The Fern Residency Haridwar

Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The toilet itself was dripping water the whole night. Do not stay here. There are better hotels out there. Worst place ever and ive been travelling all over Asia, including India. The website is misleading as they do not show any pictures of the bathroom, and the picture they do have of the amenities are not what is provided at the hotel.

Nok et af de dårligste 4-stjernet hotel vi har overnatter på. Hotellet er i dårlig standard. På værelset virkede safeboxen, aircondition, køleskabet ikke. Vasken var gået i stykker. Kun 1 kanal på fjernsynet. Kun en halv rulle toiletpapir. Vi henvendte os til receptionen og de fik fikset det meste. Restauranter er rigtig god. Dejlig veltilberedt mad og en høflig betjening af et professionelt og serviceminded personale.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Overall a good experience.

Its very good stay.staff is really nice.staff serving food was excellent. Food was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.
