We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. The breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The hotel was spotless and the drinks were refreshing! The best part was the amazing views we had and the service from the staff. We hope to be back in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical. What stood out most was the exceptional service — every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location in Tenerife is fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and overall experience. A truly memorable holiday, and we would happily return and recommend it to friends and family!

If you book this hotel, make sure you choose the “Preferred Club” option. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally. There is no private hotel beach area, There is no beach access directly to the beach, so if access to the beach is important to you, I would not recommend booking this hotel. Although I booked the Preferred Club option, the bathroom was very outdated. We raised this on the second day, and the staff kindly offered us another room, but it did not feel worth the effort to move. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort. The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded. What really made the holiday stand out was the staff.
