初めての利用全般的に施設に古さを感じる施設内の地下にある駐車場は今の車には狭い施設の創りや内容は良く、昔は敷居の高いホテルだったと思われるホテル周辺も閑散としていたが川沿いを歩くと気持ちがいい時期にも寄ると思うがリバービューより富士山が見える部屋がオススメ

There should be more information for hotel visitors in the Car park! I don’t know which one is for vistor parking overnight, the direction arrow sign were not as normal which I found it hard to under where to go!

A pleasant and reliable stay. The hotel feels a little older in style but is clean, comfortable, and well kept, with friendly and professional staff. I liked the quiet ground-floor entrance that leads straight to the elevators, with reception on the second floor. There are no laundry facilities, which for me was a bit of a downside since I’ve been hiking from city to city and rely on being able to wash clothes regularly. It’s a short walk to the station and nightlife, and the view of the city with Mount Fuji in the background is beautiful. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed here for my Aqours pilgrimage. Nice rooms, friendly staff, free bicycles, walking distance to Numazu station, bus stop is in front of the hotel, and the best part is the Aqours and Yoshiko shrine room.

シャワーヘッドのホルダーにピンク汚れや壁に水滴が乾いた後があり、清掃が不十分。施設が古いためかエアコンの効きが悪い。エレベーターや廊下は暑い。部屋の中も効きが悪く暑かった。壊れているのかと思いスタッフを呼んだが、廊下と比べると涼しいですよと解決になっていない答えで不愉快だった。

ホテル自体はとてもいいホテルだと思います。ただ、残念な点がありました。お部屋ベッドがとても埃っぽく、ハウスダストアレルギーを持った家族にすぐ反応が起きてしまいました。特に肩回りや顔が酷かったのでいろいろ調べていたら枕カバーの裏面にカビっぽい黒シミが数か所出来ていました。たまたま私たちが宿泊させていただいたお部屋が普段あまり使われていなかったお部屋だったのかもしれません。その点が残念なところですが、それ以外はとてもいいホテルだと思いました。

立地やアクセス面はとてもいいです。本当にごく普通に全面的に不満に思う点はないのです！が…あえて言うなればですが Free-WiFiが全日繋がりませんでした。私は特に困ることはなかったのですが必要な方は困るかなぁとは思いました。近辺機会があれば利用させて頂きたい宿ではあります！

立地やアクセス面はとてもいいです。本当にごく普通に全面的に不満に思う点はないのです！が…あえて言うなればですが Free-WiFiが全日繋がりませんでした。私は特に困ることはなかったのですが必要な方は困るかなぁとは思いました。近辺機会があれば利用させて頂きたい宿ではあります！

We booked two rooms: a triple room with 3 single beds and a river view, and a double room with a mountain view. While the triple room was quite good, the double room on the 11th floor was very small and had a heavy cigarette smell, making it impossible to sleep. We moved to a room on the 9th floor next to the kids' room, and had to pay additional money for a room with the same mountain view but with two single beds. Although the cigarette smell was less intense, the curtains were dusty. This hotel is not family-friendly; you're better off staying in Mishima.

Stayed here during my pilgrimage for Aqours. This hotel is pretty much in the center of the town and close to everything. Staff is super friendly and my room was pretty spacious competed to other room in other hotels. Also their breakfast menu is pretty good quality and variety wise. Thank you staff as well for embracing Aqours, you all made staying at the hotel an amazing experience because of that.

Very good location i.e pretty central yet not too close to the station (10min walk). The room itself was ok/nothing fancy (shower a bit meh) and wifi pretty weak (not enough to watch live sports streams). Breakfast was a mix of JPN/Western food, again nothing fancy (bacon undercooked, scrambled eggs lukewarm etc) but ok enough. A few bicycles are at guests disposal which i thought was very nice. All in all a very decent option (and yes you do get fuji san views)

眺めは抜群で最高でした。ただ朝食のテーブルに着くまで30分待たされました。出発時間まで25分しかなく焦って口に運びました。時間で予約制にするか、食器の片付けはセルフにするなど朝の忙しい時間なので、もっと効率よくできないものかと思いました。

スタッフさんの対応が親切丁寧で、お部屋も清潔感があり、好印象でした。朝食ビュッフェの内容もよく、しかも1月7日には七草粥も食べられました。また連泊時に部屋の清掃をキャンセルすることで500mlお茶のペットボトルをサービスしてくれたりと、満足度が高かったので、また泊まりたいと思っています。

I was immensely pleased with this hotel. The room was advertised as having a "Mt. Fuji View" which I suspected would be barely visible or largely obstructed in some manner (thank you trauma from other misleading hotels!) BUT this hotel absolutely blew me away with the view we got. When the weather was clear, we had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji as advertised. The hotel is not far from the train station and can be reached on foot. There are several bus stops directly outside the hotel which makes getting around convenient. I did not dine in the hotel but instead enjoyed the many options nearby. Behind the hotel is a riverbank which is fabulous to walk along. The rooms are decently sized and well equipped. Staff were somewhat brusque but efficient. If you are an LLS fan, you will enjoy the dedicated room around the corner from the check-in desk. If I returned to Numazu, I would certainly stay here again!

Though we only stayed for one night, the. Numazu Riverside Hotel was a perfect spot to rest after a day of exploring Numazu. The staff was lovely and helpful, the happy hour beverages and snacks were very nice. High- ceiling in the room which was a bit larger than most rooms we stayed at in Japan. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!
