Clean room, noisy due to road traffic, parking was a little limited ( had to park a little further from the rooms near the office ), bathroom fixtures need maintenance - there was screw bolted to the faucet opener ! and toilet seat was not fixed. Ok for a nights stay.

Although there was no in room coffee, there was coffee always available in the lobby. We had an accessible room and it was very well designed. The location was convenient to food and shopping.

The lady who did the late night check inside was the nicest person ever! Also, I had a tuck and trailer and she suggested a place for me to park which would be out of the way. Rooms were super clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very recently updated the shower was great. Room was large and spacious.

I booked here because it was the only hotel in the area that was pet friendly and honestly I was worried because red roofs typically are run down and dirty. However to my surprise the room was newly remodeled and quite clean. The outside needs some work which they are doing now but the room its self was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I’d stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They definitely made the place more personable. However, the rooms themselves were not the cleanest. The floors felt sticky and the counter and table tops were not the cleanest. The smell of smoke kept coming through the bathroom vents and door even though we were in a smoke-free room. I had to go out to get an air purifier to make it manageable and even then the smell from surrounding smokers made it tough at times.

Not sure how old their advertisement pictures are but they are very misleading. Yes, the bed spread has the same pattern as their picture but I’m pretty positive the one in my room had excessive “DNA samples”. It was so gross I slept on the chair. The shower had a glob of hair that was impossible not to see unless it was also not cleaned. I would have gotten a picture of the bugs too but they ran fast. I checked out early and let the lady at the counter know my room was nasty and which room it was.

Only hotel within 30 miles available of Boone. First room the comforter and sheets had brown stains all over it. Several bugs throughout the room. Bath towel was stained brown as well. Hotel should try to bleach their bedding better or just purchase new bedding. We ended up switching rooms. New room was slightly better but still wasn’t the cleanest. Understand that it is a red roof and not the Marriot.

Room was not filthy but could have been cleaned better. Area around toilet needed to be wiped down. There appeared to be blood on the bathroom door. The light switches were nasty. Floors needed mopping. No hair dryer or iron/ironing board. It was noisy and wonder if maybe they allow folks to live there. A lady came to our door a little after 9 about checkout??? Checkout was until 11:00. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was nice.

Room was clean and had been recently updated. Red roof in rooms are a bit small so two is really the max but ours was very nice with a microwave, coffeemaker, small refrigerator and the king size bed was great. Lenoir is not exactly the cultural capital of the world but there is coffee and grocery stores nearby.

We stayed in the front rooms facing the main road and you hear everything! No noise from other rooms at all, however anything out front you might as well be sitting outside. We had family that stayed on backside of hotel and they said they heard nothing so it makes a difference where your at. Our bed was very hard, took 2 days to recover from body being jacked up. Room was clean, nice updates, friendly service, easy check-in and check-out

This hotel wasnt great but it wasnt unacceptable. We stayed here 2 separate times. The first time was clean, but not deep cleaned. The second time we had to ask for a different room becaause the lamp shade was missing, phone wasnt working, and the smoke detector was covered with a towel. The strong smell of weed made it obvious why the previous people had the detector covered. The bedding was washed, but stained with what looked like ink and grease. That was the case with both beds in all 3 rooms we had. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy. Beds are comfy and sheets are soft. All in all just an ok hotel, but the shining star is the older lady working the front desk. She is SO nice and accommodating. I wish i would have gotten her name

The front desk clerk was rude. Allowed drug dealers to stay for weeks at a time. People are allowed to make noise complaints during the day even if ur outside ur room in the parking lot. I would avoid this drug hotel at all costs

Tis hotel is nothing but a low quality motel, Nonsmoking room smells terrible. for a coffe you have to walk to other building through outside and terrible breakfast and coffe.

Although there was no in room coffee, there was coffee always available in the lobby. We had an accessible room and it was very well designed. The location was convenient to food and shopping.

We spent one night at The Red Roof Inn in Lenoir, NC. My 5 year old granddaughter asked for water with her waffle. The nice lady working at the front desk gave her one of her personal bottles of cold water. That was going beyond for customer service. I would suggest you add ice water to your breakfast bar as many people prefer water with their meals.

Room was clean and had been recently updated. Red roof in rooms are a bit small so two is really the max but ours was very nice with a microwave, coffeemaker, small refrigerator and the king size bed was great. Lenoir is not exactly the cultural capital of the world but there is coffee and grocery stores nearby.

Good for the pruce. No frills, nothing fancy. No coffeemaker or channels anybidy really wants to watch. But clean and good for a night.

Front desk was very hospitable, room was and smelled clean , able to park right outside of room ..... Overall for an older place , you can't beat it for the $ .....only thing I'd change is the brand of coffee in the room 😁

Great stay. Room updated and clean. Great service… when we asked for extra towels, they came in less than 10 minutes!!! The breakfast was ok. I am always looking for more protein and the closest thing was a microwave egg and sausage croissant. Overall the town was quaint, the beds were comfy and I give it a 4/5

Our microwave was not clean, the refrigerator was defrosted but never wiped down so it was full of water, there in no coffee pot, no hand towels or face cloths, and no bar soap or make-up removal cloths. At 9:15 PM, the lobby access is locked and everyone must use the drive up window.

The price was reasonable for the room. I appreciate the wood laminate flooring, which seems much cleaner than carpeting. We appreciated the new decorative tile accents also. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the window coverings though. There was no sheer curtain to partially let in light, and only a very thick black curtain, which was full of little tiny holes. Otherwise, the property was convenient and acceptable. Also, a little Manuel with area, restaurants, and television directions would have been useful also.
