Perfekt läge precis vid stranden. Rymlig inomhus-pool och fräsch spa-avdelning med bastu. Bra frukost och fina rum. Bra utbud av restauranger, både inom hotellområdet och i den närliggande byn.

Für Familien mit Kindern sicher ein toller Platz, für Paare eher weniger geeignet (zu laut). Essen war sehr reichhaltig und gut, sehr hoher Geräuschpegel im Restaurant. Liegen am Meer gebührenpflichtig, Pool viel zu klein. Alle Aktivitäten auf Hotelgelände mussten teuer bezahlt werden

Wir denken das wir nicht wiederkommen werden, da gibt es ruhigerere Angebote.

Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing that luckily we resolved (by saving the messages !)

Zimmer gut. Leider kleines Bett mit einer Decke für zwei Erwachsene. Sehr gutes Essen. Hallenbad toll. Strand gut mit vielen Liegen.

It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!

We loved our stay at the hotel the only thing that put a dampener on things was the lady with the glasses working on reception. We have never encountered anyone so rude, dismissive and unhelpful in any hotels we have stayed in around the world. Every other member of staff was outstanding and friendly. This is the reason we would not return. The location of the hotel is stunning. The food was great. The spa, gym and swimming facilities are also fantastic. We would recommend renting a car for your stay as the bus service is infrequent. Uber’s were reliable but the cost can add up quite quickly. It’s only a 15 minute car ride to Zadar old town which is a must and so are the national parks.

Quiet location on headland adjacent to sea. Some building work in grounds in progress (new conference centre) with crane and some associated noise but not intrusive - September 2024) Good buffet breakfast. Short stroll into Petrcane bay with a handful of small bars and restaurants open. Regular nightly entertainment in bar / main public space area, so noisy and difficult to avoid without sitting outside. Not impressed by attention to cleanliness in room / bathroom during and between stay. Staff friendly. Tip: Ask hotel to arrange taxi transfers - €55 to/from Zadar airport - as we had to pay €85 from airport (after initial quote of €100.

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der ansprechenden Bilder ausgewählt. Nichts davon ist so wie es dort aussieht. Der Pool ist winzig, das Hotel gleicht einer 10€ Herberge auf Mallorca, das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft verdreckt, tote Mücken an der Wand und Haare in der Dusche, der Boden voller Dreck. Nachdem dies angesprochen wurde, wurde uns eine neue gründliche Reinigung versprochen, es wurde gesagt : „Fehler passieren nunmal“ Wir waren 3 Nächte da und nicht EINMAL kam der Zimmerservice!? Leere Versprechungen und nachdem ich ein weiteres mal nach dem Zimmerservice fragte, wurde ich wieder abgewimmelt mit: Es tut uns so leid, wir sind überbucht. Was sind das für Ausreden? Zu dem Thema überbucht: Beim Frühstück war nicht reichlich essen da, die Gäste mussten sich auf die Brötchen stürzen, damit man etwas abbekommt. Auffüllen? Fehlanzeige, wer nichts abbekommt hat Pech. Der Übergang zum „Strand“ sehr fragwürdig, Liegen kosten 15€/Tag, ohne ist man auf den Steinboden aufgeschmissen. Ich weiß nicht woher dieses Hotel seine 4 Sterne her hat, der Service ist der schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe und das Hotel das unsauberste und unhygienischste in ganz Kroatien. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bildern täuschen, es sieht nämlich nichts so aus wie dort.

Reception staff were often unfriendly and many did not understand English properly. Cleanliness was poor: spider webs all around the balconies, sheets dirty and even with holes, and the balcony was never cleaned during my stay. I lost a swimsuit from my balcony and the staff simply said “we didn’t find anything” without trying to help. Sunbeds are supposed to cost €5/day, but in reality no one pays and people use them freely without any staff controlling the situation. There is no support at the beach for umbrellas or sunbeds. At the bar, staff always looked annoyed and not welcoming.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel 5 notti a settembre. Abbiamo trovato tutto che si cerca in un hotel : pulizia, accoglienza, piscine e spa bellissime, vista mare e tramonti mozzafiato, personale alla reception cordiali e camerieri davvero molto gentili e sorridenti, ma prima di ogni cosa una cucina eccellente. Abbiamo fatto i complimenti allo chef. Mai mangiato all'estero cosi bene. Complimenti a tutti di cuore. Alla prossima Anna

Bra bemötta vid incheckning. Väldigt bra läge och parkering fanns precis utanför med möjlighet för skugga. Mycket nära stenstranden, vilket var toppen med hotellets egna solstolar. Hotellrummen är lite äldre. Det enda negativa var middagsbufféen som var fullständig mayhem med mycket folk och hög ljudvolym. Maten kan vara bättre för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

We stayed at Hotel Pinija for a week break as a family, 2 adults and a toddler. The hotel location provided good facilities being on the beach and some on-site facilities (kayaks, mini golf, bikes) in addition to the indoor and outdoor pool and spa. It also provided a good base for exploring the region. Breakfast and dinner were wholesome, self service style. The events team entertained children with arts and crafts, swimming lessons and evening night time mini discos and movie nights. The hotel is value for money. The only negative that we have is the condition and size of the room. It was portrayed as a 'Premium room' capable for 2+1. Being a regular traveller in my opinion there was nothing about the room (size and quality) that could be described as premium, I felt compelled to return to reception for an explanation. The fridge did not function, little things like the radiator was wonky and the shower leaked during our stay. Air con was also turned off by the hotel. We were requested by reception staff to return each morning to see if we could pay for an upgrade but were told they were fully booked. We tolerated the room for getting ready and sleeping only, we had anticipated using it more but chose to have our daughter's naps on the go. If you are content living out of a suitcase, happy with a bed in a room then its fine, if you expect just a little more space and comfort (what you'd expect with premium) than a typical economy room elsewhere then note this at booking.

Fanns ingenstans att torka strandhanddukar och blöta badkläder. Rummet var mörkt och trångt, inga sittplatser. Tyvärr gick det inte att uppgradera.

Loved the decor & views. Staff in dining area were very attentive & efficient. Reception staff pleasant but missed telling us about a few of the amenities & how to access them. Room - a little small, no bath mat so had to get an extra towel to use (didn’t want to slip). No kleenex in the room either.

When we came to our room, it was 40 degrees celsius in there. We immediately turn on air conditioning, but it did not help much as it was very out-of-date. So we were forced to go to lobby bar and stay there till 11 p.m. because the heat in out room was unbearable. We had to sleep with AC turned on, otherwise we would not be able to get some rest. The parking on site is free and in the shade, but you hardly get a spot, because they sell daily parking tickets for visitors, who come to the beach for one day. So you have to be lucky or have to come very late, when daily visitors already left. We stayed only one night, because we needed some rest before we continiued our drive back home, but we would definatelly not stay in this hotel if we were on vacation. At least staff was trying to be nice, but did not make much effort to help with the unbearable heat in our room.

Excelente hotel con buenas habitaciones. El personal muy amable. Tiene estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y eso ayuda muuucho.

Tolles Familienhotel, aber auch Paare finden ihre Ruhe. Ruhiger kleiner Badeort (Badeschuhe dringend zu empfehlen) mit super Konobas zum Essen.

Hotel familiar estilo resort, muito confortável e completo, com vista para o mar e com um visual de pôr do sol indescritível. Bom serviço de buffet tanto no café da manhã, quanto no jantar. Muitas atividades e atrações, piscina e spa e sempre com um cantor(a) diferente à noite no bar, cantando hits internacionais, muito agradável. Fica à uns 9 Km do centro histórico de Zadar, se não estiver de carro será necessário Uber ou táxi para o deslocamento. O hotel providencia o táxi.
