Ficamos duas noites , toalhas não foram trocadas , ofereceram para trocar de quarto e pagar 40 euros a mais sem deixar comparar o quarto anterior e o atual, no quarto não havia lugar para pendurar as toalhas.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Pushed to upgrade the room so ended up spending more money hmthan allocated! Although she was really lovely, there was a certain amount of pressure to sell!, taxi services were extremely expensive booked from the hotel… take the bus Or yourself!1'

The staff were very friendly and kind However, pushed us into upgrading to another room. Offered what we thought were welcome drinks but then had to pay for them. Offered a car to collect from the airport.. only realised it wasn’t complimentary when I asked.. it was going to cost €52 as apposed to the €30 we paid from an airport taxi! NO water in the rooms. Non offered. No tea coffee.. they would provide a kettle then you’d have to pay for the tea/coffee. The cabs they offered to call turned out to be a third more expensive than calling an uber. Actually told us the bus for 4 people would be €20 it is actually €2.20 per person. Asked what happened to the advertised bar.. said it was closed as he was off this week! Shame cause the pool area is nice except we were told kids had to vacate it after 12 noon!!!! But as said, the lady on the desk was super nice.

Flora was an absolute gem here. She helped me book hotel transfers when needed, and provided a nice breakfast for the beginning of the day. The hotel was well maintained and cleaned and everything i needed foe my trip. The staff was super helpful and friendly, 100% would come again. The pool was amazing for early morning swims too!
