Hotel Santa Coloma del Camino

We recently stayed in one of the apartment-style units at this property, which included a separate bedroom and a living room with two single beds. The flat itself is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated, making for a comfortable and visually appealing stay. However, there were some disappointing aspects that did not match what was advertised at the time of booking through Hotels.com. The listing highlighted breakfast as included, as well as access to a pool. Upon arrival, we discovered that because we had booked an apartment equipped with a toaster, fridge, and microwave, breakfast was not actually provided—despite all guests in standard rooms receiving it. This felt misleading and inconsistent. To make matters worse, there are virtually no nearby places to purchase food. The only suggestion offered was a petrol station, which had very limited options—mainly biscuits, with no basic items such as bread or milk. For a nightly rate of £180, it would be reasonable to expect at least minimal provisions, such as coffee and toast. The pool is a nice feature in theory, but in practice it is quite small. It becomes crowded quickly, especially when just two or three other guests are using it at the same time, which limits its appeal. Overall, while the apartment itself is well-presented and comfortable, the lack of transparency regarding breakfast and the limited facilities nearby significantly detract from the experience.

This is more of a guest house than a hotel, the couple who runs it are super nice but don't speak english - so have your Spanish ready! We only stayed for one night, it met our needs. The breakfast was really nice!

Budget hotel, good value. The pool was very well looked after, had a lovely swim. No drink allowed by the pool. No bar, no evening food. More like a B&B. The owners were very attentive and breakfast was good. There is a wonderful restaurant in a castle 10ish walk. I would stay again.

A little gem on the inland route between Leon and Burgos. Beautiful surroundings, interesting ambience, refreshing pool. Friendly hosts and spacious rooms.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms very tastefully decorated. It is so calm and relaxing with just the sound of birds and frogs, we slept extremely well. The breakfast was also to a high standard. Bars are a short walk from the hotel
