Villa Nerja avec vue sur la mer, piscine, terrasse et Wi-Fi

This is a lovely property, however it needs some work and refurbishment, the photos shown in the ad look to be from a very long time ago. Many of the outside lights dont work and the water system is just not fit for purpose. It is a gas geyser type set up which gives hot water ok but the pressure is desperate and we couldn't get hot water upstairs. The only workable shower downstairs had a leaking / broken shower head. We had no hot water initially when we arrived, it was eventually sorted, the switch needed new batteries, but the system isn't fit for purpose. There was also an awful drain smell in the toilet sink upstairs. There were 5 old patio lattice type pieces of furniture outside, 3 of them had large holes in them and couldn't be sat on, and despite a large number of sun beds, these were old and filthy and many of them broken. The cushions for the sunbeds were also filthy all we could do was but a number of towels over them to use. Check-in was also not great and we felt were being scammed for more money for an extra cleaner so we could check in early.

Otroligt charmigt boende, men bostadens standard motsvarade inte förväntningarna med hänsyn till priset. Trasiga utemöbler, utrustning för matlagning i mycket dålig standard, problem med vattnet avseende tryck och temperatur. Fastigheten upplevs sliten och är i behov av underhållsåtgärder för att kunna återfå den charm den förtjänar. Poolens vattennivå sjönk onaturligt snabbt, är i behov av åtgärd.
