Great service, nice rooms, 24/7 reception. Location is decent, close to center but quite some traffic outside. Easy to find parking and charging nearby.

Clean, comfortable, and a nice looking newer hotel. There are hotels closer to the airport if you’re planning on walking (the city is quite small). It is close to restaurants nearby though. Only one washer and one dryer for a hotel with 8 floors. Took hours to get one load of laundry done unfortunately.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zum Fährhafen und Bahnhof. Parken gegen ordentliche Gebühr (20€/d) gut möglich. Die Zimmer sind so winzig, dass mann von der Fensterseite des Bettes nicht zur Tür gehen kann, ohne dem Fernseher an der Wand ausweichen (vielleicht 40cm?) zu müssen. Auf der Strasse war beide Nächte "Fete" bis um vier, Schlafen nur mit sehr effektiven Ohrschutz oder geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Der Cappuccino zum Frühstück kostet extra (3 €) und das Buffet ist sparsam aber ausreichend. Ich werde sicher nicht wieder kommen.

Proprio di fronte alla stazione e fermate degli autobus max a 5 minuti a piedi. Al centro delle vie principali di bodo Ambiente informale, moderno ma elegante allo stesso tempo. Colazione ricca si trova un po' di tutto. Ottima la possibilità di usare lavatrice e asciugatrice senza costi aggiuntivi. Primo hotel che fa la raccolta differenziata anche ai piani. Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto... Il caffè a disposizione potrebbe esserlo a tutti i clienti e non solo a quello facenti parte della membership

Ostädat, gamla rullade dammråttor på golvet. Örngott var ej bytta, ett var det någon som kräkt på! Inga krokar att hänga handdukar på i badrummet itan bara 2 magnetkrokar i taket. Trångt till frukost, mer besökare än platser. Ett täcke låg i halvdan plastpåse under sängen.

Excellent hotel right outside of the ferry quay and train station so super convenient for arrivals and departures. The double room was plenty big enough for a one night stay, nice new industrial type decor, and spotlessly clean with a nice comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay. My room was next to the road so it was not quiet. The window doesn’t open much so it was hot in the room. I can’t open my curtain all the way due to privacy. There’s a lot of places around to walk to. Pretty convenient

Rimelig hotell nært togstasjonen. Ganske små rom som hadde alt du trenger. Enkel innsjekk, nøkkel i mobilapp. God frokost, ikke stort utvalg, men det du trenger.

The location was conveniently located close to the train station, as well as the 2 ferry stations. It was also in the center of town and had several supermarkets nearby. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The only thing I disliked was that both times that I stayed there I had a view of a wall of another building. Having a coffee maker in the room would have been nice as well.

The room was fine however there is no air con and it was 25 degrees when we stayed and very noisy when opening the windows - had to wait quiet a while for lifts and the breakfast was average and is overall a basic standard hotel- we stayed at another hotel during our time in bodo which was far superior in terms of the breakfast and room comfort

完全自助check in，包含房卡的製作。房間面對港口景觀不錯，但可惜有點小，因為每次從床尾移至窗邊時都會撞到牆上的電視機；但朋友跟我一樣的房型和房價（就在我隔壁），但房間就比我的大很多，我們猜他們那間可能是可以住有使用輪椅的旅客，但是在check in時，螢幕上並沒看到有什麼特別提示。房間有標示水籠頭的水可以生飲，所以房間裡面沒有瓶裝水也沒有快煮壺，如果要喝熱水可以到一樓櫃台，而且一樓櫃台也提供免費的咖啡。第二天check out時，因為太早叫不到Uber，才發現飯店有直接叫TAXI的機器，只是我們不太會使用，後來請櫃枱人員直接幫我們打電話叫車，櫃台人員真的很熱心，不但幫我們叫 TAXI，還主動幫我到餐廳裡面裝熱水（她覺得前枱熱水瓶的水已經不夠熱了）。

I had given notice well in advance about late arrival incl the specific time. Upon arrival with large heavy suitcase the reception staff was busy smoking just outside the entrance door. Dressed in civil clothes, not uniform, I thought they were other guests. Reception was empty so after a while I rang their bell, no response so after waiting another while I started to look around, even called out. Sideroom was empty, kitchen empty, no staff to be seen. After quite some time one of the smoking staff happened to see me through the glass doors as I was wandering around dragging the suitcase along. The two of them came rushing in starting to excuse themselves. A very disappointing experience indeed.

I liked the online and self check in/check outs. I actually never spoke to a staff member for my entire stay. Room was clean. I would have liked another pillow but it’s not a necessity. Good breakfast!

Excellent location to be able to walk to the ferry. Excellent breakfast with fresh bread and so much choice. First time had to catch an early ferry and they gave us a takeout container to be able to get some breakfast to eat as we waited for the ferry.

Liegt direkt am Bahnhof und nah am Fähranleger (Lofoten). Die Zimmer waren super. Einrichtung neuwertig und sehr zweckmäßig. War perfekt für uns als Familie vor der Weiterreise auf die Lofoten.

Very small room but very nice clean and modern. Lobby area was very nice too. Great location for ferry and downtown. Also less than 2km walk to the airport. Check in was via an app which was great at 3am! Just waved my phone at front door and room door for access.

Rom 613. Rommet var stort, og badet stort. Alt var skinnende rent. Sengen var helt fantastisk. - manglet kjøleskap, og frokosten var meget sparsommelig. Første hotellfrokost uten bacon!

Skittent på gulvet under ekstra seng. Dårlig frokost - ble ikke fylt på fatene. Ble lite å velge i. Ikke verd pengene. Burde vært kaffemaskin eller vannkoker på rommene.

Frokost var ikke inkludert i rom prisen. Trodde det var vanlig i norge. Måtte sjekke nettsiden om det stemte. Og langt ned på siden sto det at man kunne legge til frokost. Merkelig praksis. Men det ligger vel til navne. SMART. Folk velger dette hotellet fordi det er billig. Men så viser det seg at det er samme pris som resten av byen, hvor frokosten er inkludert. Det burde komme tydligere frem at du må legge til frokost. Det virket som om at betjeningen ikke ønsket å være på jobb. Verken ved innsjekk, frokost eller utsjekk. Ikke sur men heller ikke blid. Damen som kontrolerte om du hadde betalt for frokosten, virket som en sivil person i en utvasket dongeribukse, som var plasett der og var mer opptatt av mobilen og pcn, en å yte service til gjestene.

Excellent location to be able to walk to the ferry. Excellent breakfast with fresh bread and so much choice. First time had to catch an early ferry and they gave us a takeout container to be able to get some breakfast to eat as we waited for the ferry.

Good budget hotel. Comfortable bed. Good ensuite bathroom. Good blackout curtains. A bit of road noise at the front. The breakfast room is much too small for the number of people - it is extremely busy and stressful all the time.

Good value for money hotel for short stay. It’s smart hotel, so expect no one at reception, checking in and out are automatic. We stayed one night after returning from Lofoten before catching next day early morning flight. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Beds were nicely made. Comfortable sleep. Lots of restaurants and waterfront in just 4-5 min walking. In our room the curtain rail was broken and half of the curtain was hanging out. Housekeeping could have made some effort to fix it before giving the room Overall good value for money stay in the city centre.
