Personnel sympathique belle vue extérieur agréable mais les logements ne sont pas entretenus et il manque des jus de fruits frais et des fruits frais. Le bruit des avions est gênant. Et la plage est de la terre et toute petite

First 2 days we stayed in a horrible room. Nothing like what was in the pictures. It said on the site that rooms are accessible but they are not and we had to Carry a 13 year old disabled child up and down the stairs for 2 days. On top bathroom had mould. Bed was uncomfortable old dated. No sound proofing. We were then moved to the ground floor room which was better and cleaner. No room service to call. Food was ok. It's quite far from the main town. Some Good points: good pools, good friendly staff, kids friendly.

La struttura è un po' da restaurare, ma nel complesso ci è piaciuta. La piscina privata davanti alla camera è uno spettacolo. Sicuramente c'è da migliorare la cucina. Va bene la cucina internazionale, ma è un po' scarsa. La spiaggia va curata. Ci è piaciuta la tranquillità e avendo l'auto a noleggio abbiamo girato l'isola in serenità.

Worst “all inclusive” I have ever been to. The only all inclusive drinks are the cheapest wine, whiskey vodka etc, same food every night. Cats running round in the dining area, disgusting. Dirty rooms, dirty pool. Put up the do not disturb sign yet they entered our room anyway. No AC in the dining hall, same food each day. Drinks machine not working. Card machine in the store not working couldn’t even buy my child a cold juice because the lady only wanted cash. 1000s of bugs all around the pool because it’s grass. No trash cans at the pool causing more ants and bugs. Rotten. I do not recommend and will not return. My son was up all night the first night we were there itching because of the dust. So disappointing

Excellent all round , recommend upgrade to a suite , staff do more than help me always friendly. Recommend 👍👍🌴
