Broken ice machine No remote control in the room Moldy AC unit that wouldn’t turn off Smelled like rotten lettuce in the room Sink wouldn’t drain In room safe was broken Coffee wasn’t the proper style for the coffee maker There was a giant whole in the ceiling in the dining room Had to wait until the last minute to check in Shower water pressure was not good The bathtub was all chipped inside and need of repair No lounge chairs by the pool only traditional chairs Same garbage food every morning over cooked sausages that were like little bricks and undercooked potatoes. The staff was nice but this was a terrible place to stay. I couldn’t wait to get out. I actually stayed in another hotel for two nights in the middle of my stay because of the smell.

They said available parking but they did not mention that you need a parking permit to park and they did not ask me if I needed one when I checked in. Had to spend $15.00 parking overnight at the parking garage nearby due to lack of communication

On the website it show a very nice & clean rooms. Over priced for the condition of the rooms.Bathroom sink with rust and a little bit of mold by the tub.The pool had leaves in it. The ice maker on my floor was inoperable. My room didn’t smell clean. The rug had noticeable red paint on it. It needs lots of remodeling/up dates especially being in a very tourist area.

Started out with room not being ready, got stuck in the elevator, had to carry suitcases down flight of stairs to new room that smelled like an ashtray, 2 people for 4 nights and got 1 solitary wash cloth... had to repeatedly ask for towels... never touched the pool and only had a coffee from breakfast bar one morning due to amount of people and lack of seating... average

Convenient location for Universal. If you choose to not use your own car there's a city bus stop about 100 yards away, the schedule is online at goLynx. Their 'on site' free shuttle to Universal and other parks doesn't exist. There is a shuttle that stops at a nearby property once in the morning returning once in the evening. If you think you want to use it, you need to ask where it picks up. It IS NOT on their property. Continental breakfast is fairly good, if you like turkey sausage you're in for a treat. HEAT in room didn't work, but the temperature in the building was close enough, we were a bit cool, but survivable. So we didn't mention it. Room was clean, someone came everyday to change towels. No option for 'do not disturb' which I usually do because I don't like people in the room when I'm not there. Staff is extremely helpful. Nice people. Overall, 8 or 9. Enjoy your stay.

For a hotel in Orlando on international drive, this was in very poor condition, no working ice machines, no working soda machines, my room key didn’t work after half a day, went to get replaced and it took atleast a dozen different keys to get it to work. This hotel needs to be renovated badly if not sold and let someone else change the whole hotel. It’s sad.

We had two rooms in this hotel. In the first one the bathroom was dirty. In the second one, the first night the bathroom door was locked, and we have to wait until the next day for using the bathroom because the hotel doesn’t have technical personal to unlock the door. But the most disgusting of our stay was that in the room there were cockroaches. The breakfast is the same all days. I would never stay again in this hotel, even if it is well located, close to the International Dr.

Very dirty, trash still in the trash can. didn’t have a hair dryer nor a phone. Toilet wouldn’t flush so we had to switch rooms and in the next room it still had the key cards still sitting on the dresser and the tub dripped the entire time

The hotel room was incredibly and overwhelmingly dirty and without maintenance. The smell of the carpet, the bathroom and the dust on the window curtains was unbearable. The linens were not clean and had hair stuck on top of stains. The mirror closet door was rusty and dusty. The refrigerator cabinet was dirty and falling apart, it had a thick layer of dust and broken from previous leaks. The a/c was dusty and with mold. At check in I arrived late from a long 4 hour drive and had to request a change to 3 different rooms. The first 2 had an unbearable mold smell and the carpet looked sooo dirty that we couldnt pass thru the door. I hope that the owners invest on rapairs and maintenance specially deep cleaning the carpet and the bathrooms, they desperately need new linens in the rooms. I was celebrating my daughter birthday and we had to buy linens, lots of sanitizing and cleaning items because we could not locate another hotel nearby that had availability. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable vacation. If I would have known the terrible condition of this property I would have never stayed there.

Unfortunately this was by far the worse hotel I've stayed at in the Orlando area... the staff was friendly and greeted us but other than that it was disgusting! The entire place smells like mold and wet dog. The rooms carpet was so damp we did not remove our shoes. The bathroom floor was slippery and the entire room was run down. Thankfully it was only for one night and the sheets were clean. The location was what i needed and that's why I chose it to start with. It was not inexpensive and I couldn't believe how bad it was...

We book and paid for 2 nights but we stayed only for one night because we couldn’t slept. The bed is terrible worn out. The floor was dirty all corners were dusty. Bathroom door rusty. Needs thorough cleaning and no face tissue. I asked the front desk for a face tissue she said they don’t provide.

Don't fool yourself when you look at the nice photos. Outside it seems clean and well maintained. But inside the room was very bad and smelly, rugs are ripped, everything very very outdated. There was what it seemed to be rat droppings in a corner of the room, we cannot confirm it, just kept far from it. It has an excellent location, but that's it. Fortunately, it was only a 2 night's stay. But never again.

Check in was great staff was very friendly unfortunately my fiance didn't get any sleep all night because the air conditioner made a loud noise everytime the compressor turned on and continued the whole time it ran. Baby was already asleep or would have asked to change rooms.

This hotel is OLD. The carpets need to be pulled up and replaced. My light fixture wasn't working. The plumbing was in bad shape. I won't be staying at this place in the future.

When I first arrived at the hotel there was not a single parking spot available. I spent almost 20 minutes driving around waiting for someone to leave. The room itself had a very old a/c unit that rattled so loudly I had to decide between sleeping without it, or a cool room and no sleep. Once I shut the a/c off I had to listen to the night club next door blare music until they closed at 2 am. The carpet in the room was wet and there was mold in the shower. No shampoo, soap or conditioner were provided. After a day at the theme parks in central Florida being able to shower and sleep in a cool, quiet room is paramount and I can not recommend this hotel in any capacity.

Rooms have declined since staying previously. We had to switch rooms as our first room the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the toilet wouldn’t flush. When we asked to switch rooms we were given an attitude. The second room was better but still not the standard that we had experienced at our last visit. We will not be rebooking at this location in the future.

Property DEFINITELY needs attention on their physical structure, specifically their rooms (from access system to rooms until carpet, furniture (rust in refrigerator and bathtub), stains in carpet, bathroom door, etc). On the other hand staff personnel (Reception, Cleaning, Breakfast, Handyman) very kind and customer oriented We had a situation to access room and they provided prompt attention to resolve the problem. Very good breakfast (hot) and included in rate.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful with a big smile. Reasonably priced. Breakfast girl( don’t remember her name : so friendly and a hard working person) , she makes sure that the breakfast area clean and full, she is very attentive.

I stayed there for 5 nights and each night there was always a problem. 1. Was forced the switch rooms on day 1. 2. A/C broke during the night. 3. This hotel was very quiet--a very notable thing considering every room was full AND it was the weekend of a boisterous electronic music festival! Check-in and check-out were efficient and polite. Inga went the extra mile to ensure we got the room we desired--kudos!

The check in desk had a huge line and a single agent. The agent did a wonderful job however many in line were not happy with the wait. The desk was obviously understaffed.

I was not satisfied your service. A front man was not polite. He always put ear phone during our check in and check out . Then there were not amenity like tissue paper, pen, meno and hair drier in my room.Then he rejected bill I asked at checking out. He said he emails bill but I still do not receive yet.

This place was a nightmare. After being at Disney for 12 hours we were so excited to go back to our hotel and rest our hurting and tired feet. When we arrived to the hotel I had booked 5 days in advance, we were met with the only room available. The door was prompt open and the room was filled with appliances. I took a picture see below and went and showed the concierge. He said I'm so sorry but that's the only room I had left ... And it didn't have a working ac and was currently being renovated that's why the things were in there ... So they over booked and me and my children at 1 am were left without lodging I had already paid for ... His only way to fix this was turn us away at 1 am to find alternative lodging or give us a dirty room and the stuff to clean it ourselves !!! 100 percent unexctable. While we were cleaning a couple came to yell at the concierge because they couldn't even close their room door and the 4th floor was a disaster they said !

Check in was a nightmare. They over booked our room, had to give us a completely different room which did not accommodate for everyone traveling. Walked into the room, doors didn’t work properly, restroom floor was wet, shower was wet and moldy, curtains and AC unit were full of grease stains, toe nail clippings and stains all over the carpet. We left that same night without a refund.

Definitly recommend, if you want to stay on a budget. The rooms are clean and good, nothing too fancy but it has all your basics, TV, fridge, mircowave, iron and ironing board. The location is prime because its in I-Drive and everything is within walking distance or less than a 10 minute drive. If you a south asian indian family coming to Orlando for the first time, I definitely recommend this hotel. Its really a good location and the rooms are good. When we walked inside we were slightly impressed because I have seen worse hotels but this hotel did a great job and the staff is very nice as well. Definitly recommend if your staying on a budget. This hotel is the perfect example of the saying "Not Bad". You walk in and see that it is very good for the budget and price.

Convenient location for Universal. If you choose to not use your own car there's a city bus stop about 100 yards away, the schedule is online at goLynx. Their 'on site' free shuttle to Universal and other parks doesn't exist. There is a shuttle that stops at a nearby property once in the morning returning once in the evening. If you think you want to use it, you need to ask where it picks up. It IS NOT on their property. Continental breakfast is fairly good, if you like turkey sausage you're in for a treat. HEAT in room didn't work, but the temperature in the building was close enough, we were a bit cool, but survivable. So we didn't mention it. Room was clean, someone came everyday to change towels. No option for 'do not disturb' which I usually do because I don't like people in the room when I'm not there. Staff is extremely helpful. Nice people. Overall, 8 or 9. Enjoy your stay.

Need update and it appears it was starting. Need trash can in the bathroom. Used Qtips in the hallway near my door w/o anyone picking it up in a couple of days. Same breakfast every morning (4 mornings). But, the sheets appear to be clean and we were able to rest. Centric in the IDrive. I accomplished its purpose with a low price.

The staff was pleasant but was not made aware that there would be an extra charge at check in on top of what we already paid. There was a hold put on the card plus an extra $15. The floor we stayed on smelled like mildew. The room smelled as well and there was mold on the doorframe to the bathroom. Dirt on the bedsheets and floor was sticky. The breakfast was a disappointment as well. Pancake batter was empty, drinks were empty, coffee was basically water.

Parking can be a little crazy if you plan on returning to the hotel after 11pm. The hotel has limited parking as it shares the spaces with Kobe and The Golden Corral. The breakfast is decent and the hotel is quiet.

The hotel stay was good. It is a older hotel so it has the older vibe. The surroundings like doors and elevator is not updated but everything works just fine. The beds are huge and comfortable. The room was very spacious. Also, having the free breakfast was a great addition to the stay. I would definitely stay again.
