Convenient location, but very busy and noisy location. Rooms were clean and well presented but done to a budget. Onsite parking was at a cost but well worth the expenditure as the street parking available was hotly contested. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent quality motel as the facilities are quite new. Has an excellent cafe in a shipping container located an the lawn outside the building. Being new we were slightly surprised and disappointed they didn’t have USB charging sockets in the power points. In 2023 this is a must for convenience. Parking was barely adequate and whilst we paid for and reserved a parking space we often found after returning from dinner around 8pm that there we no spare spaces and we had to use one of the two EV charging bays. But overall we would stay again and location in Glen Osmond is ideal.

We always enjoy our time at The Osmond. All the staff are always so lovely. The rooms are nice, modern and well appointed. The bathrooms are gorgeous and bed is very comfortable. Very safe and secure parking too. Always our go to when we stay in Adelaide.

The mattress felt like a cloud, so comfortable!!! There were also complimentary water bottles in the fridge. The only negative was the limited car parking spaces, so had to park on the street.

The ac was on when I went in which was amazing as it was hot out, reception staff were friendly and kind, lovely and dark in room for sleeping day or night. Added bonus was getting to pet dogs that were staying with their human parents in pet designated rooms :)

A nice new motel on busy Glen Osmond Rd. Close to everything a short drive away. You will need to driving to get to and from here. Note that onsite parking is limited so you should ring ahead and book a space. Room is modern and as you would expect with the usual in room facilities. Of note is they don’t skimp on towels as well as providing some bottled water - thoughtful in the heat of an Adelaide summer. If road noise bothers you then you might hear some. Otherwise it is comfortable for a good night’s rest. Remember that it is multi storey so those inconsistent guest returning from a late night out might wake you up as they stomp around in the room above. Staff are friendly and are happy to explain parking etc. Overall the stay is a pleasant experience.

I wasn’t happy with the carpet stains, especially being pet friendly. We paid $100 extra for cleaning and I presume the people before did the same. There was a huge stain by the foot of the bed. If our little dog did that I would feel terrible. I won’t stay there again if I don’t get a properly cleaned room. Can do a lot of extra cleaning for $100.

The motel in itself was lovely. I must note that it's the first motel I've stayed in that doesn't have a microwave or a full length mirror to check yourself when dressing. It may seem small but when you stay somewhere for 4 nights, you don't want to be getting takeaways every night.

Would be a solid motel but it is on one of the busiest roads in Adelaide, and although the room I stayed in was very affected I’d guess half of the rooms would be noisy too. Less bad on weekends than weekdays, staff were nice, housekeeping is weekly only, excellent supermarket down the road, good coffee out the front of the hotel.

Great place to stay, close to the city. Room was great. Facilities are lovely. Close to the city and the parade. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Would stay here again, quite affordable. Minor issue with the noise as walls very thin. You could hear people talking and all the traffic but nothing earplugs didn't fix.

Convenient location, but very busy and noisy location. Rooms were clean and well presented but done to a budget. Onsite parking was at a cost but well worth the expenditure as the street parking available was hotly contested. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Never again, the road traffic noise was horrendous from trucks etc though the night. main door to foyer slamming all night. The bed was too soft. Only one chair for two people, no cutlery in unit to eat a meal that was delivery, not even a teaspoon. We ended up leaving 2 nights early as we had no sleep. The position was great for us and easy to access CBD for medical reasons. Would not recommend to country travelers who are not used to extreme traffic noise.

Property was in a great location! Not too far or close to city, easy to drive around. Room was nice and clean. Staff greeted on arrival were very very welcoming, showed us around and where parking was. I will be coming back when I revisit Adelaide.

A nice new motel on busy Glen Osmond Rd. Close to everything a short drive away. You will need to driving to get to and from here. Note that onsite parking is limited so you should ring ahead and book a space. Room is modern and as you would expect with the usual in room facilities. Of note is they don’t skimp on towels as well as providing some bottled water - thoughtful in the heat of an Adelaide summer. If road noise bothers you then you might hear some. Otherwise it is comfortable for a good night’s rest. Remember that it is multi storey so those inconsistent guest returning from a late night out might wake you up as they stomp around in the room above. Staff are friendly and are happy to explain parking etc. Overall the stay is a pleasant experience.

Excellent quality motel as the facilities are quite new. Has an excellent cafe in a shipping container located an the lawn outside the building. Being new we were slightly surprised and disappointed they didn’t have USB charging sockets in the power points. In 2023 this is a must for convenience. Parking was barely adequate and whilst we paid for and reserved a parking space we often found after returning from dinner around 8pm that there we no spare spaces and we had to use one of the two EV charging bays. But overall we would stay again and location in Glen Osmond is ideal.

Would be a solid motel but it is on one of the busiest roads in Adelaide, and although the room I stayed in was very affected I’d guess half of the rooms would be noisy too. Less bad on weekends than weekdays, staff were nice, housekeeping is weekly only, excellent supermarket down the road, good coffee out the front of the hotel.

Very co-operative staff when I needed to extend my stay. Wonderful room for a single person, Arkaba hotel. Foodland, and Bakery ll within walking distance. Lift for those "older" guests like me. Will definitely use this place again.

We payed for a deluxe king room with complimentary bottle of champagne. When we arrived there was no champagne plus the bed was a queen bed. After complaining about no champagne, reception eventually brought one into the room. We were told we were upgraded but we definitely was not. We have stayed here before and had a beautiful king bed and experience, was very disappointed this time, Compared to previous experience . Also no tissues in the room
