The accomodation was lovely and suited us well. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. The first being that the room wasn't ready in time for our arrival time, however we were able to use the restaurant/ cafe. The room we had was unfortunately up a flight of stairs (section without a lift) which was difficult with a large suitcase and with a toddler/ pram. Overall the room was lovely, clean and had all we needed. The location of the hotel was great too.

Chambre agréable avec une terrasse très sympa, mais que je n ai pas utilisée vu le froid qu il faisait mais ce doit être parfait en été ou même au printemps. Chambre très calme mais un peu petite mais peut être due à un lit carré , spacieux et très confortable . Accueil parfait et petit déjeuner très bon quoique trop cher , 18€ c est même vraiment cher pour un petit déjeuner. Quelques signes de vétusté notamment vers le placard cuisine d ou une planche s est détachée , est tombée et m a rebondit sur les pieds. Carrelage au sol de la salle de douche très glissant une fois mouillé. Hôtel bien insonorisé. Très bien situé , j y reviendrai certainement

숙소 바로 뒷편에 맛있는 빵집들과 과일가게들이 있는 시장이 있어 장을 봐와서 식사할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 간단히 요리를 할수있는 시설도 잘 갖춰져있었구요. 넓직한 테라스도 좋아서 비가 오지않았다면 밖에서 기분좋게 브런치를 할수있었을텐데 그점이 아쉬웠지만 아침마다 테라스에서 신선한 공기를 마실 수 있는것으로 만족했습니다. 침구류도 편안했고 욕실도 넓어서 세명이 쓰기에 편리했습니다. 전철역도 가까워 파리시내 여기저기 다니기에 편리해 구지 비싼 중심가에 숙박하지않아도 아주 괜찮은 컨디션의 숙소를 합리적인 가격에 머물렀다오게되었습니다. 다만 샤워할때 수압이 좀 약했던것이 유일한 단점이었습니다. 하지만 다음에 또 파리에 온다면 재방문할 의사가 있습니다.

Our family of 4 loved staying here! It was roomy, a great neighborhood, the staff was so helpful and it was a beautiful building! The bed and pillows were comfortable and it had an elevator for our luggage. We had a privacy room and bathroom separate from our children which was perfect.

Nos fue bien pero no me gusto mucho que no hacen limpieza o cambian sabanas a diario estuvimos 3 dias y no tuvimos sabanas frescas solamente recogen la basura y te dan toallas limpias pero no barren o aspiran y eso se me hace antihigienico por lo que pagas deberían tener mas limpieza

We had a very enjoyable stay. It’s not easy finding a moderately priced room in Paris for a family of four. This suited us perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped and had good water pressure. The room had a mini-fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sink which we happily utilized. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There were shops and restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. We found the neighbourhood pleasant and charming.

The location was fantastic—just outside the main tourist zone but only a few metro stops from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made the area very enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, which worked well for our longer stay. However, it lacked comfort. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even after the hotel provided a replacement. The mattress was so thin that we could feel the springs, which made sleeping difficult. Another issue was that not all electrical outlets were functional, which was frustrating. Additionally, our room had an external entrance, which wasn’t ideal on rainy days. The stairway carpet was old, stained, and in need of replacement. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel really needs to invest in maintenance and comfort improvements to justify a higher rating.

Great location 100m from Metro and one block to lively bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and generally in good condition. There were 3 of us so we had the sofa down as a bed - bad for sitting socially, but good for privacy when sleeping. Air con seemed to struggle in Paris heat, but there were also fans to help. Pretty good overall.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a comércio, restaurantes e metrô. Quarto muito confortável, com uma sala que continha um excelente sofá cama, onde dormiram 2 adultos, mesa para refeições e utensílios de cozinha básicos, mas que atendiam 4 pessoas. Banheiro bem montado, com banheira separada do chuveiro. Todos os atendentes extremamente gentis. Foi uma ótima estadia com a família e, com certeza, uma confortável opção para quem quer visitar Paris.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a comércio, restaurantes e metrô. Quarto muito confortável, com uma sala que continha um excelente sofá cama, onde dormiram 2 adultos, mesa para refeições e utensílios de cozinha básicos, mas que atendiam 4 pessoas. Great hotel. Only let down was air con wasn’t operational due to it being ‘winter’ despite a particularly warm spell in late March. Meant the first night was very hot, and couldn’t leave window open as noise from road.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely be returning. Friendly staff, clean and a great location. We are a family of 4 with 2 younger children and found the room to be very well designed. Plenty of hidden storage, lots of plug outlets, a well stocked mini kitchen and a separate toilet. The shower was large and had good water pressure. We really loved the area and found many good shops and restaurants nearby. The metro is short walk away and the stop is well connected. We were on the 5th floor facing the road which had very nice views, but it was noisy at night. There was a mention of ear plugs on the bedside table but none were left. If you’re a light sleeper, bring your own or request a quiet room. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more, it’s a gem!

Such a wonderful stay here! The staff was available 24/7 and very kind and helpful. Helen was charming. Delicious coffee is available self-service in the dining room. You can easily walk to MonMarte, Parc Monceau, Arch Triumph, and even the Eiffel Tower…. However, I caught the bus back. The transportation is close by (within a block) and helpful folks around to help navigate. Can’t say enough about this property. Super comfortable beds, little kitchenette, and great showers. If you are very sensitive to noise- sirens were going by often but the closed windows were enough for me to ignore the sounds- the building itself was super quiet.

Book this spot on a whim taking my parents on a trip to Paris. The front desk attendant, Yakhya, was sooo incredibly nice. He made sure the room was ready for us slightly earlier than the check-in time, knowing we had just flown in from the US. We stayed in room 502 which we unknowingly discovered had a view of the Eiffel Tower. 10/10 experiences!

Book this spot on a whim taking my parents on a trip to Paris. The front desk attendant, Yakhya, was sooo incredibly nice. He made sure the room was ready for us slightly earlier than the check-in time, knowing we had just flown in from the US. We stayed in room 502 which we unknowingly discovered had a view of the Eiffel Tower. 10/10 experiences!

The accomodation was lovely and suited us well. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. The first being that the room wasn't ready in time for our arrival time, however we were able to use the restaurant/ cafe. The room we had was unfortunately up a flight of stairs (section without a lift) which was difficult with a large suitcase and with a toddler/ pram. Overall the room was lovely, clean and had all we needed. The location of the hotel was great too.

All staff members were welcoming, approachable, and helpful. There were several who went above and beyond during an unexpected medical situation to coordinate care with medical providers and pharmacies to get me the care that I needed, for which my family and I are thankful. The location was safe, convenient, and fantastic to shop. My two children enjoyed exploring the neighborhood's bakeries, chocolate shop, and quaint little markets. A few condition issues with a leaky bathroom sink and water leaking under the barrier door of the shower, but the air conditioning and kitchenette worked beautifully. I would definitely stay again. Wonderful place for families!

Such a wonderful stay here! The staff was available 24/7 and very kind and helpful. Helen was charming. Delicious coffee is available self-service in the dining room. You can easily walk to MonMarte, Parc Monceau, Arch Triumph, and even the Eiffel Tower…. However, I caught the bus back. If you are very sensitive to noise- sirens were going by often but the closed windows were enough for me to ignore the sounds- the building itself was super quiet.

The location was fantastic—just outside the main tourist zone but only a few metro stops from the Arc de Triomphe. Loved this hotel. Everyone was extra friendly and went beyond to help in every situation. Metro was a block and a have away. Lots of cafes and restaurants. 2 blocks away from all kinds of neighborhood stores. It was a awesome area i would definitely recommend it.The metro line 2and3 go everywhere.

Finding a suitable venue which cater for families with small children can be problematic. The Sonder seemed a modernised alternative catering for most needs of a family of 2x kids/2x adults. Having spent some time searching, the hotel is a Paris mid price point (compared to some of the other venues). Def cheaper options available. Stayed 4x nights, opeted for no breakfast, after checking out the selection. Meanwhile, there was no dedicated breakfast cafés in the immediate area, finding suitable options on the go is not a problem. Coffe machine in room with half decent coffee to get you started. Location is well connected to the metro only being 300-400m away. Venue is safe with a 24/7 porter/receptionist and a locked door entry. Venue is not massive so don’t expect too many people passing through, but it also mean all the rooms on each floor is close to the lift. The rooms are modern, with a hidden kitchen area behind foldable door, which is great for hiding stuff out of view. First night we ended up in a room which the aircondition did not work, having arrived late it meant first night was spent in a room with 30deg+. Not optimally for family with 2x kidz. Requested a change of room the next day, but venue was full. Staff was helpfull in providing some fans to get us through second night. Changed room for 3rd/4th night and finally got room with AC. The place need abit of maintenance, with tap leaking in bathroom and shower, but seemed clean and tidy overall.

Lovely little hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast as thought it was a little expensive for what it was and the pillows were not our choice (although we didn’t mention this at the time as it didn’t ruin anything), however the location was great and the added bonus of hot choc and pod coffee was great in an evening after sight seeing all day. Possible a small freezer area would be handy if on a budget but just a thought. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Chambre agréable avec une terrasse très sympa, mais que je n ai pas utilisée vu le froid qu il faisait mais ce doit être parfait en été ou même au printemps. Chambre très calme mais un peu petite mais peut être due à un lit carré , spacieux et très confortable . Accueil parfait et petit déjeuner très bon quoique trop cher , 18€ c est même vraiment cher pour un petit déjeuner. Quelques signes de vétusté notamment vers le placard cuisine d ou une planche s est détachée , est tombée et m a rebondit sur les pieds. Carrelage au sol de la salle de douche très glissant une fois mouillé. Hôtel bien insonorisé. Très bien situé , j y reviendrai certainement

Great property. Our family was very comfortable there and staff was amazing. Breakfast is lacking but not a big deal since there a lot around the hotel to eat at. It’s not super central…takes about 20-30 via a uber to get anywhere but there is a close by train station.

The “suite” has a kitchenette except the dishwasher is rusted inside and does not work. There are bug traps around it. The fridge has no ice and barely works. The sink has no cold water. The furniture is bulky and in the way preventing flow. The bathroom is a complete disaster with water leaking from the sink, from the shower. The toilet is so close to the side wall that you can’t properly sit on it because a safety bar goes over it. Tiles are cracked. Lastly there’s no real storage. For example there isn’t a single drawer. Overall a rather poor showing. The only plus is the location which is really good, close to parc monceau. Oh and did I mention a reception which is not always staffed.

Great choice for a longer stay. The area is lovely, with so many nice shops to eat and buy take out, very close to the subway, and away from the tourist masses. The hotel is basic in the sense that common areas are minimal, but the property is nice and well maintained, with elevator, which apparently isn’t a given around Paris, and staff is very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
