Courteous staff. But that’s it. Everything else is below average. Poorly maintained. Towels need to be replaced, looks worn out. Toiletries not filled in the bathroom. Common bathroom downstairs poorly maintained

Someone smoked in a non smoking room and it was not cleaned properly. Insyead of the suite which we booked we had to move to a regular room as they dont have an6 suites available

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The service was horrible and the food options were pretty bad. We waited for 15 mins for just a cup of coffee. The people working there looked like they didn’t have any interest in customer service and didn’t care for the reputation of the brand ITC.
