This property is new and therefore very clean, updated and in great shape. Unfortunately, my negative rating is due to the service issues we experienced. The airport shuttle was 35 minutes late in picking us up, we got in late and tried to order chicken and pizza and from the bar and were told they were out of chicken and had no pizza crust. We had very noisy guests above us playing loud music until 2:30 on Sunday night. I called the front desk three times to address and no one ever answered phone. Not what I expect from an Embassy Suites!

This property is new and therefore very clean, updated and in great shape. Unfortunately, my negative rating is due to the service issues we experienced. Martini the host was amazing. The cleaning ladies were so nice. Our check in and check out was easy. I had a discrepancy with charges and martini was so nice and quick with helping me. 10/10 would stay again. Felt safe and the pool was clean.

We stayed three nights. Checkin and checkout very welcomingand fast. Room was spotless and specious. It had a large desk perfect for two people to sit and get some work done. Loved the layout of the room, the separation of living and bedroom was perfect. Bathroom big enough to share for two people at the same time. Breakfast was wonderful, Yolanda at the fresh prep station was so sweet and welcoming. I love it that they use fresh eggs and also egg whites. The service team were constantly around to refill and make sure that its was clean all around. The lobby is gorgeous and the bar is well stocked. Gym is small, but functional enough to get a good workout done. Please maybe more Yoga matts. The pool area was very nice, but the water was freezing..but Iam from Florida so somebody else might not get bothered by it. Parking was not included, which is the only thing that gets a small negative point and public parking can be tricky. But we made a great deal with our room and vs other hotels, the nightly rate of 22$ was still somewhat ok. All in all I can see myself staying again in this property when in the ATL area.

Great stay! Love the free happy hour. I was definitely spoiled. Rooms are clean and tidy. Loved the welcome screen with my name. Free breakfast was a major plus ! Enjoyed my made to order omelette. The only negative is paying for parking

The hotel was unable to replenish washcloths and towels throughout our stay and our tub was clogged, so each time someone showered, the next person had to wait for nearly ten minutes to use the shower, because of the slow water drainage in the pipes.

I thought the ventilation and mechanical system was terrible. Had to seek medical treatment because of ventilation system. I was moved to another room because faulty thermostat..the room would not heat up. When moved to room 324 there was a dirty dish in the sink. Also the shower is constructed that in order to turn the water on you have to be inside the shower getting doused with cold water.

The counter was not clean. There were red sticky spots. There was no tissues in the room. I called front desk to request it and more towels and was told they would bring it up but nothing happened. I called again the next day and was told the same but again nothing happened. The property is good but the service needs some improvement.

I could not breathe in the room. The ventilation caused the room to be extremely muggy and was told I would be refunded since they couldn't replace my room. I never received a refund. Staff was not friendly

This updated embassy suited is modern and beautiful and I wouldn’t mind staying for another night. There were some downsides like getting connected to the operator, every single time they would put me on hold for way too long. As well in my room when I had to call and ask a question about the WiFi. The walls are thin, when I was trying to get some shuteye, I felt like I woke up with every door closing throughout the night. Shower and room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast was decent.

I frequent Embassy Suites when I travel (because I love the breakfast) and I must say that this property was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk was prompt and efficient with check in. Overall, its hard to really compare with other Embassy Suites because the one's that I've stayed in have all been nice (this one is a newer property), but compared to other hotels within this hotel tier, this one is at the highest level!

Highly recommend! Mikey at the front desk was the best, he was part of the reason I booked my stay there by how friendly he is and just makes your day!! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so inviting, the bed is very comfy. The hotel is also safe.

The air conditioning was out on the sixth floor. They claimed to be sold out and would not change rooms. I also booked a king bed and they said that all they had was a room with 2 beds. Even the fan portion of the air conditioner would not blow the hot air around. The front desk said that the compressor was being repaired or replaced so beware of this hotel. I am not sure if I was placed in this room because I was booked through Expedia or not but I will never book a room at this hotel again. They did have maintenance bring me an industrial strength fan to blow the hot air around. I just find it odd that the temp was about 70 degrees in the hallway just outside of my room and 75 degrees plus in my room. I got about 2 hours of sleep due to sweating all night. It’s a nice and newer looking hotel in appearance.

The a/c in our room didn’t work. We are a family of 6 and was told we would have to be placed in 2 different rooms. The a/c in one of those rooms didn’t work as well and at midnight people were trying to get into our room since the hotel rented it out to someone else but didn’t document it was occupied by us.

Nice property. Clean and new facility. The sofa sleeper was really bad, though. Only small children can sleep on it. Staff was all pleasant and courteous. Really convenient location.

Nothing Unique. Surprised to see that this property had done away with actual suites that have separate bedrooms. Room was essentially like a "Hyatt Place" product, only smaller still. Safe was mounted way too high, had to stand on a chair to use it. Coffee pot was cheap, sort of Motel 6 thing. The Buffet was huge, I'll give this property credit for that. But the tiny room and other challenges negated the breakfast. I miss the old Embassy Suites model... please bring it back.

Front desk clerk was combative and rude. She was unable to find the reservation. The manager on duty was called and she fumbled around for a while and still could not find the reservation even after the confirmation email was presented to both of them. Then like magic, the information was found. All the blame was placed on Expedia of course.

The actual hotel stay was great, but it’s been 6 days & still not even a call back about being charged twice for the room. Very much a “not my job” vibe among the staff I’ve spoken to about this.

When my family and I arrived, we checked in at the front desk. The person at desk said we were all set. Once we arrived to room I quickly realized it wasn’t the room I paid for, as I originally reserved a 2 bdrm suite. So I went back down to desk and the manager proceeded to tell me that there was a family reunion in town and that they didn’t have any more rooms. I then asked why didn’t she tell me that at first when she gave me the room keys, and she said she didn’t realize it at the time. It was never an apology, they didn’t offer any type of accommodation of any sort for the inconvenience. My room was reserved weeks in advance. We also had to keep going downstairs to receive towels, blankets, pillows, anything extra we needed. Needless to say, we were a bit cramped with just the 1 bedroom and were not accommodated. I expected better service for the amount of money that was paid I was extremely disappointed and still haven’t received my price adjustment. I’m on vacation with family right now so I’ll have to wait because I don’t want to stress. I will be taking my concerns much higher

We had very noisy guests above us playing loud music until 2:30 on Sunday night. I called the front desk three times to address and no one ever answered phone. Not what I expect from an Embassy Suites!

This property is new and therefore very clean, updated and in great shape. Unfortunately, my negative rating is due to the service issues we experienced. The airport shuttle was 35 minutes late in picking us up, we got in late and tried to order chicken and pizza and from the bar and were told they were out of chicken and had no pizza crust. Highly recommend! Mikey at the front desk was the best, he was part of the reason I booked my stay there by how friendly he is and just makes your day!! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so inviting, the bed is very comfy. The hotel is also safe.

Martini the host was amazing. The cleaning ladies were so nice. Our check in and check out was easy. I had a discrepancy with charges and martini was so nice and quick with helping me. 10/10 would stay again. Felt safe and the pool was clean.

Airport pick up very slow. Many other hotels shuttles very responsive. Checkin very slow. Only 1 very nice staff member available with a line of people waiting for their rooms. Very understaffed.

My room was nice and clean! The staff was very kind. The atrium was open, bright and welcoming. Breakfast was good we enjoyed our stay. I liked the fact that the hotel is close to the highway and we were 15-30 minutes away from all the places we planned to visit.

Just checked in and so impressed. Shuttle from airport after midnight was solid. Staff at front desk warm at late hour. Suite bigger and nicer than expected. Clean facility with lots of great features.

While supposedly part of the “ Hospitality industry “ ; check in was not the best . The front desk clerk was robotic , disinterested and emotionless- would have preferred a kiosk and could have achieved the same result. The remainder of the hotel and stay was fine . Clean , spacious , modern and quiet. The neighborhood is industrial but felt overall safe. Very convenient to the airport

Everybody was so nice minus the 2 men at the bar. The front desk staff was excellent and made you feel welcome from check in to check out. The breakfast was AMAZING. Definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is great and very convenient to the Delta Campus as I was there on business. The front desk staff was amazing during check in and answered any questions I had with a smile. I found the girls that were bartending during the manager reception to be very unfriendly and quite rude - they had a negative impact on my stay and I reported this to the front desk attendant; - The food in the resturant was horrible and overpriced. I had a burger that was nothing but a frozen warmed up patty that looked like it came from McDonalds and was charged $20 for that and $5 for 4 pieces of aspargus - ridiculus - However the waitress in the resturant on the night of 2/28 was quite pleasant and friendly. The room was great except the television in the bedroom did not work and the pillows are horrible - would prefer a firmer pillow

Overall very nice. I’d stay again. And PLEASE give a big raise to the chef and cook in the breakfast dining area. One of the BEST breakfast meals we’ve ever had at a hotel. The egg omelette was amazing.

Great value for the money paid. Happy hour and breakfast was great. Staff seemed that they really enjoyed working there. Would return if traveling via Atlanta.

Great stay! Love the free happy hour. I was definitely spoiled. Rooms are clean and tidy. Loved the welcome screen with my name. Free breakfast was a major plus ! Enjoyed my made to order omelette. The only negative is paying for parking

unfortunately the room itself had several issues that contributed to the rating.. overall the hotel was actually pretty nice.. In the room, when I sat down to work in the living area, i tried to turn on the TV with no success.. i tried multiple things but ended up calling maintenance - the person could not resolve the issue and indicated he would have to call a supervisor and come back. I was there for 2 days and it was never resolved and there was never any communication to me about it. Then in the bedroom, neither of the wall lamps by the bed were operable, only the overhead lights. And on the left side of the bed, the entire outlet/ usb port was also inoperable. Frankly with all the electrical items that were not working, I was a little concerned about an electrical fire while I slept. Last, and less concerning was just the ironing board... i was able to make it work but it is very short and even at under 6' tall, I had to bend over while ironing my shirts.

The room’s A/C unit was set for 69 degrees. I changed tilt to 72 before going to dinner. When I returned 2 hours later, it was 67 degrees! Then turned it off. A few hours later it went back on by itself. I finally had to set it for heat mode to get the temp up. While I set it for 72, in heat mode it wound up going to 76. So, again I turned it off. This was room 411, which I will avoid in the future.!
