Such a lovely location and view from the apartment!While the veranda has seen better days and could use some tlc, we still loved spending our evenings on there watching the water! The apartment was clean with incredibly comfortable beds!We loved our stay here and will definitely return

Very well appointed unit, large deck overlooking the bay and close to town. Beach access is not via stair at front of deck unfortunately so a walk around the back instead. Was very comfortable and enjoyed our brief stay.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, all modern fittings, beautifully styled and very true to the photos. The view from the deck is amazing. We were easily able to walk to Nelson Bay Beach, the Marina and surrounds. Everyone was happy and comfortable, from kids to grandparents! We did some cooking on the BBQ - beware there are next to no pantry items so bring your own if you plan to cook. Communication & responsiveness from the property manager was timely and efficient.

My Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in May and could have stayed longer. Very clean apartment and styled in a hamptons theme. Carpet is a bit tired, but i am fussy. Balcony is large enough for a family bbq, but we enjoyed just sitting out there with a drink and watching all the boats come and go and the dolphins swim on occassion. The gas fire pit looked amazing on the balcony however, not sure if it worked and had no instructions.Fantastic position overlooking Nelson Bay, a road behind the apartment is a short walk to the beach and main town, we grabbed a coffee from town each morning.A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Shoal Bay Country Club for best meals.

The property manager would not provide the entry code until we were on-site at 10:30pm. It was hard to identify the right key box and the area was poorly lit. Disappointing that pictures were missing from several wall hooks. Only one towel each for 5 days was insufficient. There were no beach towels which we would have appreciated. Access is a bit tricky as has to be accessed by rear lane. Steps from the beach side require work so that they are safe to use. We didn't let these things spoil.our stay in this lovely house.

While we appreciate your hospitality, there are a few areas that need attention:Rubbish Under Lounge and Beds:We found some overlooked rubbish food packets under the lounge, and a dirty sock under the king bed (as we looked for our daughter’s toy), which is quite revolting if you think about it. A quick inspection around the place would have picked these up right away. Slippery Tiles: The tiles around the property are extremely slippery when wet. A sign would be helpful to notify guests. Worn Appearance: We noticed signs of wear and tear, suggesting a need for updates. Stains on the carpet, bedding, upholstery and spider webs on the ceiling impact the overall appearance of the property. It wasn’t representative of the images we based our booking on. Bathroom Amenities: The dispensers in one shower didn’t have body wash, and both the soap and conditioner in the ensuite were less than half-filled. Fully stocked amenities should be standard. Considering the amount we are paying for our stay, we were expecting a bit more attention to detail and a more personal touch.

The deck and surrounding outside area is starting to look a bit dated but inside was great and the view/location was something to behold. The kitchen is small but we can't fault the place at all, was a fantastic stay. Would love to visit again in future once the weather gets walmer, it was winter :-)

The home is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Only downside was the gas tank (therefore hot water) running out. Advice from Stay Port Stephens staff was inaccurate and unhelpful - pretty much told to suck it up. Thankfully the usual property manager called us soon after and sorted it out immediately.
