We have a lovely stay, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and our room was amazing. Excellent breakfast and we had a great dinner at the hotel as well. A short walk from everything in Giverny.

This place really needs to put up a sign that arriving guests can see. We had trouble finding the place even though our GPS had told us we had arrived. During the one day that we were there, two other couples approached us, asking us where the hotel was. One of them was driving up and down the street and the other actually knock on the door of our cottage, not realizing that they were actually already at the hotel. It turns out that there is actually a small sign on the side of the building, but it is partially obscured by vegetation. The cottage we were staying in was spacious and lovely, as were the grounds around the hotel. The room was rather hot and the small, portable air conditioner had trouble cooling it down. To find the hotel, I would suggest driving halfway up the road from the main street and look for two black doors on your right. One of the doors is large like a barn door while the other is small. There is a small parking area across the street. You enter the Hôtel courtyard through the small black door.

Vi skulle ringe for at vores nøgle . Vi spurgte til restaurant , men fik at vide at de lå ved hovedvejen. Senere fandt vi ud ad at der var faktisk en i den tilhørende have her i baghaven. Så 3 ud af 10 stjerner.

What a delight to find this gem. It has to be the most special place to stay in Giverny. We were fortunate to arrive at lunch and the cafe was open and serving. The food was excellent for meal. Our breakfast was served at our table in the morning and surpassed anything we found in our two week travel through France. This is really the only place to consider staying at in Giverny. Stay two nights!

Nous avions hâtes d’y séjourner au vu des notes! Mais nous avons été extrêmement déçus. C’est surcôté. Ceci n’est pas une maison d’hôtes pour moi, car aucun sens de l’accueil. Petit déjeuner donné au compte goûte. Nous avions demandé si c’était possible d’avoir un croissant en plus. La réponse était que ce n’était pas possible! A 250 euros la nuit! Le style des chambre est joli et la propriété est grande, mais il y’avait pas mal d’araignées dans la nôtre.

The stunning peaceful grounds away from the bustle of Giverny main village street. Our gite was spacious and very relaxing. Very nice decor. Monet's garden is beautiful. Very busy but we expected that. Lots of nice places to eat in Giverny. Nice walk along the river to Vernon which has plenty of great food shops as expected in France.

It is a 15 or less minute easy walk to the garden, so an early morning or late afternoon garden visits, avoiding the crowds, are easily accomplished without driving. The facility itself is charming and the owners very supportive during our 3 day stay. It was e actually what we needed/wanted for our visit to Giverny.
This is a wonderful location for visiting Monet’s Garden. We have a lovely stay, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and our room was amazing. Excellent breakfast and we had a great dinner at the hotel as well. A short walk from everything in Giverny.

お部屋がシックで清潔で快適でした。マダムの気配りが効いている感じです。部屋にテレビはなく、静かな時間を過ごすことができました。ディナーを注文しましたが、あまりバリエーションがなく、高いのでもう少し選択肢があるとありがたいです。お肉が、出てきた時点でもう冷えていたので、温かい状態で食べたかった…。朝食はちょうど良い量で良かったです。 また違う季節にも訪れたいです！

What a delight to find this gem. It has to be the most special place to stay in Giverny. We were fortunate to arrive at lunch and the cafe was open and serving. The food was excellent for meal. Our breakfast was served at our table in the morning and surpassed anything we found in our two week travel through France. This is really the only place to consider staying at in Giverny. Stay two nights!

The hotel looks like it’s out of a movie, so stunningly beautiful and peaceful! I loved relaxing in the garden before walking up to dinner at the restaurant with incredible food and such a lovely view of the grounds. The owners went above and beyond to help me when I realized I had the wrong electrical adapter, and the staff served me with no problems even though I only arrived to breakfast with five minutes to spare in the time frame. It’s a short walk to Monet’s house and the rest of Giverny, which felt like a giant flower garden and was full of charming booths with local art and amazing cafes. And after dinner I brought a bottle of wine back to the room and took a bath in the claw foot tub, it was the perfect room for toasty relaxation surrounded by beauty! Can’t recommend enough
