This is an excellent place for a couple who wants low-key R&R. It is a gorgeous location, beautiful landscaping, very attractive and spacious rooms, nice saltwater pool with fabulous lounging area and very pleasant staff. Chill quiet vibe. Only drawback was noise a couple of nights from a separate local business blasting music hopefully the owners will figure a way to eliminate that one thing and I would go back

We loved it there. So nice to be right on the water. Loved the salt pool right next to ocean. No chlorine so great! Food was excellent. Especially the traditional jamaican dishes like ackee and saltfish and whole pan friend red snapper

The property is gorgeous! Pool is beautiful sitting right on top of the ocean cliff. Food is great, staff is top notch. It is so private here with few guests pretty much giving you your own space. Bar is on ocean cliff with beautiful landscaped property. You sit on the oceans edge with a view that is breathtaking. Second visit and will be returning again next year.

This is the ultimate place to stay in Negril. It’s on the cliffs, which offers for you some privacy the hotels completely enclosed with its own security you stay in stone crafted Huts that face the ocean there’s a beautiful swimming pool, the bar and restaurant are excellent and it’s just they also have a spa so it’s the ultimate in Negrill, luxury and solitude and just a great overall vibe the staff will do anything you want you can ask them to get you watermelons and Tours trips to waterfalls live music. It’s really a wonderful spot so I think it’s the best place to stay as a hotel in Negril.

I absolutely love my experience here. Staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the rooms were the most cutes little accommodations. Can’t forget the snorkeling was breathtaking. It’s funny because I stayed at another resort that was all inclusive for 600$ plus dollars a night, yet I rather the stay here which was 1/3 of the cost. Best hotel experience in Jamaica period.

The rooms could have a bit more soundproof but they are spaced far enough pay to not be much of an issue. The staff is really knowledgeable and helped setup the perfect adventures and excursions. Turn down service and house meeting was top notch. Massages are fantastic and seaside outdoors.

It was wonderful. Great staff and property. Enjoyed staying up on the Cliffs - good location for enjoying all Negril has to offer. A freak storm a week or so before we arrived had done some damage to the landscape and outdoor amenities but not much the property could do about that. Would definitely return for another visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Cliff! The rooms and property are not only comfortable, but immaculate. Our room was cleaned every day by the wonderful housekeeping staff. The grounds are kept impeccable by grounds keeping staff who are always very pleasant. This was our 4th stay and will not be the last. Shout out to the wonderful staff....Heather, Billy, Afri, Bentley, Sean, Colieffa, Winsome, Ricardo, Garcia, Tevin and Monique and all the other awesome staff that I may have missed. The massages with Winsome were over the top amazing. I also had a reflexology massage with one of the other massage therapist whose name has escaped me. I highly recommend that service as well. Still reading? Great, just hit the book it button!!

It's one of the few places that we have stayed that is actually better in person than pictures. Really a gem and looking forward to spending a quiet and relaxing visit again. BTW compliments to the chef and kitchenstaff. They really can cook! Ultra clean grounds, room and no bugs to deal with.

Nice boutique hotel. With only 18 rooms and only 1 other couple there when I was there it was like a ghost town. But I wanted some peace and quiet. Which isn't the easiest thing to come by in Negril. Only complaint was pool was closed for a day. You Can hear noise from road. But I think if you had the ocean front room you wouldn't hear it much

Ocean cliff property is beyond amazing! This property holds an extremely relaxing nature, with a staff that matches the energy of the hotel. The oceanview cottages (which we were upgraded to) made you feel as if you were in your own little home. Housekeeping kept our room clean everyday clean sheets and towels no question asked. I can’t wait to come back, our servers Shawna Kay, Sain and Ricardo at the bar and went above and beyond, from breakfast by the poolside or at the restaurant looking at the ocean while enjoying the escovitch fish which I had 3x because it was so good. Sashay our morning server was excellent each time. The blue mountain coffee is to a go to. We are frequents in Jamaica ad our first time at Ocean Cliff and it did not disappoint

For the price, this place is absolutely amazing. It is such an amazing view, you are literally on the cliffs looking into the ocean and looking at 7 mile beach from the resort. Very close to Rick’s Cafe. If you drive your own car, they can only have about 5 cars in the parking lot. Other than that small inconvenience, this place is amazing will definitely stay here longer next time we visit!!

This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It had high rating but I thought it was probably overrated until I arrived . The Views ,Ocean Cliffs Amazing Staff from Heather , Afri, Raquel , Richmond the Bartender , even the Maintenance Guy Cardaine made sure we were comfortable. We had Swedish massage and it was so amazing I went in to have my first ever facial . That too was rejuvenating. That's Shanique , you did an amazing job . We will be back . Oh we had dinner there and it was the authentic Jamaican Food 🇯🇲👍♥️. One Love

Great service by all staff. It was obvious management has spent a great deal of time training staff to be friendly and customer focused. Food and service at the restaurant was amazing. Beautiful grounds and beautiful view. Gated location with posted gate guard increased safety aspect. Everything we were looking for in a hotel.

We had a great time at the Ocean Cliff Hotel. Check-in was smooth and the staff was always welcoming. The views from our room and the property in general were amazing. The food was quite tasty and when we ate outside of the venue, there were local dining establishments within minutes. I wish I had taken greater advantage of the hammocks in the early morning hours.

We loved being in the West End of Negril close to many good restaurants and laid back local beach bars and also enjoyed the proximity to Seven Mile Beach (about a 20 minute walk or a quick ride) as well as relaxing onsite massages. I liked the property itself and the great service from staff members. The restaurant on site had good food but a bit pricey. Cons: Outside the resort itself is quite rundown and not easily walkable. It was wonderful. Great staff and property. Enjoyed staying up on the Cliffs - good location for enjoying all Negril has to offer. A freak storm a week or so before we arrived had done some damage to the landscape and outdoor amenities but not much the property could do about that. Would definitely return for another visit.

Typical West Negril Hotel. Food and service are their sweet spot. Unable to jump from cliffs into the water like other hotels or nearby ricks cafe. Slightly isolated and secluded from Negril. For the price, this place is absolutely amazing. It is such an amazing view, you are literally on the cliffs looking into the ocean and looking at 7 mile beach from the resort. Very close to Rick’s Cafe. If you drive your own car, they can only have about 5 cars in the parking lot. Other than that small inconvenience, this place is amazing will definitely stay here longer next time we visit!!

This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It had high rating but I thought it was probably overrated until I arrived . The Views ,Ocean Cliffs Amazing Staff from Heather , Afri, Raquel , Richmond the Bartender , even the Maintenance Guy Cardaine made sure we were comfortable. We loved it there. So nice to be right on the water. Loved the salt pool right next to ocean. No chlorine so great! Food was excellent. Especially the traditional jamaican dishes like ackee and saltfish and whole pan friend red snapper

Im glad my wife and I discovered this gem. Our only regret is that we had to leave so soon. From the moment we arrived till we left, all staff interactions were positive. The rooms and property overall are beautifully kept. Absolutely loved that your room is nestled in its own private garden. Im glad we took the advise of a friend to check out this property on the west end. Its so peaceful and tranquil, you could spend all day taking in the calming crash of the waves, soaking in the saltwater pool (pleasant surprise) or relaxing on the private beach. No loud music, solicitors and the likes at some other properties. Drinks could use some improvement but the food and staff more than compensated. Would def visit again.

This is a very nice hide out, if you just want to get away to a very quiet clean environment. We enjoyed dinner cooked to perfection by the ocean. The staffs are the best. Our room was updated daily with different design on our bed every night. My favorite thing about this hotel is the Jungle appeal. Beautiful flowers and luscious greenery all around. I'll give them a 5star overall.

It’s a really quiet location. Perfect for a retreat or get away. The only downside is that the parking is limited, so don’t go in expecting a standard parking lot. The staff are all super memorable and quickly make an effort to learning your names. Everyone was super accommodating and I would definitely go again! The food choices at the hotel were superb, and there are plenty of other good choices close by if you want a variety of foods. Oh and the rooms! The rooms are so comfortable that it feels like you’re home! The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff leave no stone unturned.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril. Everyone was so kind, the rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating.
