Very courteous staff Appreciate the late check out

The stay was restful and awesome. The staff were great including the front desk, hospitality, room cleaning, and security. The place was very clean and food was excellent. The staff were helpful and very prompt. I and my family will surely stay in this hotel when in Chennai.

The elevators need a navigation aid for the lobby. The metal caps on water bottles in the guest rooms can be hazardous for cuts on hands. Outside of these it was a pleasant stay. The premises is clean and safe. I particularly liked the ambiance, service and menu options in the Up North restaurant.
