The view from the room was great. There is free parking inside the hotel courtyard. Breakfast was great with good selection of sweet options and fruit. Pool area very clean and great view from there.

Enjoyed our stay in Mykonos. Our room had a great view of the Aegean Sea. Narrow alley/road to town was convenient but you have to be careful as the road is narrow. Great breakfast and wonderful pool area.

The staff is just wonderfull. Pick up at the airport was perfect. Rooms are clean, with noise blocking windows.Breakfast is very good! Pool is wonderfull, with amazing view! Definitally is a go!

What a gem! Hotel Gorgona offered us a delightful stay with excellent views, a beautiful, relaxing pool and bar/snack area, delicious breakfast, and very helpful family/staff. The room was sparse, but certainly adequate for our needs. Location was convenient for getting to city center and port - although the walk is a bit taxing with traffic. Also really appreciated the assistance with transportation to and from the ferry port.

Tres bel hôtel bien situé près de la ville de Choura (6-7min à pied) avec vue sur la mer et près de tout. Belle grande piscine. Les chambres sont équipées de grand balcon donnant sur la mer et grande douche. Le fils et la mère sont très gentils, le monsieur propriétaire est un peu bête et peu accommodant

The property was really nice, beautiful front yard, clean, and with a good size swimming pool. We really love our ocean front room with stunning view and amazing sunset! Friendly staff. However, the bathroom is ridiculously small. I am small, 4’11,100 lb woman, and I could hardly turn or move without banging my elbow on the shower wall. We are not a fan of a doorless shower especially when it’s right next to the toilet. The bathroom collects a pool of water because either the drain is super slow or does not work. Third, there was no facial tissue in the room and they provide a body wash and shampoo combined in one bottle. No conditioner. Unacceptable. The breakfast is so-so. I will never pay for that. Their coffee machine serves lukewarm coffees. Terrible!

What impressed me the most about this hotel is the customer service. The lady was super kind, very attentive, and willing to help when we had questions. They also offer a shuttle service from the airport but you pay around 20Euros. The breafast was nice, scamble and boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc... The hotel is very clean, beautiful view and iy l looks as shown in the pictures. The location was great! Walkable to little Venice and to the bus station. Highly recommend the hotel.

We recently returned following a 10 night stay. The hotel is lovely. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels on alternate days. The view from our room (no 109) was absolutely amazing to say the least! Waking up to a sea view everyday was lovely. We had table & chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. There is also a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with cereal, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, coffee or tea & Danish pastries…. Perfect to start the day. The pool is perfect too with the most amazing view. There is a bar which opens in the afternoon where you can order various snacks. The only downside to this hotel is the walk into Mykonos town. It takes approx 15/20 mins, down hill on the way in so obviously your walk back is hard going!! The road is narrow with enough room for one car, you have to squeeze to the side to allow cars to pass not perfect! A shuttle bus from the hotel a couple of times in the evening for a small charge would make this hotel much more user friendly! All in all we have no complaints at all about the hotel other than the walk into town!

The "included breakfast" was a big factor in our choice, and it was delicious. Fantastic ocean views from the room and breakfast hall. About a 20 min walk to Mykonos Town. There are no sidewalks, but that\'s just how things are on the island, not the hotel\'s fault. There is a great car and ATV rental place right across the street making a rental super convenient and access to the rest of the island a breeze. The hotel owners were super kind and helpful. Room service came by every one of the 7 days we were there. The pool is very nice. The mattress was very firm, some love this. A bit too firm for me.

The Gorgona was lovely, a family run property that had been upgraded and was lovely with the most amazing views over the port area of Mykonos. We stayed in a deluxe room that was lovely spotlessly clean and had an awesome balcony.

Pros- great balcony and amazing views; lovely pool area; friendly family owned hotel. Cons- uncomfortable beds, small bathroom, walk up the hill from town is not fun and a little scary with no paths and cars wizzing by on a narrow road.

O quarto é confortável! Fico há uns 25 minutos a pé até centro de Mykonos! O banheiro é pequeno e sem box, então a água molha banheiro todo e se não tomar cuidado vai para o quarto! E bom o único detalhe é o banheiro que poderia ser melhor! Detesto banheiro molhado e então tem como não molhar!
O quarto é confortável! Fico há uns 25 minutos a pé até centro de Mykonos! O banheiro é pequeno e sem box, então a água molha banheiro todo e se não tomar cuidado vai para o quarto! E bom o único detalhe é o banheiro que poderia ser melhor! Detesto banheiro molhado e então tem como não molhar!

Magnifique hôtel avec une vue splendide. Très bien placé. Le seul point négatif c est la chambre qui était pas très grande. Et pas beaucoup de rangement.

The Gorgona was lovely, a family run property that had been upgraded and was lovely with the most amazing views over the port area of Mykonos. We stayed in a deluxe room that was lovely spotlessly clean and had an awesome balcony.

From the owners to the cleaning and also waiting staff were all wonderful and attentive. Very hospitable and willing to go out of their way to answer any questions! The location for views of the old Mykonos port were stunning and staying at this hotel made everything even better! Thank You!

An amazing hotel with a great pool! The staff are very kind and helpful. The older woman, who appears to be the owner, is absolutely delightful! She is accommodating to all needs, including helping to carry bags to the room and to the cab (she insists to do so). We would definitely stay at this hotel every time we are in Mykonos.

The staff is just wonderfull. Pick up at the airport was perfect. Rooms are clean, with noise blocking windows.Breakfast is very good! Pool is wonderfull, with amazing view! Definitally is a go!

The "included breakfast" was a big factor in our choice, and it was delicious. Fantastic ocean views from the room and breakfast hall. About a 20 min walk to Mykonos Town. There are no sidewalks, but that\'s just how things are on the island, not the hotel\'s fault. There is a great car and ATV rental place right across the street making a rental super convenient and access to the rest of the island a breeze. The hotel owners were super kind and helpful. Room service came by every one of the 7 days we were there. The pool is very nice. The mattress was very firm, some love this. A bit too firm for me.

Les chambres sont équipées de grand balcon donnant sur la mer et grande douche. Le fils et la mère sont très gentils, le monsieur propriétaire est un peu bête et peu accommodant

What impressed me the most about this hotel is the customer service. The lady was super kind, very attentive, and willing to help when we had questions. They also offer a shuttle service from the airport but you pay around 20Euros. The breafast was nice, scamble and boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc... The hotel is very clean, beautiful view and iy l looks as shown in the pictures. The location was great! Walkable to little Venice and to the bus station. Highly recommend the hotel.

This place is seriously underrated! The pictures of the pool don’t do it justice. The rooms are clean but no frills which was just fine for us. The walk to town is about 10 minutes and a slight uphill on the way back. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Close enough to town to go in and shop/eat and far enough away it’s nice and quiet.

Great location - only 10 minute walk to the start of the pedestrian town center. Hotel is run by a lovely family who works hard to make your stay a memorable one. Beautiful views, especially at their pool and bar area. We had a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Pros- great balcony and amazing views; lovely pool area; friendly family owned hotel. Cons- uncomfortable beds, small bathroom, walk up the hill from town is not fun and a little scary with no paths and cars wizzing by on a narrow road.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff was extremely friendly. Only downside: To get to the city by foot it takes about 20min and you go on a small road with lots of cars passing by.

Enjoyed our stay in Mykonos. Our room had a great view of the Aegean Sea. Narrow alley/road to town was convenient but you have to be careful as the road is narrow. Great breakfast and wonderful pool area.

We love this hotel and the family that run it, it's in a great location just out of the main town and away from the hustle and bustle. It has fantastic views, a lovely pool and it's great value.

Great hotel with a crazy good view. You basically have the same view as Cavo Tagoo and that’s a $2,000/night hotel. About 20 min walk from Mykonos touristy area, but worth it for the view and the quiet. The owner is very nice and they have a great breakfast.

The view from the room was great. There is free parking inside the hotel courtyard. Breakfast was great with good selection of sweet options and fruit. Pool area very clean and great view from there.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel , vue imprenable sur la mer Egée, Belle piscine, vue splendide. Belle chambre , beau balcon, salle de bain petite . Petit déjeuner convenable sans plus , un peu monotone . Bon accueil. D’excellentes vacances.

Super hotel, tres bien placé juste en dehors du vieux port mais beaucoup de marche (surtout en cote) pour atteindre l'hotel. Neanmoins si vous êtes véhiculé ce devrait etre plus simple. La gérante est très gentille et la vue est magnifique. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas énorme mais ca suffit pour se preparer pour la journée.

Amazing stay in Mykonos in Hotel Gorgona! This family run hotel made us feel welcome. Wonderful view of the Aegean Sea as well. Drop by their pool for amazing view of the Aegean Sea during sunset. One shouldn’t miss the bacon in the breakfast buffet !

What a gem! Hotel Gorgona offered us a delightful stay with excellent views, a beautiful, relaxing pool and bar/snack area, delicious breakfast, and very helpful family/staff. The room was sparse, but certainly adequate for our needs. Location was convenient for getting to city center and port - although the walk is a bit taxing with traffic. Also really appreciated the assistance with transportation to and from the ferry port.

The property was really nice, beautiful front yard, clean, and with a good size swimming pool. We really love our ocean front room with stunning view and amazing sunset! Friendly staff. However, the bathroom is ridiculously small. I am small, 4’11,100 lb woman, and I could hardly turn or move without banging my elbow on the shower wall. We are not a fan of a doorless shower especially when it’s right next to the toilet. The bathroom collects a pool of water because either the drain is super slow or does not work. Third, there was no facial tissue in the room and they provide a body wash and shampoo combined in one bottle. No conditioner. Unacceptable. The breakfast is so-so. I will never pay for that. Their coffee machine serves lukewarm coffees. Terrible!

We appreciated the location to Old Town Mykonos. We could walk there pretty easily (downhill). We did have to take a taxi from the Airport to the hotel. Didn't know if there were a lot of options via bus otherwise. Breakfast was great with an nice assortment of food to help get us going in the morning. The location was convenient as we were also able to walk into town to catch a bus to the beach. The walk down felt a little dangerous because of the narrow road but I assume it's just the way it is on many of the islands. The staff was hesitant to book us transportation to the port (maybe it was too last minute) so we walked based on their recommendation. It wasn't safe to walk. Even though it was flat and sort of downhill, there were not always a lot of sidewalks and we felt a little upset that they didn't just book transportation for us.
