Such a beautiful place to stay. We were greeted by amazing staff. We absolutely loved that we were able to bring our fur babies. The staff made us feel so comfortable. They gave our babies treats! We loved that. Thank you for a great experience!

We were in town for a weekend getaway date. The hotel was beautiful inside. Every person on staff was very welcoming and friendly. We used their courtesy driver to take us to our date spot, and they came and picked us up when we were done. we were very impressed with the bar. Staff was very attentive, and food and drinks were really good. Our room was very clean, large in size, and had nice amenities. We are already planning another trip back.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered room service and the food was amazing. Within walking distance to several cool places to eat and the rooms were very clean. The only downside is valet parking for $25 a night, however it is downtown so safe parking is limited and expensive anyway. Would definitely recommend.

Hands-down, the nicest hotel in Oklahoma City downtown. And one of the perks is on top of the roof. They have a beautiful bar with an amazing view of the city with an outdoor patio. When the weather is right, this place can hardly be matched anywhere.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Everything was very clean. Great staff and easy to get to places and downtown area. Vehicle was hit in parking lot. Parking is awful, do valet service to avoid problems. Non staying guest using pool was inconvenient. Room service and pool side meal service was wonderful! We will stay again.

The O bar upstairs can get really busy, but it’s definitely worth a stop for a good view of the city. The pool is not family friendly. It’s basically just for adults to hang out and water and drink. It is very small but welcoming on a hot Oklahoma day. The chalkboard restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The food was delicious and the pricing is amazing.

Beautiful, charming, older building. Clean & smelled great. Convenient location to many restaurants. Staff was very kind. Nice room, but not what we reserved & paid for or were told at check-in. Had to ask for a rollaway bed a couple of times. Pool was not what it looks like in pictures, very small. Lots of street & hospital noise. Overall, a little pricey for comps in the area.

Excellent! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s was quiet and the room was nice. Loved the bar at the top of the hotel. The only constructive criticism would be the employees at the front desk when we checked in around 4-4:30 that day. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and when we asked directions on how to get to the Amphitheater Zoo for a concert the gal said she wasn’t sure. Definitely didn’t seem interested in assisting.

Wonderful stay. We loved our stay at this hotel compared to the other hotels we stayed before. Having nice glass cups for the morning coffee made us feel like at home and bed was comfy and room was very clean. My husband enjoyed having robe in the bathroom and everything was perfect. Location is also great and we will definitely stay here next time in OKC.

From the moment of checkin until we walked out our experience was top notch. Everyone we encountered on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean and our room was just what we were expecting it to be. We will definitely stay again anytime we are in the area!

Very nice place to stay. Everything is clean and up to date. I had the king suite and it was super nice. The bar upstairs is very nice and the service is off the chart at the bar and the hotel.

Overall, an excellent stay. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff very friendly. Excellent bar and restaurant. ONE THING. The TV in the room worked, but was unwatchable due to the odd remote and setup they had for the TV. GO BACK TO REGULAR REMOTE AND SETUP! But that was far and away outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, sociable, and informative. The room was nice and clean, nothing special, but kind of loud. I could hear doors shutting in the hallway, the bathroom above me, and the tv next door. It wasn't too bad, just startled me several times. My biggest issues, though, were the added fees. It advertized free wifi- wifi is $10/day. There was no parking near by, so you pretty much had to use the valet, which was an automatic $50. I was also disappointed that the room I booked showed it had a tub, but it didn't. I was really looking forward to that soak! But the staff was amazing, room service was fast, and the steak was phenomenal! The room itself was nice and comfortable.

Night out for Mom and Dad. Love the hotel and location, Cafe Cuvée is one of our favorite restaurants, and there are multiple other choices nearby. Mattress in our room needed to be replaced- but we didn’t inform staff until checkout, so I have no idea what options they would have given us.

We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience! From arrival to departure, from bellman, valet, front desk, room service, maid service, to the O Bar experience, all top notch. They even gave us a ride to and from a concert we attended. The Ambassador delivered!

I cannot brag enough on the staff at the Ambassador. That was THE best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The room stayed cold and dark. The desk clerk was friendly and the shuttle driver was very personable. 10/10 recommend.

The property was excellent. Anitra was perfect. She exhibited the most excellent customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. The Chalkboard restaurant was awesome. The manager Brittany was amazing and our server Ericka was such a sweetheart. Even Jason who brought our car around from valet was such a gentleman. This was a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday.

Excellent! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s was quiet and the room was nice. Loved the bar at the top of the hotel. The only constructive criticism would be the employees at the front desk when we checked in around 4-4:30 that day. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and when we asked directions on how to get to the Amphitheater Zoo for a concert the gal said she wasn’t sure. Definitely didn’t seem interested in assisting.

The entire staff, whether at the hotel or at The Chalkboard, on the 7th floor, all the way to the Valet Service was amazing. I would even go so far to say that everybody involved was just looking out for and caring for one another. We had a great experience, and will definitely be back.

Our first time staying at this hotel was an enjoyable experience! The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the atmosphere just what we expected from a boutique hotel: chic and quaint. The valet, Andrew, was highly attentive and even suggested shuttling us to and from an event we were attending nearby, which made life alot easier (not having to worry about parking) good call Andrew! 👍 We will definitely stay again the next time we are in OKC.

Beautiful, charming, older building. Clean & smelled great. Convenient location to many restaurants. Staff was very kind. Nice room, but not what we reserved & paid for or were told at check-in. Had to ask for a rollaway bed a couple of times. Pool was not what it looks like in pictures, very small. Lots of street & hospital noise. Overall, a little pricey for comps in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a little weekend getaway from home! I chose it because it was one we haven’t stayed in before, it had a pool, and it’s walkable to so much. The pool is small, but it was just what we needed! You could order food and drinks via text and they brought it right out. We just wanted a quiet escape and it provided that. We also enjoyed walking to businesses nearby. We had breakfast at Waffle Champion and grabbed coffees from Not Your Average Joe. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Stella. We literally did not move our vehicle the entire time we were there! It was great. The room was nice! We didn’t have any complaints. The staff - they’re great! Every single person we encountered was so helpful, energetic, friendly, just wonderful! In particular, Caleb and Ian at O Bar went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. And Wyatt was friendly and chatty when we used the complimentary shuttle they provide. We had a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others!

Wonderful stay. We loved our stay at this hotel compared to the other hotels we stayed before. Having nice glass cups for the morning coffee made us feel like at home and bed was comfy and room was very clean. My husband enjoyed having robe in the bathroom and everything was perfect. Location is also great and we will definitely stay here next time in OKC.

Stayed here for three nights while my son was touring the OKCU school of dance and entertainment. The hotel far exceeded our expectations, location is great and surrounding neighborhood was so quaint and a pleasure to explore with several nice shops and restaurants very close.

We were just driving through on a road trip back home to Canada and found this place to be relaxing and very comfortable. Their roof top bar was lovely and the mediterranean tapas the best I have Ever had. Loved the surrounding area even though I didn’t really get an opportunity to explore.

My Husband and I stayed at the Ambassador on a short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had drinks in the bar. It was wonderful. Then we had dinner at The Chalkboard restaurant. The beef wellington was delicious! The service was excellent. Our room was lovely. The hotel sent us a small bottle of champagne for 2, in honor of our anniversary. The Ambassador is definitely our new favorite place in Oklahoma City.

The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, sociable, and informative. The room was nice and clean, nothing special, but kind of loud. I could hear doors shutting in the hallway, the bathroom above me, and the tv next door. It wasn't too bad, just startled me several times. My biggest issues, though, were the added fees. It advertized free wifi- wifi is $10/day. There was no parking near by, so you pretty much had to use the valet, which was an automatic $50. I was also disappointed that the room I booked showed it had a tub, but it didn't. I was really looking forward to that soak! But the staff was amazing, room service was fast, and the steak was phenomenal! The room itself was nice and comfortable.

The O bar upstairs can get really busy, but it’s definitely worth a stop for a good view of the city. The pool is not family friendly. It’s basically just for adults to hang out and water and drink. It is very small but welcoming on a hot Oklahoma day. The chalkboard restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The food was delicious and the pricing is amazing.

My stay at the ambassador for a class reunion was absolutely perfect. The Front Desk staff is knowledgeable, kind and service oriented. The food service was outstanding. The dining room, the chalkboard is absolutely excellent quality and service. I had a lovely stay in a historic building in the middle of Midtown couldn’t have been any better!

The evening staff was AMAZING! Melissa and Hugh were extremely helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to make our check in and stay smooth, easy and memorable. Those two were fantastic and deserve the biggest shout out. The staff on duty the following morning were lackluster and might benefit from shadowing Melissa on guest experience. If there had been anyone else in the lobby as we were leaving, I could understand why they weren’t as helpful. But it was just my 8 year old and I struggling to get our things out the door and to the truck, then search for someone who had my keys.. Check out was a bit of a let down after the brilliant interaction the night before.
