It smelled awful.. We realized the awful smell was due to the air conditioner leaking. The floor around the air conditioner was soaked. I just pray no one gets affected, The smell could have been mole.. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND US.. So, we just left without any compensation

First of all- the hotel is under renovations. Of course you don’t know this until you arrive and can’t cancel… I booked this motel for the hot/tub and pool, only to arrive to neither of them being available even though their own website says it works be rest by July 26. So on Aug 6th I had a bet reasonable expectation that the pool and hot tub would be available. Half the hotel is unusable and so half the stairs and elevators even if they are next to your room and the most convenient, aren’t usable. The construction literally started at like 7am pounding jackhammering whatever. Right under or next to my room. It was so loud. I was forced to leave the hotel for the day early because that sound was so horrible. Breakfast? Hahaha. I’m not really sure what we were being fed … I think it was Canadian bacon, it was thinner than paper thin and super salty. And hard over cooked for sure. And I wanted to try one piece and they were all stuck together. Overall the experience wasn’t worth the discounted price I had. The staff was nice.

Worse hotel stay we’ve had in awhile. On Friday night at midnight we were awaken by construction work going on by our room. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but it’s crazy that they put us in a room near where the work was being done. It’s even crazier that they allow the work to happen at midnight while guest are sleeping. What made the stay the worse was the next night the same thing happened but this time we were awaken at 2:30am!! We expressed our frustration with the front desk Saturday during the day, and asked if they would working again that night. They acted like nothing happened Friday night and they didn’t know anything about them working during the night. They acted like it was no big deal.
