Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa

Vi fik en opgradering til et familie værelse. Det var stort og fint. Natmaden var meget spartansk. Du kunne ikke få en øl. Morgenmaden var under middel for et 5 stjernet hotel. Personalet var dog meget søde.

I would like to share my concerns about the restaurant at the hotel. The hot food counters had broken lids, which meant the food was not kept at a safe temperature. As a result, the food dropped below 60°C and became cold. This creates a serious health risk, as it allows harmful bacteria to grow, including Salmonella, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Listeria monocytogenes, and Clostridium perfringens. These bacteria can be dangerous and potentially cause food poisoning. More than 20 hot counter lids was broken. Because of this, I did not feel safe eating certain foods, especially rice, fish, and chicken. I avoided them out of concern for my health. Additionally, I was disappointed with the inconsistency in service from the staff serving tea, coffee, and other drinks. Sometimes they brought drinks directly to my table, but when my wife asked, she was told to get up and take it herself from the machine. However, I observed that they were serving other tables without asking them to do the same. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, these issues negatively affected my experience at the hotel.

We had a lovely stay, rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is nice but pool area a little outdated. Food is good and the spa is amazing. The staff are what makes this hotel and they genuinely do go out of their way to make sure you have a fab stay. Shoutout to Huseyin in the restaurant, Nuri and Yunus at the spa and Abdurrahman at the Nargile space in the evenings. They were all so amazing and made our stay impeccable. Beach is a short walking distance or there is a shuttle that can take you there. Nothing else around apart from Belek so be mindful if you want to do a lot of activities.

Chambre tout à fait correcte, salle de bain avec douche et WC séparé par 1 porte de taille confortable. Restaurant avec grand choix de plats , desserts dont baklava, des fruits et boissons ( Ayran aussi) ... Plusieurs salons pour boire 1 café avec pâtisseries. Seul bémol : la piscine extérieure fermée ( c'est vrai on est en Novembre ) et les draps n'ont pas été changé alors qu'on a demandé le nettoyage de la chambre.

Das Essen wiederholte sich, so dass die Auswahl begrenzt war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits, ausserhalb des Hotels konnte man nur mit dem Bus etwas unternehmen.
