It is an interesting hotel with rooms' balconies facing the pool, it would have been almost perfect if air conditioner wasn't this loud. It's an older building, seems that renovations are going on or really needs to be done. Natural tropical plants around around the pool and salt treated water... it really was nice. Nice distance to Sylvan Lake.

The best thing about the hotel is the courtyard, fully enclosed and filled with GIGANTIC tropical plants, a pool and a hot tub. I do also like the location. The things I did not like are the very loud AC units in the room (we had to turn ours off at night to sleep, which meant it was a bit hot), the general noise level, and the outdated bathroom. If your needing peace and quiet, avoid the pool view rooms as there are usually lots of kids screaming and yelling in the pool and you can hear all of it until 10pm. Our beds were poorly made and the tv glitched out. This is an older hotel that has some perks but seems like it’s just a bit neglected.

Unreliable wifi, TV kept turning off, fitness room equipment was broken, couldn’t even get a glass from front desk. Court yard was nice. Comfortable seating. Room cleaning took way too long. Basic breakfast was so/so. Place is going through a renovation and our room was not renovated yet. For the price it was ok. But hopefully after renovation it will be better.

It’s a decent hotel that is going through renovations. The outside of the building is already looking pretty nice. The parking lot is in terrible condition with huge potholes everywhere. Our room was clean and totally fine for the price but the air conditioner would not stop blowing cold air. I tried to switch it off and it just kept going. Had to cover it with a towel because it was right next to the bed and I was freezing. The pool area looked very nice. It will be a very nice place once renovations are complete.

The room was clean and orderly but the bathroom was tiny. 1" smaller and you wouldn't have been able to close the door. Okay foe average size person, but for a larger person it wouldnt have worked. The bedside lamps have USB plugs in them but they didn't work. So I had to plug in my phone over on the desk. Next time. I would be more specific about my rook.if I was staying for more than one night

overall stay was good, the room is very clean, and the staffs are sooo nice and friendly. we almost had a great time, but the problem was our sleep. My partner also got cut because of the piece of metal hangin out of the edge of the bed. there was a noisy dog barking, in one of the other room. The air conditioning wasnt working properly, it was soo hot, it was much colder in the hall way. I was so excited for the breakfast buffet, unfortunately, the serve a dry patty as meat. no bacon or other choices. the pancakes was dry out too. I wisg they have other choices for breakfast. i wish the management can look in to these problems so they would be able to solve any issues in the future.

We selected the king studio suite based on the pictures with a large livingroom space. We got a regular king room with a small sofa and arm chair. Our window opened to an enclosed indoor pool area which made our room room humid (a nightmare for doing hair for a wedding we were attending) and it sounded like a community rec center with kids screaming and splashing in an indoor echoing room from pool open to close at 10pm Probably a great hotel for kids and families. The breakfast buffet lacked vegan/vegetarian options and we had to eat at a table stacked with at least two rounds of dirty dishes. We were unable to reach the front desk by room phone or our cell phones to request a late check out. I requested to pay cash twice for our stay and was still ended up charged on my credit card.
