Nice polace, real clean, could really use some insulation, as it doesn't hold the heat, nor the cold. Only one premium station on TV (for the long night in October through early March (rainy season) and then it block me the next day. Otherwise, it's 1.5 hours of commercial for a two hour movie

It was perfect for our traveling family. It was an old aprtment but it had a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Check in and checknout were easy. They could have provided drinking water and better coffee to make it better.

The price is very good, so the problems are minimized by that. The location is close to Safeway and Dollar Tree. The AC is borderline sufficient, leaving the rooms cool within a few hours of running it. The tub drains slowly and leaves you standing in dirty water. The fridge worked well. The few dishes and utensils and are very convenient. The The kiosk check-in process is awful as they did not have my information in the system despite my confirmed reservation and a reminder call from me three days ahead of time. Once I called their help line they allowed me to open the registration process and I had to fill out all the information needed to make the reservation in the first place.

Very nice location near Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Grocery store nearby. Very spacious three rooms and nice amenities. There are also cute outdoor dining areas as well. Heather (the property manager?) was very very responsive to our inquiries!

As other reviews highlight - the condition of the property needs a refurbish - even recently painted areas the finish is sloppy. There’s a few small things that if changed would make a big difference eg the conditioner dispenser dispenses hardly any conditioner so I spent 2 minutes trying to get enough out for my hair. The washing machine facilities are $30 per day and we went for it for one day but sadly the washer does not actually wash your clothes so we took them to a laundrette instead where it was cheaper to have them washed, dried and folded for us whilst we went exploring. Communication was good to start with, with someone replacing a torn bed sheet as soon as I raised it. However when I wanted to contact about the broken washing machine to ensure I wasn’t charged I have had no answer. There are a lot of rules pasted around the house which makes it hard to feel relaxed. The location is good and you are only a short walk from good restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Overall if you get it cheap you can’t really complain too much but some small changes would make a big difference.

Great clean stay, close to everything we needed. Easy check in. It is a basic set up which is all you need when the outdoor setting is so amazing!! It is a great place for a family…I would definitely recommend it.

Deep clean is needed especially for the bathroom and kitchen. It smells in the property… bathroom is dirty and stinky (no ventilation) and so as the kitchen. We had to open both doors in order to get airflow for fresh air.

Was skeptical about booking here because there wasn’t a lot of strong reviews or information. So glad I did! The room was very comfortable and clean. Felt just like a personal living space. Though the outside wasn’t luxurious, it was very well put together inside. We absolutely loved the Grand Canyon Brewery and the Texas BBQ around the corner. Book here, it’s quaint and comfy.

The manager of the property was very helpful and communicative. Our issue was with the property itself. Very rundown, dingy and not like the photos as we expected. Big gross stain on the carpet in living room. Walls seem very damaged, not taken care of and overall bedrooms felt very dank. Photos are very misleading. The neighborhood also feels very sketchy and we did not feel comfortable staying so we left. We asked for a partial or full refund and were denied.

This is just what it seems, an inexpensive option to bed down for the night! It has extra rooms which we needed for the baby (who can’t sleep if he sees anyone!) and it has comfy beds. It’s neat and tidy and cleaned well. It’s also old and run down, but how else would they keep the prices where they are? Everything worked and there are modern updates also.

Yes the property is older but it was clean and the price was very good. We enjoyed being able to walk to Grand Canyon Brewery/Distillery for dinner. It was only about .2 miles from the apartment/motel.

The desert sands was perfect for our stay. The property looks a bit dated from outside but is very nice inside. It is very spacious and well furnished. The bed is comfortable. Overall it is hard to fault the accommodation.

A spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay (we had a 1 bedroom unit). You will occasionally hear your neighbors through the walls and outside, but overall we found it to be an excellent value and much nicer than hotels in this price range. Very close to a Safe Way grocery store.

Very old and rusted hand soap holder next to the sink in the bathroom. Not enough lighting in family room and bedrooms that the light shines ( cool white light) on your eyes installed the wall next to the dinning table. The toilet is for children that is super low and is not for seniors! Toilet paper is the worst that you can find on the market…

We traveled my husband and my parents. This place is perfect for us to stay. It was so easy to check-in and out with phone Close to shopping for groceries and drive to horseshoes bend, Antelope canyon. We will stay again when we visit in Page.

Historic storm made it impossible for us to get to the property for 2 days. Drove 6 extra hours, got caught in a blizzard. Called them daily to explain, finally had to cancel attempts to get there. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND. We would have rescheduled for our next time there but not now.

"Check-in and check-out were fully automated. We did not meet our host, but they were highly responsive to any and all questions we had. When we needed extra blankets and sheets, they promptly made them available. The room was spacious and clean, as was the kitchen, which was equipped with all necessary appliances. The outdoor area was beautiful as well. We asked for recommendations for sightseeing, and our host immediately texted us suggestions, most of which we used. We requested a late checkout, which they agreed to, although we did not end up using it. The location is close to most of the sights and hiking trails. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay!"

We stayed in 3 bedroom. So clean, cute. SOOO close to the food/stuff. Huge for the price. Perfect place to walk all of Page - and very close drive to the events we did (Antelope Canyon, various hikes, Horseshoe bend) Great town Live music right around the corner. Great big 3 bedroom for price

Very nice location near Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Grocery store nearby. Very spacious three rooms and nice amenities. There are also cute outdoor dining areas as well. Heather (the property manager?) was very very responsive to our inquiries!

Despite having read the numerous positive reviews from other guests, I was still surprised at how nice the place is. The location is nice, quiet, convenient, and safe (much safer than my previous hotel in Page, the Super 8, which had delinquents walking around the parking lot at night). I'll stay here again!

Nice place in Page's old quarter. Close to Safeway and dining options. And the 3 bedroom was almost same price as some of the standard 2 queen bed rooms in hotels. Would recommend this for a Page stay

It was wonderful for what we paid for. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we felt safe enough and would return should we make this trip again.

The location in Page is perfect. Everything we wanted was walking distance or a short drive. The Grand Canyon Brewery is a must stop. Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are so close and we enjoyed them maybe more than the Grand Canyon. The rooms are very well stocked and everything is clearly labelled. Everything has been thought of that you could possibly need. And at a very great price I would definitely recommend the Desert Canyon Inn.

Location is the biggest plus. Our group had Antelope Canyon reservation the next morning at 7 am. Being 4 minutes drive away helped a lot. Moreover, it has a sitting yard so sitting out for a chat and looking at stars is always an option when you can't sleep for a bit

This property is unique as it gives you a full kitchen, outdoor dining space and the feeling of home. Check in/out on the kiosk is easy and the property management will text before arrivial with pertinant infomation and a contact.

It was perfect for our traveling family. It was an old aprtment but it had a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Check in and checknout were easy. They could have provided drinking water and better coffee to make it better.

Was skeptical about booking here because there wasn’t a lot of strong reviews or information. So glad I did! The room was very comfortable and clean. Felt just like a personal living space. Though the outside wasn’t luxurious, it was very well put together inside. We absolutely loved the Grand Canyon Brewery and the Texas BBQ around the corner. Book here, it’s quaint and comfy.

Easy self check in. Answered the phone or reply the message very quickly if you have question. Very nice place for family stay. Small kitchen but provides all basic need. Provide very nice equipment for out door BBQ with family stay.

Yes the property is older but it was clean and the price was very good. We enjoyed being able to walk to Grand Canyon Brewery/Distillery for dinner. It was only about .2 miles from the apartment/motel.

Check in was simple, We had a little problem with the AC and the host responded and addressed it promptly. Communication was excellent and would recommend. Only question was about the name of the hotel (just a little confusing pulling up to the hotel) and there was a fee for $29 that we're still unsure about.

It was clean and a place to lay our heads. I think I had high expectations after seeing pictures so my honest opinions may be jaded a bit. The price was good. Locations for a family of 8 are fairly limited in Page, AZ and this was at least fair priced. The neighborhood was not what I expected either but it was close to all the good spots in town. Check in was easy but there was an expected hold on my card for incidentals. Luckily for my budget, it was released soon after my stay. The entrance from parking to the main stay was a bit dark and "back alley" feel when passing the laundry machines (which are available for an additional fee). The rooms were good and luckily, fans were provided in each. Because of the size of our family, I did sleep on the couch pullout. Bad choice for me. The bar hurt my back by morning but I recovered fine. I would explain this place as fine. Definitely not a fine hotel but not the worst place I've stayed. Mediocre and adequate is how I'd describe it.

We stayed one night while driving through and got in pretty late around 10 pm. The iPad check in outside made it super easy to get our room without any hassle. The place was really clean, which we appreciated after being on the road all day. For the price it was definitely worth it. Simple, easy stay and we’d come back if passing through again
