Prachtig resort met mooie zwembaden, heerlijke buffetten, Top cocktails & ijskoffie, ruime kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, leuke animatie en avondshows. Zeker de moeite om een weekje te verblijven en gebruik te maken van de ultra all in formule. De All in formule is echt alles omvattend. Het personeel is ook uitzonderlijk vriendelijk wat ik toch zeker even extra wil vermelden. Het geeft je een echt vakantiegevoel. Afstand tot Alanya wel enkel mogelijk mits eigen vervoer of taxi. Sealanya is ook echt de moeite en 10 minuten rijden van het complex.

Mit dem Hotel als Hotel sind wir zufrieden gewesen. Es ist sehr schön ausreichende Pools, Essen war guter Qualität und auch an Auswahl gab es trotz Saison Ende viel. Leider sind aber auch hier alle liegen sehr früh schon mit Handtüchern belegt. Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein, dafür das es noch relativ neu ist wirkt es aber sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine sprühanlage in den öffentlichen Räumen, was sehr stark nach Parfüm riecht, was für unser empfinden etwas zu stark gewesen ist und auch zu Kopfschmerzen führt. Negativ fanden wir die Problemlösung, leider ist das Personal am Empfang und auch das Team Guest Relations Officer → Gästebetreuerin hat sich nicht voll verantwortlich gefühlt. Im Gegenteil zu dieser Abteilung waren die Kellner und auch fas Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Tolle Anlage, super Personal von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Management alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Animation auch toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr schlecht. Draußen ist es extrem laut. Man kann sich am Pool und am Strand nicht entspannen weil die Musik draußen extrem laut ist.

Overall a super 4-day stay. We enjoyed the evening shows. The performances were professional. Swimming options were super as well. I booked partly because of the still-water cove which was very salty but swimming was easy. The food was generous and most often above average in the main dining hall. The young staff was helpful and friendly.

Preisleistung stimmt nicht. Das Luxury in dem Namen sollte rausgenommen werden. Das Hotel sieht von der Ausstattung her schön aus, die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Es gibt mehrere Pools und einen Hoteleigenen Strand - der gefallen hat. Das wars aber auch schon. Das Essen in allen Restaurants ist durchgefallen! Es gab jeden Tag so gut wie immer das gleiche, und geschmacklich war es wirklich schlecht. Die Gerichte waren meistens kalt und geschmacklos. Das Snackrestaurant und das Restaurant auf dem Pier auch schlecht. Die Burger schmecken nicht, Pommes waren nie heiß etc.. die Cocktails haben auch nicht überzeugt. Schade, wir haben mehr erwartet!

Das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können und es sah leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus. Dafür war der Swimup Pool und der Ausblick aus dem 7 Stock sehr schön aus. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön.

Kennen Sie das, Sie sind im Urlaub und wollen schöne Tage verbringen, morgens aufstehen und sich Gedanken machen, was frühstücke ich heute. Das geht aber leider nicht, weil nach dem Frühstück wollen Sie ein schönes Plätzchen zum chillen, das ist aber Fehlanzeige. Wir waren dort 9 Tage, und jeden Tag musste ich mir gezwungenermaßen ein Platz reservieren, wenn es noch welche gab. Ich hab das jeden Morgen aus dem 8 Stock verfolgt, sehr traurig. Das Problem liegt aber im Kern, und das hab ich dreimal den Verantwortlichen versucht zu erklären, nichts passiert. Es gibt leider keine Handtuchkarten. Das bedeutet, wenn Sie zu zweit sind, können sie sich so viele Handtücher nehmen, wie sie möchten. Dies bedeutet auch, da der Mensch ein Egoist ist, er blockiert nicht nur Plätze am Pool, er denkt natürlich auch, er hat das Recht, welche am Strand zu reservieren oder am Steg, man pendelt halt. Viele reservieren auch Plätze um sich herum, um keine Nachbarn zu haben. Wenn man zB keine Lust mehr hat und aufs Zimmer geht, lässt jeder einfach die Handtücher liegen, das blockiert wieder die Liegen. Handtücher zurück geben ? - denkste. Viele Gäste waren unzufrieden oder es gab kleine Streitigkeiten. Die Angestellten waren teils überfordert. Denken wir auch mal die andere Seite, man tut der Umwelt nichts Gutes, da die übermengen an Handtüchern gewaschen werden müssen, und wir reden hier von unnötigen Dutzenden Handtüchern. Aus diesem Grund würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Got EATEN by bed bugs the very first night there. Mentioned it to 3 stuff members including guest relations with no help. Stuff tried downplay it saying that they were mosquito bites. Finally got moved to another room after showing the bites to a doctor. Rooms are BOILING hot and it wasn't even a hottest season. you can not control your AC. we had to open balcony and door to create some drift at night which completely compromised the privacy. Otherwise it felt like death by suffocation. A la Carte restaurants require a 15 euro per person reservation!!! Cabanas are 75 euros per day. In ULTRA all inclusive hotel. Spa is severely overpriced with 30 min massages starting at 100 euro. Best part of experience was the infinity bar with actually friendly and skillful bartenders. Front desk sucks so as guest relations. We made the best out of the stay by paying all the extras.( say additional 500 euros for a la carte and cabanas plus endless generous tips) Food was decent but nothing to write home about. All in all my experience left much to be desired and we will take our money somewhere else next time.

Durch die Empfehlung meines Bruders haben meine Familie und ich dieses Hotel gebucht – und es war die beste Entscheidung überhaupt. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal, ganz gleich aus welcher Abteilung, war nicht nur freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern wurde für uns schon ab dem ersten Tag wie eine zweite Familie. Das Hotel überzeugt in jeder Hinsicht: von der Sauberkeit über den Service bis hin zur Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter – einfach alles war perfekt. Ich kann und möchte keine einzige negative Kritik äußern. Im Gegenteil: Ich empfehle dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen weiter. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hotellet fremsto som nytt og med meget godt renhold. Hotellet og de fasilitetene det har står definitivt til de 5 stjernene det har. Rommene er store og fine. De aller fleste ansatte er vennlige og hjelpsomme.

Das Hotel Im Gesamten war schön und auch der Großteil des Personals war sehr nett. Für 5 Sterne fehlt es mir an Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer (Boden dreckig, Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht geschweige denn gewechselt als wir ausversehen Kaffee ausgeschüttet hatten). Rezeption Guest Relation konnte einem nie helfen oder Auskunft geben. Wir hatten Interesse an einem Ausflug (das hätten wir selbst organisieren müssen) und beim Flughafen Transfer der eigentlich laut Expedia 40€ pro Fahrzeug kostet kostete Laut Hotel zw. 70-90€ je nach dem wer gerade da stand und da gab es auch kein Entgegenkommen. Auch nicht von Expedia! Das Servicepersonal ist größtenteils nicht auf Zack. Am Pool konnte man den ganzen Tag Snacks nehmen. Personen hatten verbotener Weise (steht aber nirgends) einen Porzelanteller statt Styroporteller auf die Liegen genommen und ihn danach stehen lassen. Einem Servicemitsrbeiter auf Inlineskates musste ich dann über mehrere Liegen steigen und ihm den Teller geben der nicht mal mir gehört und wurde dann noch ermahnt dass man das nicht darf! Gehört nicht in ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Zu wenig Service und Gastorientiert. Relax Pool 18. Darauf wurde nicht geachtet, Gäste waren mit Musikbox extrem laut und störend da wurde nichts gesagt. Liegen reservieren im 5* Hotel geht gar nicht!!! Muss das Hotel regeln. Essen Top! Getränke viel und guter Alkohol. Animation gut aber tagsüber sehr laut. Das Hotel Im Gesamten war schön und auch der Großteil des Personals war sehr nett. Für 5 Sterne fehlt es mir an Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer (Boden dreckig, Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht geschweige denn gewechselt als wir ausversehen Kaffee ausgeschüttet hatten). Rezeption Guest Relation konnte einem nie helfen oder Auskunft geben. Wir hatten Interesse an einem Ausflug (das hätten wir selbst organisieren müssen) und beim Flughafen Transfer der eigentlich laut Expedia 40€ pro Fahrzeug kostet kostete Laut Hotel zw. 70-90€ je nach dem wer gerade da stand und da gab es auch kein Entgegenkommen. Auch nicht von Expedia! Das Servicepersonal ist größtenteils nicht auf Zack. Am Pool konnte man den ganzen Tag Snacks nehmen. Personen hatten verbotener Weise (steht aber nirgends) einen Porzelanteller statt Styroporteller auf die Liegen genommen und ihn danach stehen lassen. Einem Servicemitsrbeiter auf Inlineskates musste ich dann über mehrere Liegen steigen und ihm den Teller geben der nicht mal mir gehört und wurde dann noch ermahnt dass man das nicht darf! Gehört nicht in ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Zu wenig Service und Gastorientiert. Relax Pool 18. Darauf wurde nicht geachtet, Gäste waren mit Musikbox extrem laut und störend da wurde nichts gesagt. Liegen reservieren im 5* Hotel geht gar nicht!!! Muss das Hotel regeln. Essen Top! Getränke viel und guter Alkohol. Animation gut aber tagsüber sehr laut. Second visit to this hotel this month, outstanding in everyway. Cannot be faulted highly recommend the fresh fish in the buffet. Reception staff friendly welcoming with good language skills English Russian German and of course Turkish. Preferred room high level private pool with outstanding views

Got EATEN by bed bugs the very first night there. Mentioned it to 3 stuff members including guest relations with no help. Stuff tried downplay it saying that they were mosquito bites. Finally got moved to another room after showing the bites to a doctor. Rooms are BOILING hot and it wasn't even a hottest season. you can not control your AC. we had to open balcony and door to create some drift at night which completely compromised the privacy. Otherwise it felt like death by suffocation. A la Carte restaurants require a 15 euro per person reservation!!! Cabanas are 75 euros per day. In ULTRA all inclusive hotel. Spa is severely overpriced with 30 min massages starting at 100 euro. Best part of experience was the infinity bar with actually friendly and skillful bartenders. Front desk sucks so as guest relations. We made the best out of the stay by paying all the extras.( say additional 500 euros for a la carte and cabanas plus endless generous tips) Food was decent but nothing to write home about. All in all my experience left much to be desired and we will take our money somewhere else next time.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr schönen Eindruck. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Zimmer mit Meerblick – sehr sauber, modern und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Auch der Poolbereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Weniger überzeugend war leider das Restaurant. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr begrenzt und geschmacklich nicht auf dem Niveau, das man sich von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel in Antalya/Alanya erhofft. A classy place with excellent service, very suitable for families and anyone looking for relax, fun and to be in a classy resort. The reception has qualified and professional staff. The room is good and the sea view is wonderful. The food is varied, rich and of high quality, and the food service is provided 24 hours approx.The beach is very clean and the services are excellent. The staff in every section of the hotel strive to provide the best they have. There is an entertainment program every evening that creates an atmosphere of fun . I undoubtedly strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have fun with the family, or with his wife, girlfriend or friend... We are seriously thinking of coming back again with the children during the next summer vacation.

Prachtig resort met mooie zwembaden, heerlijke buffetten, Top cocktails & ijskoffie, ruime kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, leuke animatie en avondshows. Zeker de moeite om een weekje te verblijven en gebruik te maken van de ultra all in formule. De All in formule is echt alles omvattend. Het personeel is ook uitzonderlijk vriendelijk wat ik toch zeker even extra wil vermelden. Het geeft je een echt vakantiegevoel. Afstand tot Alanya wel enkel mogelijk mits eigen vervoer of taxi. Sealanya is ook echt de moeite en 10 minuten rijden van het complex.

Hotellet fremsto som nytt og med meget godt renhold. Hotellet og de fasilitetene det har står definitivt til de 5 stjernene det har. Rommene er store og fine. De aller fleste ansatte er vennlige og hjelpsomme.

Das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können und es sah leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus. Dafür war der Swimup Pool und der Ausblick aus dem 7 Stock sehr schön aus. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön.

16-19 ağustosta 3 gece kaldık. Otel yeni ve güzel ama servis çok kötü. Resepsiyon görevliler gerçekten çok çok ukala ve çözüm odaklı değiller. ( özellike Suzunay hanımefendi) . Deniz manzaralı swimup odası reserve ettiğim halde bahçe katı verdiler yani sıfır deniz manzarası. Yemekler lezzetsiz , sadece salata tarzı ve meze yedik. İlk defa böyle kötü yorum yazıyorum malesef. Çok daha iyi oteller var . Paranızla rezil olmayın bence..

I would just say this is an overrated property. The disappointment started with the check in experience. The staff did not explain anything about the property, they just told us to find the information on the paper placed in the room. They did not offer any welcome drink either. I went up to my room and didn’t find the crib which I requested in advance. I even called and emailed them in advance to confirm the crib is placed in my room. I went back to the reception and they placed the crib after 30 minutes. Their housekeeping service was horrible. I requested extra paper tissue, plastic bag for diapers and they didn’t give anything and told me to purchase it from the market which is placed in the hotel. The hotel is placed in a beautiful beach which was the reason we chose this hotel. Also the staff in the restaurant is great! That’s why the 3 star is. They were super helpful when I needed few things for my baby. You should chose this hotel if you want a hotel with a great beach otherwise look at the alternatives which has much better service.

Mit dem Hotel als Hotel sind wir zufrieden gewesen. Es ist sehr schön ausreichende Pools, Essen war guter Qualität und auch an Auswahl gab es trotz Saison Ende viel. Leider sind aber auch hier alle liegen sehr früh schon mit Handtüchern belegt. Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein, dafür das es noch relativ neu ist wirkt es aber sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine sprühanlage in den öffentlichen Räumen, was sehr stark nach Parfüm riecht, was für unser empfinden etwas zu stark gewesen ist und auch zu Kopfschmerzen führt. Negativ fanden wir die Problemlösung, leider ist das Personal am Empfang und auch das Team Guest Relations Officer → Gästebetreuerin hat sich nicht voll verantwortlich gefühlt. Im Gegenteil zu dieser Abteilung waren die Kellner und auch fas Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Tolle Anlage, super Personal von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Management alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Animation auch toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

Alles war in Ordnung während unseres Aufenthalts. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir sogar an einem Abend im À-la-carte-Restaurant essen durften – Service und Essen waren hervorragend. Zwar hatten wir am Anfang einen etwas holprigen Start, aber danach war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Everything was perfect. The only thing I wish is that the staff smiled more, as they seemed very serious all the time. Also, it would have been better if they practiced more English. When we tried to use guest relations, we had to rely on Google Translate. Everything worked out in the end, but improving this would have made the vacation even better.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert das Personal ist sehr freundlich wir waren dort für Flitterwochen nur das was uns nicht gefallen hat war das Essen war nicht so gut es waren viele Kinder im Hotel und das Meer war nicht so sauber.

We are seriously thinking of coming back again with the children during the next summer vacation.

A classy place with excellent service, very suitable for families and anyone looking for relax, fun and to be in a classy resort. The reception has qualified and professional staff. The room is good and the sea view is wonderful. The food is varied, rich and of high quality, and the food service is provided 24 hours approx.The beach is very clean and the services are excellent. The staff in every section of the hotel strive to provide the best they have. There is an entertainment program every evening that creates an atmosphere of fun . I undoubtedly strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have fun with the family, or with his wife, girlfriend or friend... We are seriously thinking of coming back again with the children during the next summer vacation.

Prachtig resort met mooie zwembaden, heerlijke buffetten, Top cocktails & ijskoffie, ruime kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, leuke animatie en avondshows. Zeker de moeite om een weekje te verblijven en gebruik te maken van de ultra all in formule. De All in formule is echt alles omvattend. Het personeel is ook uitzonderlijk vriendelijk wat ik toch zeker even extra wil vermelden. Het geeft je een echt vakantiegevoel. Afstand tot Alanya wel enkel mogelijk mits eigen vervoer of taxi. Sealanya is ook echt de moeite en 10 minuten rijden van het complex.

Overall a super 4-day stay. We enjoyed the evening shows. The performances were professional. Swimming options were super as well. I booked partly because of the still-water cove which was very salty but swimming was easy. The food was generous and most often above average in the main dining hall. The young staff was helpful and friendly.

Das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können und es sah leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus. Dafür war der Swimup Pool und der Ausblick aus dem 7 Stock sehr schön aus. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist neu, daher noch sehr sauber. Es ist etwas klein da gleich am Hügel gebaut. Facilities auf mehrere Etagen verteilt. Strand leider dreckig daher immer im tiefen Wasser geschwommen. Vor dem Hotel-Stand parken täglich 2 bis 3 Diving Schiefe, die nach ihrem Auftritt den ganzen Dreck im Wasser frei lassen. Ich habe ein Video davon gemacht und dem Guest-relation gezeigt. 3 Jackusi sind im Spa Bereich vorhanden aber alle gehen nicht. Ich habe es seit dem ersten Tag gemeldet, aber das Hotelpersonal hat nichts unternommen. Viele vom Personal können kein Englisch. Deutsch wird auch kaum gesprochen. Guest relation personal sehr schwach und man kann nur mit Hände und Füße mit denen kommunizieren. Patisserie und Getränke Vielfalt auf das nötigste begrenzt und mangelhaft , passt nicht zu 5 Sterne Hotel. Kids-Club nur für paar Stunden geöffnet. Essen im ganzen ok, kann aber besser werden. Restaurant macht bei Abendessen um 21 Uhr zu!!!!

Got EATEN by bed bugs the very first night there. Mentioned it to 3 stuff members including guest relations with no help. Stuff tried downplay it saying that they were mosquito bites. Finally got moved to another room after showing the bites to a doctor. Rooms are BOILING hot and it wasn't even a hottest season. you can not control your AC. we had to open balcony and door to create some drift at night which completely compromised the privacy. Otherwise it felt like death by suffocation. A la Carte restaurants require a 15 euro per person reservation!!! Cabanas are 75 euros per day. In ULTRA all inclusive hotel. Spa is severely overpriced with 30 min massages starting at 100 euro. Best part of experience was the infinity bar with actually friendly and skillful bartenders. Front desk sucks so as guest relations. We made the best out of the stay by paying all the extras.( say additional 500 euros for a la carte and cabanas plus endless generous tips) Food was decent but nothing to write home about. All in all my experience left much to be desired and we will take our money somewhere else next time.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr schönen Eindruck. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Zimmer mit Meerblick – sehr sauber, modern und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Auch der Poolbereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Weniger überzeugend war leider das Restaurant. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr begrenzt und geschmacklich nicht auf dem Niveau, das man sich von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel in Antalya/Alanya erhofft. Preisleistung stimmt nicht. Das Luxury in dem Namen sollte rausgenommen werden. Das Hotel sieht von der Ausstattung her schön aus, die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Es gibt mehrere Pools und einen Hoteleigenen Strand - der gefallen hat. Das wars aber auch schon. Das Essen in allen Restaurants ist durchgefallen! Es gab jeden Tag so gut wie immer das gleiche, und geschmacklich war es wirklich schlecht. Die Gerichte waren meistens kalt und geschmacklos. Das Snackrestaurant und das Restaurant auf dem Pier auch schlecht. Die Burger schmecken nicht, Pommes waren nie heiß etc.. die Cocktails haben auch nicht überzeugt. Schade, wir haben mehr erwartet!

Vi har hatt et opphold her to ganger nå, og vi har hatt det helt fantastisk begge gangene! Vi vil definitivt komme tilbake neste år også. Et kjempefint hotell med god og variert mat. Veldig god kvalitet på både maten, drikke og drinker. Hotellet lever opp til alle forventninger + mye mye mer!

Mit dem Hotel als Hotel sind wir zufrieden gewesen. Es ist sehr schön ausreichende Pools, Essen war guter Qualität und auch an Auswahl gab es trotz Saison Ende viel. Leider sind aber auch hier alle liegen sehr früh schon mit Handtüchern belegt. Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein, dafür das es noch relativ neu ist wirkt es aber sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine sprühanlage in den öffentlichen Räumen, was sehr stark nach Parfüm riecht, was für unser empfinden etwas zu stark gewesen ist und auch zu Kopfschmerzen führt. Negativ fanden wir die Problemlösung, leider ist das Personal am Empfang und auch das Team Guest Relations Officer → Gästebetreuerin hat sich nicht voll verantwortlich gefühlt. Im Gegenteil zu dieser Abteilung waren die Kellner und auch fas Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I wish is that the staff smiled more, as they seemed very serious all the time. Also, it would have been better if they practiced more English. When we tried to use guest relations, we had to rely on Google Translate. Everything worked out in the end, but improving this would have made the vacation even better.
