Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! We stayed here in the 3 bedroom penthouse for my daughter’s graduation in Riyadh. It is gorgeous! The front desk was so polite and welcoming. They helped to make an already special occasion better! Thank you مخبل for your help and kindness. ✨

Opted for the executive lounge access & Probably the worst executive lounge I have ever been to. Most days coffee machine wasn’t working (once it was milk missing once water once cleaning etc). Hardly any soft drinks in the fridge in the lounge. Hardly any food either & never found anyone attending the lounge. The lounge was worse than a holiday inn or a motel & I am not exaggerating. I complained thrice about it & no change. Asked manager to get back to me at the front desk - no reply. Sent message to property via Expedia - no reply. Nice property in terms of looks & also maintenance. Clean. Staff at the front desk were good. But the unacceptable executive lounge just made the entire stay tainted. Given the layout of the hotel you have to walk outside to get to certain areas & restaurants or spa. They should either shade the walkway or put mist machines there like malls in Riyadh have. Property is also right next to a major highway. Though not very noisy.
