Loved staying here, very clean and the jacuzzi on the balcony was great!

Staff were helpful. Two story room was wonderful and very clean. Super shower!! The view from our ‘superior’ room was awful. The private hot tub on the balcony was small/ Luke warm ( September). Front desk said keep pressing the ‘jets’ to get it hotter. We own a jacuzzi at home!!! Sad. The pool looked great online, but it was about 6x 5 foot. Plunge pool. 😞 Dining room very small. Not a great place if you are older/injuries..it’s a 10 min walk up a steep hill to get into town. We rented a quad bike which made traveling easier.

Great room. It was nice to have two levels like an apartment. Hot tub had some leaves and was lukewarm You def need a car if you wanna see all the sights! Don’t miss heart of Santorini for incredible views We had to rent a car as the bus and taxis were on strike, however it worked out Close to airport-10 min drive

Cozy hotel near to City Center. Hot Tub of the room was very appreciated. Staff of the hotel was very kind and the daily cleaning of the room with towel exchange was outstanding to us.

I thought the accommodation was exclusive to what we wanted. Very relaxing. Hot tub was relaxing loooking out to the sea view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and kept us posted. Beds were made everyday and we always came back to a tranquil, clean room. Reception manager was also very helpful on sharing information in regards to excursions. Hotel was a bit of a walk from the centre but many little shops to visit on the way. There is a slightly steep incline hill before you reach the main road which people with any difficulties should consider. Although we found if you walk under the bridge, there is a lovely walkway all the way to the town centre avoiding all traffic. A beautiful place to stay would definitely recommend.

The property was very nice! The outside of the property did look a little different than the pictures but it was still beautiful. Our room was exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed our private hot tub. My husband forgot his belt and they kindly mailed it back to us when we got home! Also, make sure to know where the city center is when booking, it was about a 10 minute walk from this hotel. Overall, we had a great time in Santorini.

The room we had was very small with bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs, very inconvenient. There were ants everywhere.

Expérience mitigée pour ma part malgré un bon début. L’établissement a rapidement envoyé par messagerie privée une confirmation de réservation avec une carte de la ville en pièce jointe et quelques informations complémentaires sur le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Bon point Malgré une arrivée tardive à l’établissement, l’entrée a été fluide. Chambre spacieuse, soigneusement aménagée et bien équipée. Climatisation silencieuse. Seule la salle de bains était petite. Balcon avec jacuzzi et vue sur la mer sympa. Quelques conseils de visite donnés dès le matin, toujours appréciables. Ma demande de recommandation de restaurant à spécialité locale n’a pas été satisfaite toutefois. Quelques points noirs : beaucoup de vis-à-vis avec les résidences environnantes car beaucoup trop proches = pas de calme ni d’intimité. L’insonorisation était également mauvaise, j’entendais ce qui se passait dans la chambre à côté de moi. Beaucoup plus gênant cette fois : deux premières nuits gâchées par des piqures d’insectes, qui devaient se trouver dans le matelas. Je n’y avais pas trop prêté attention la première nuit, mais j’ai passé la seconde à me gratter et il m’a été impossible de trouver sommeil. Le jeune homme à la réception, compréhensif, a pu me faire changer de chambre pour la dernière nuit, qui s’est bien déroulée. J’ai peut-être été malchanceux et peut accorder le bénéfice du doute, mais pour ma part, je suis parti déçu et ne pourrais donc pas recommander cet établissement.

This is my moms second time staying here ( once last year this time ) property is clean, close to the town centre ( 10 minute walk ) and clean. I would recommend staying here any time.

The receptionist was very rude. We had reserved 5 rooms. We emailed the hotel 2 months in advance requesting that 2 rooms have twin beds. When we asked about the request the receptionist said that he had know idea what rooms had twin beds. He couldn’t direct us to our rooms. We did not get twin beds in any room. There was a mix up with our bill. The hotel had processed our credit card before arrival and the receptionist couldn’t explain the bill. The manager was no where to be found. The rooms weren’t ready and in haste we were given rooms that were obviously partially cleaned. Although per the website breakfast would be available at a charge it was not. Overall not a good experience.

Atendimento excelente! O recepcionista me ajudou com algumas dificuldades em pontos turísticos e foi extremamente prestativo. Limpeza do quarto impecável. A localização é boa e perto de tudo, mas não é na parte bonita de Fira.

Galatia Villa offered a stay with all the essentials. It has a kitchenette and a table with chairs which allowed us to have breakfast and warmed up some left over at any time. We liked the style and decoration. Probably the only downside would be the size of the shower…very small.

Great wifi, good AC, wonderful staff that can help book tours, and very quiet area. The bathroom is extremely small, and water goes everywhere when you shower, but we showered at night and they clean the room every day so it wasn’t too bad.

No balcony in my room, clean rooms staff are wonderful .

We were scammed by the taxi company the hotel organised for us. The hotel had every opportunity to fix it and said they would but we heard nothing. It’s disappointing, because their villa is quite good. But the service we received was dishonest and sneaky.

We had requested twin beds, and they did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay there. They let us leave our luggage there as we arrived in the morning and couldn’t check in. We went out to see the town. When we returned we had our rooms. When we checked out we again left our luggage there as we had a tour before our flight back to Athens. They were very accommodating to us. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Santorini.

Excelente hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y el hotel está en excelente estado de conservación. Su ubicación es conveniente y agradable. El servicio del personal del hotel es excelente, te hacen sentir en casa.

Location was a little to far for my liking. In overall We loved our stay

朝1番のバスは乗って空港へ向かいましたが、フィラバスターミナルまで約10分の立地ということもあり、不便には感じませんでした。 レストラン、お土産店街とも近く困ることはありませんでした。

This place is well located, has an amazing breakfast buffet for only 10 Euro person which will be much cheaper then anywhere else on the island for what you get, rooms are clean and have everything you need, I would definitely recommend this place.
