A gem. My family and I spent our last night in Scotland in this beautiful place. The owners are the sweetest human. The house is absolutely beautiful. The deer and sheep land behind the house in this magical Scottish valley is breathtaking. The food perfect. The bed comfortable. I wish we had spent way more days in this little paradise. I absolutely recommend.

Parkhead House was such a wonderful place to stay. James and Angela are terrific hosts - friendly, helpful, and professional. The property is spacious, comfortable, and equipped. The setting is magnificent - an idyllic countryside retreat that is just 15 minutes from the airport or Edinburgh. We would absolutely return, and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

Had great conversations with them about the area and most helpful when planning our daily adventures Breakfasts were fabulous “just like mom use to make” More amenities than you can imagine Highly recommend for anyone wanting a wonderful place to stay ! Great welcome from James and really helpful throughout. Comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. Lovely surroundings for walks. No hesitation in recommending.

Had a lovely time during our one night stay after a long day of driving and sightseeing in Edinburgh. Very cute, comfortable place, great breakfast and walking distance to Lallybroch. Loved the country setting. Host was very welcoming. Really enjoyed it!
