I was told that there was no hot water at the hotel and staff did not know if or when it would be available. Also it is very very loud traffic outside constantly.

Nice but half ass layout, 2 seperate buildings.the need to go to the main building sux cause raining all the time. Had to go to main bldg. For ice. Staff mgmt. Quote a weekly rate then charges 50 % more for each day. I would never recommend nor stay again

This motel is decent if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head for a night. It was spacious, we had a double bed room, and it includes a microwave and a small fridge. The Waffle House is next to it, and there's a Walmart down the road. We were heading to Pensacola Beach which is only about an hour away, and this option was way cheaper than staying IN Pensacola. Friendly staff, both at arrival and departure (different staff members). No issue with our service dog as well. Pets are actually accepted at this location, with a deposit, or fee, can't remember which one. Definitely a no-frills motel, and we always travel with our own blankets, since motel blankets tend to be thin. I would recommend this place, especially for those eventually traveling to Pensacola.

1st room we got we had to change rooms cause the roof was leaking. But we were moved immediately and gave us another room brought us an extra towel the ac worked perfectly.Water was hot. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. The guy at the desk was friendly. Close to alots of things. I would definitely stay again. Family friendly. Pet friendly we had a good stay all the way around.

I would not recommend this property. Sheets were threadbare. Bugs in the room. No clock, no phone. No place to hang garments, no iron, no hair dryer, no pool. On the plus side the water got hot very quickly, the tub was clean and the refrigerator worked well. I did not have an opportunity to use the microwave. If you just need to get off the road for the night, this motel is adequate. For anything else, it was not good.

This hotel was old, run down, and dirty. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The room had stains and marks on the floors and walls leaving you to wonder if it was dirty or just needed remodeled. The bedding was mismatched and had holes that appeared to be cigarette burns in it. The room had an ingrained smell of old cigarettes.

Room was dirty. Tables unclean, just overall not clean. Front desk staff was friendly during check in. We only got 2 towels, on hand towel and one wash cloth in our room. When we went to ask for more we were told only housekeeping has access to them and they were not on site until the next day. This is unacceptable.

The room smelled like lysol, cigarettes, and standing water. The climate control unit was pumping condensation under the linoleum flooring, so we were greeted by a puddle of water getting out of bed the next morning. I can't imagine leaking, standing water is very safe right below the outlet of an electric unit! There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower, no screens on the faucet so water sprayed everywhere, and fingerprints (at least I hope that's what they were) on the headboard. The sheets felt damp and smelled like straight cleaning solution. If there had been any other availabilities in the area for our dates, I would've left! Unfortunately, childbirth doesn't wait for terrible hotels, so the choice was miss a birth or deal with lodgings. We opted to prioritize the first one. The only redeeming factor was the staff. If they kept the regular staff and just hired better cleaners and maintenance, this could be a decent budget hotel. Unless that happens, if you value good sleep, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Walked in room was dirty floor .Tub dirty,sink and counter,two dirty used washcloths on counter beside sink with literally dirt on them .Shower curtain mold and dirt most all motels has new shower curtains .Sheets filthy spreads had big burn holes from either weed or cigarettes smoke .I smelled weed being smoked later in the evening .I am 65 have asthma ,diabetic type two,orher health issues . Took one look and smell of the room, then left without staying there. Curtains were dry-rotted, lights didn't all work, the sheets had someone else's hair in them, the room smelled like smoke, there were broken down cars in the parking lot, and the people we met outside "living" there were highly questionable. We were there 10 minutes and left as fast as we could. I want my money back

We checked in got to the room it was nothing like the pictures on the Internet . The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and mold. We found mold growing around the tub. There was a hole in the ceiling . Cigarette burns on the comforter. We asked for a refund bc we developed breathing issues due to the mold. We were not granted one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disgusting. Arrived at 11pm after our ball game and was told our room was given to someone else. Had to wait 30 mins for them to clean another room. Once we entered, dirty floor, stained sheets that were not cleaned. Everything was broken. AC barely worked spitting out wet air. Slept on top of the comforter with clothes on. Spent the first hour once we were in the room looking for another hotel to go to. On a positive note, the man I believe was the manager, was working hard, just not doing a good job. If you are a husband, do not take your family here.

When I arrived at the room, there was no room available, but I already paid for the stuff was pretty unfriendly about it. I became very upset and then I started complaining. The clerk pulled a gun on me.

I did not know the current manager, she is a WINNER!!! Alana is professional, kind and keeps the facilty like a five star property. The room staff Charlene, is beyond excellent. She and Alana meet your every need! Kenny is wonderful with the best coffee ready daily! Glad you are back! Also, Jerry is fantastic too! So friendly and helpful. The owners have an outstanding LEADER in Alana and her team. She knows how to run a hotel! I have been in customer service all my life! We have stayed here before, it is better than ever! I hope Alana is recognized for taking this property to the next level! I have shared with all my friends here and out of state! I hope i do not price myself out of a room with such great service! Ha! If you are a husband, do not take your family here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone was friendly, and it was in a good location. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was great in the shower.

This motel is decent if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head for a night. It was spacious, we had a double bed room, and it includes a microwave and a small fridge. The Waffle House is next to it, and there's a Walmart down the road. We were heading to Pensacola Beach which is only about an hour away, and this option was way cheaper than staying IN Pensacola. Friendly staff, both at arrival and departure (different staff members). No issue with our service dog as well. Pets are actually accepted at this location, with a deposit, or fee, can't remember which one. Definitely a no-frills motel, and we always travel with our own blankets, since motel blankets tend to be thin. I would recommend this place, especially for those eventually traveling to Pensacola.

Took one look and smell of the room, then left without staying there. Curtains were dry-rotted, lights didn't all work, the sheets had someone else's hair in them, the room smelled like smoke, there were broken down cars in the parking lot, and the people we met outside "living" there were highly questionable. We were there 10 minutes and left as fast as we could. I want my money back

Ease of access to everything we wanted to do. It was a basic motel but that was all we needed. When you are in an area like that you are never in your motel anyway.

1st room we got we had to change rooms cause the roof was leaking. But we were moved immediately and gave us another room brought us an extra towel the ac worked perfectly.Water was hot. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. The guy at the desk was friendly. Close to alots of things. I would definitely stay again. Family friendly. Pet friendly we had a good stay all the way around.

I truly have mixed feelings about this place. We have stayed here twice. The first time we had an issue with the cleanliness off the room, it was an over night stay so we just kept it moving. The second time we ended up waiting over an hour after check out for the room to be cleaned.. apon entering the room there was a fresh cigarette on the bed, prompted me to keep looking. Pee on the toilet a puddle behind the bathroom door and the tub hadn't been wiped down in quite sometime. And the running brown liquid stains... looks like blood. I immediately went to the front desk cigarette in hand.. im guessing it was the manager. He argued with me about the cigarette and the cleanliness of the room asking " what do you want me to do about it" like seriously?! We paid for a clean room?! The house keeper was made to come back in and clean it again. The other housekeepers who all appear to live at the hotel are decent folks but it's clear that no one cares about actually cleaning the rooms. We were traveling with a 15month old child, so all of this is beyond unacceptable. Spend a few dollars extra and stay somewhere else.

The beds were comfortable. The motel is sorta ran down. There’s tons of questionable individuals hanging around the motel. There’s always someone smoking outside the rooms. The stairs are dangerous with small children. There’s huge gaps that a toddler could easily fall through. We saw a few roaches in the room. There was possible mold under the bed. We will pay a little more for something nicer next time.
