The stay was great, rooms were great, however, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very little options for the space they had available. Staff at the front desk were nice & helpful, kids loved the pool options!

Overall - Can’t beat the location. Was a great base for going out and exploring. Breakfast had standard fare which was mostly okay but other items not so much. I would not call it ‘amazing’. Would stay here again but only for the location and price. Pros- main floor was nicely updated. Fitness room was small but okay. Pool was awesome. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect. Served breakfast. Cons - Kitchenettes were not well stocked. We brought a family of six and booked this hotel so we could cook meals. There wasn’t enough silverware or even dishes for all of us. There was one small frying pan and one small pot, a toaster and a coffee maker. Maid service was inconsistent. We often had no washcloths, dishwasher detergent or bath mats. But everything else was well stocked and cleaned. One of the draws of the hotel was that they served breakfast but it was pretty limited and not always good. Everyone (all the guests not just my family) threw away their eggs one morning. Not exaggerating when I say they were disgusting. The other days they were passable. Rooms were worn. All the pillows were very soft and fluffy which work for some, but if you like firm pillows bring your own.

Really impressed with all the amenities, this was our first time staying here we will definitely return. Loved the location, pool was warm and inviting staff was up early tending to the pool area grounds were kept prestine. Only drawback was wifi was glitchy but overall loved it!

Our stay was okay. Just expected it to be a lot nicer it being a convention center hotel. We were not able to check in until later at night, and once we arrived, the elevator was out of order, so we had to walk down to the other side of the hotel to take the elevator, only to have to walk all the way down to the other side of the hotel again to our room. The breakfast was okay, lots of options, unfortunately nothing gluten free/ allergen friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were clean and comfortable, but the couch bed was terrible for those who had to sleep on it. No water pressure in the showers. The pools were great, the indoor hot tub could have been warmer.

The room was clean, comfortable, easy to access, and plenty of space for my family of 4. The staff were helpful, there was plenty of parking and since the Hotel is a couple blocks off the main strip, entering and leaving the property wasn't stressful. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax each evening since they stayed open late.

The room was clean, comfortable, easy to access, and plenty of space for my family of 4. The staff were helpful, there was plenty of parking and since the Hotel is a couple blocks off the main strip, entering and leaving the property wasn't stressful. They have a mini convenience store downstairs with anything you could need and indoor+outdoor pools and hot tubs. Parking is super easy and although it was a long walk to our room we could also walk into downtown pigeon forge within a couple minutes.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, snacks were well stocked. The pool looked good but we weren’t able to go to the pool. The room was very nice and was extremely clean. I spilled something on the floor and wiped it up and used a rag to wipe around the area and the rag was clean like I had never touched it. I was very impressed because most hotels aren’t that clean. The room was nice and the little kitchenette had a pot, pan and a few utensils so if you plan to use the kitchen, bring some items to use. Lighting could have been better and they would benefit having EV charging stations

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, the halls were clean, the lobby, pool, breakfast area…all clean! It is a couple of blocks off the parkway, which we loved! Quiet, with a lovely small stream in front of the property. The hotel filled up after we got there, but we never hear another person. We had a great weekend at this hotel.

Words can not express this hotel!! It was amazing! The cleanish place I’ve ever stayed! From walking through the door to the pool area to the hallways the rooms everything about it was spotless!! I will continue staying here when we come back to pigeon Forge! The staff was amazing!!!

Loved my recent 3 night stay at LeConte Hotel. Room was large, comfortable and well-equipped with kitchenette and sitting area and balcony. And so clean!! The entire facility was so well-kept it felt like a resort. Breakfast was included and it was substantial, organized and enjoyable. Front desk staff were friendly and professional and whole experience was absolutely a 10. I am booking for next year already!

The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this place is that the air conditioning worked. . There was a perpetual smell of weed in the floor we were on and the staff did not care. It had a small kitchenette, not that it mattered. There were practically no items to use in it. One small waiter pan. No pot to boil water. Like someone flying in would be brining in kitchen pots, pans and supplies???? There was a roach in our room but I did not bother cleaning informing the staff as they did not care about anything. Stay somewhere else- anywhere else.

Can’t believe I spent $260 on this. Moldy unclean smell in room that gave me a horrible headache. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom was gross. Toddler sized toilet. Definitely a hidden mold issue here and being mold-sensitive I should have asked to leave but was so tired I didn’t.

Great stay! The rooms were clean, and the common areas, hallways, lobby, all smelled freshly clean and was spotless. I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great, indoor and outdoor pool options, and a snack bar was available with ice cream, microwave meals, and snack/candy options. Close to the main drive - Parkway, yet secluded a block or two off the main road. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

I loved the whole feel of the hotel. The room felt like a condo. It was equipped with everything needed to have a comfortable stay except for a complimentary toothbrush. The staff were amazing and it was very quiet after around noon. From around 8:00 am til then it was nothing but cleaning carts and workers conversing. The elevator was unreasonably slow, the bed was rock hard and my room phone didn't work. Although, I would recommend staying and would stay again just for the safe and cozy feeling.

Room was spacious and clean. Our room the air was noisy and no grab bars in shower/tub. Check was quick and easy. Very quiet area and plenty of parking. Breakfast was not so great. Just eggs and ham, bread, bagels just to mention. Decided to go out for breakfast. If the breakfast would have had a larger variety, it would have gotten five stars.

There wasn’t enough silverware or even dishes for all of us. There was one small frying pan and one small pot, a toaster and a coffee maker. Maid service was inconsistent. We often had no washcloths, dishwasher detergent or bath mats. But everything else was well stocked and cleaned. One of the draws of the hotel was that they served breakfast but it was pretty limited and not always good. Everyone (all the guests not just my family) threw away their eggs one morning. Not exaggerating when I say they were disgusting. The other days they were passable. Rooms were worn. All the pillows were very soft and fluffy which work for some, but if you like firm pillows bring your own.

Hotel is in a great location in comparison to many of the Pigeon Forge things to do. Parking is plentiful and staff was relatively friendly. The room itself leaves a lot to be desired. Beds are very hard, past the point of being "firm". The bathroom door was incredibly hard to use by children as the handle would get stuck and not open; so they would get stuck in the bathroom when closing the door. The kitchen was the worst of all hotel rooms I've stayed in with a kitchen. There was nearly no utensils to even cook. There was a single pan, no pots, no measuring cups, no cooking utensils, no plastic or glass mixing bowls or casserole dishes - literally there were 4 drinking glasses, 4 plates, 3 saucers and 4 forks and spoons. If you are staying for an overnight stay, it works, but nothing about this room is good for a long stay with family if you have the intention of using the kitchen. As it pertains to functionality, you may as well just get a normal room with 2 beds for $100+ less a night.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Each room had a full size fridge and freezer. You could cook in the room. Gorgeous property. My only issue was the beds and pillows may need to be updated. Loved the balcony.

Loved my recent 3 night stay at LeConte Hotel. Room was large, comfortable and well-equipped with kitchenette and sitting area and balcony. And so clean!! The entire facility was so well-kept it felt like a resort. Breakfast was included and it was substantial, organized and enjoyable. Front desk staff were friendly and professional and whole experience was absolutely a 10. I am booking for next year already!

The property boasts that they are fully ADA Compliant but they are NOT. They only have 6 rooms and none are able to be booked through third-party agencies according to their rude and disrespectful manager. All other staff were extremely helpful. This property has so much potential but the fact that they mislead on ADA options is shameful

The stay was pretty nice. Only a couple downsides but nothing critical. There was only one, really slow, working elevator. Breakfast was simple but it's included at least. They did a great job at cleaning our room. The host greeted us well and told us everything we needed to know. My kids loved the inside and outside pool, and hot tubs. The lazy river was small but it was just surprising they had one. It's a great place with great pricing

I enjoyed this property being several blocks off the main strip. It made it so much quieter and the surroundings were lovely. All of the staff from front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning were friendly and very nice.

Perfect place for a family to stay. Just slightly off the beaten path but close enough to literally everything! It even has a trolly stop for the city of Pigeon Forge so if you want to save on gas definitely look into getting a pass!

This hotel was excellent. Just off the Parkway away from the noise, yet close to everything. Beautiful farm setting. Suite was wonderful, room and grounds clean, friendly staff. Will be staying again as we stop in area a couple of times a year.

Wonderful location . There are back roads to avoid the traffic of the strip which made it very convenient to get to most places without a lot of traffic and stops. This hotel is clean and well maintained. The indoor pool is open until midnight which is nice for returning from dinner or later nights out.

The room was clean, comfortable, easy to access, and plenty of space for my family of 4. The staff were helpful, there was plenty of parking and since the Hotel is a couple blocks off the main strip, entering and leaving the property wasn't stressful. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax each evening since they stayed open late.

The room was clean, comfortable, easy to access, and plenty of space for my family of 4. The staff were helpful, there was plenty of parking and since the Hotel is a couple blocks off the main strip, entering and leaving the property wasn't stressful. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax each evening since they stayed open late.

They have a mini convenience store downstairs with anything you could need and indoor+outdoor pools and hot tubs. Parking is super easy and although it was a long walk to our room we could also walk into downtown pigeon forge within a couple minutes.

The breakfast area was very congested and not laid out in a guest friendly manner. We went for the first morning and did not go back. The food offered was good, the staff was friendly but there wasn't enough room.

Room was spacious and clean. Our room the air was noisy and no grab bars in shower/tub. Check was quick and easy. Very quiet area and plenty of parking. Breakfast was not so great. Just eggs and ham, bread, bagels just to mention. Decided to go out for breakfast. If the breakfast would have had a larger variety, it would have gotten five stars.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet at night, clean, large rooms and a short drive to everything. Only thing we weren’t crazy about was the breakfast. It was ok but can be better and you need more variety of foods. Fruit, cheese, croissants, etc. but overall a good experience. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice.

Personnel is super friendly and hardworking, no issues with that. The hotel itself is in good condition, too. The cons are the breakfast, which could be improved by adding some changes each day instead of the very same menu all the time, and the pool, which is dirty because of the bugs and flies and leaves in it.

The room was very clean. Property is in a wonderful location close to everything in Pigeon Forge but far enough off of the main strip that the noise is not an issue. The hot breakfast daily was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel years ago when our children were little, and they loved spending time in the lazy river and swimming pool. Having a kitchenette was also a big plus and made our stay more convenient. We recently returned and were happy to make more family memories. It was wonderful to come back and enjoy our time together once again. We have fond memories of this hotel and enjoyed our stay both then and now!

We stayed at this hotel years ago when our children were little, and they loved spending time in the lazy river and swimming pool. Having a kitchenette was also a big plus and made our stay more convenient. We recently returned and were happy to make more family memories. It was wonderful to come back and enjoy our time together once again. We have fond memories of this hotel and enjoyed our stay both then and now!
