The food options at the breakfast bar were good but limited and did not vary much from day to day. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice but got warm the first night and thermostat would not adjust down to cool the room. The pool was freezing.

We only spent two nights at the hotel. The hotel has a bar which is convenient. It also has a big indoor pool, but I got the impression from other customers that the water was not heated. There are two elevators and traffic is relatively heavy. It seems to attract families. Lots of kids. Breakfast was nice with good variety of food. We did not find towels in thr bathroom, but were able to pick them up in the frost desk. Next to the front desk there is a small store with snacks and drinks (important when with kids). Staff is friendly.

This is a beautiful property the staff were super friendly and it was very clean in ALL areas…not just the room. Two “annoyances”, the elevators are very, very slow and the hotel wasn’t that busy. If you need to get downstairs, leave early and we had a family on our hall that allowed their children to run up and down like they were in a track meet and screamed the whole time. That’s on the parents but the hotel needs rules that need to be followed…by everyone. Not enough for me to rate lower but, as I said, annoying.

Thisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening as well for patrons to have additional ease for thier safety. Doors also locked properly and sealed tightly. Bathroom amenities were standard hotel fare with basic white linens, hygiene items etc. Breakfast was stocked constantly during its scheduled time with fresh fruits, fresh fruit salad, juices, milk, omelets, wafdle maker etc. Staff ensured the dining area was also clean at all times as well and helping those staying with any issues that may happen. Indoor pool is smaller than others however it is also kept very clean without being overly saturated with chemicals and was nice to relax in when in use. Overall, this will be a place to keep on a list of hotels to stay at while visiting the area. The hotel does also work with the Hilton app that allowed me to check in and not worry about phsyical room keys.

This was by far the nicest Hampton Inn! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The fitness canter was clean and had the essential machines. Pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked. Coffee and citrus water was fresh.

My family stayed at Hampton Inn twice about a week apart while traveling for vacation. Our first stay was lovely prompting us to book again when we passed through. The common areas of the hotel felt very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and had a variety of options (eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt and more) I appreciated that it started at 6 am because we are early risers. The pool area was just okay in my opinion. We didn’t spend much time there. The pool itself is very small. Both times we were there it was packed full of kids, I think a bigger pool for that many people would be nice. Our first room was very clean and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The shower products smelled lovely. Our 2nd room wasn’t as clean, which was disappointing since I had high hopes from our first trip. The bathroom had hair spread across it and the shower floor was stained black in areas. Overall just not as clean as our first stay but still not bad by any means. The staff was very friendly. I wish I could remember the name of one lady specifically who was so nice and engaging with my kids. Such a sweet lady.

I would have given this location 5 stars BUT the ANTS were too much. A few crawled on me while sleeping ( IF i had an allergic reaction, maybe I would have perished in my sleep!!!) and lil colonies of them gathering if you left any crumb or morsel out in the room. Secondly, there was long strands of hair on the walls of the shower, making me question...if the shower was clean or not. My room was not ready after arriving late. Maybe the reason the room was in the condition it was in. The hospitality was great but the 2 things above caused me to feel uncomfortable and squeemish. Would I stay at this location again?...maybe but only after trying several other hotels in the area first. The ants devalued the 300 plus dollars spent. The convenience to and from Biltmore was best though.

The pool heater was out, so we were unable to use the pool. The tub in our room was completely stopped up, I had to shower with my feet on the sides of the tub. The bathroom had hair on the floor and dust all over. The tables at the breakfast area were never wiped and completely filthy. The elevators were pretty gross too. The bed was harder than a rock.

The hotel was clean and well maitained - it had the standard asterisks issues of a older hotel, a tile broken here and there wall scuffs in the hallways - Hotels app shows this hotel as exceptional, I think that is very generous rating, I would give it a very good rating

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting Biltmore. They were having WiFi issues on two of the three days we stayed. One morning they ran out of waffle batter and other items an hour before breakfast ending which was disappointing.

Our room was clean but you could hear all the road noise on at night. The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty (not much of a problem as we used our own) but should probably be checked in between check ins. The breakfast options are average and if you are trying to sympathize heart healthy you will be a bit challenged. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming.

It was a nice stay overall! Everything was clean and the staff were very nice. The only minor complaint I have is that the AC could have been a bit stronger in our room. We were a little toasty at night, even after setting it to 66 degrees.

Overall great stay. Staff was super friendly and very helpful with info about the area and dining options. Clean room, nicely appointed, great location, etc. The not so great: We were on the 1st floor just down from laundry and it was very loud. Everytime someone rolled luggage cart or cleaning cart past, the door rattled. There was a tub shower combo and deep tub so hard to step in, towels were scratchy and bottom of tub stained. Would absolutely stay here again, just not this room (119).

The front desk and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were among the most spacious we have ever stayed in. We had requested connecting rooms at the time of booking, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel proactively assigned them the very next day and even followed up with a confirmation message. Their attention to detail and guest comfort truly stood out.

I was very impressed. I came with my husband and 2 young kids. The front hostess was so sweet and very accommodating. The free breakfast was incredible and the breakfast manager saw I was struggling with my kids and rushed over with a tray to help me. We will definitely be staying there again.

The whole experience was great. Very clean room, clean property, good breakfast, nice styling…but the best was how we were greeted and helped at the front desk. We were met with bright energetic smiles and willingness to answer questions and help anyway they could. They paid a little extra attention to our 3yr old daughter which made her smile after a long day of driving. We will definitely be back.

Had a 5/5 stay until the last day. I left Two jackets behind. When I called and spoke with manager, there was a lot of back and forth, with some belittling from him; he swore there were no items in the room and insisted I do not drive back from the airport to look for the items. He could not even give me specifics on the process for the hotel mailing the items to me (if found later). I told Him I was coming regardless. While En route to the hotel, I receive a call from him stating my personal belongings were mysteriously found and waiting for me at the front desk…..

What a lovely stay for a quick Biltmore trip! We were traveling multiple family members and asked for nearby or even connecting rooms when we booked the rooms. The staff quickly replied that they didn't have connecting rooms for the type we reserved, but they made a note in their system to place us as close as possible. I was impressed with the upfront and timely communication. Once we arrived, check-in was easy and friendly. Our rooms were right next to each other, which made meeting up to leave for meals and the Biltmore super convenient. This property is close to the Biltmore and not far from some great local restaurants. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The shampoo and conditioner bottle dispensers were full and served our big family well! We always run out of shampoo on trips! Lighting in the room was well placed as were plugs and charger spots. The space was roomy and we had no issues using the pullout couches for sleeping. Breakfast was filling and the staff was warm and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the small indoor pool and I appreciated the pool towel exchanges as we forgot to pack pool towels for the trip. Our family enjoyed our time in Asheville and we would totally return to this hotel on a future trip!

It was great to see some of the business back in Asheville. The Hampton was convenient to Biltmore village, town, and The Biltmore. I plan to stay there again when I return. The people at the front desk were exceptional!

Excellent property location, extremely clean and desk staff were wonderful. We had a room with windows facing Hendersonville Rd. It wasn't terrible but you could here traffic and loud cars go by. Glad I travel with a sound machine otherwise I may have asked to change rooms. Outside of that, everything was perfect!!

Very clean. Breakfast was always cold. One morning the potatoes were brought as I was standing there. I thought great I was getting hot potatoes. They were cold as were the eggs and sausage. Staff was friendly and helpful I would do 5 stars if the food wasn't so cold every day I ate there. I ate it anyway because it was convenient and at least it was something for breakfast.

Staff was attentive. Breakfast was mediocre. Bar was open only Friday and Saturday evenings. We asked for additional towels when not delivered during housekeeping rounds-- they were placed on the hallway carpet outside the room door (I "assume" the carpet was sanitized before the towels were put down). Room was too crowed with the Cleopatra chaise lounge. too little drawer space and limp. threadbare bedding.

Overall a fine hotel, but the breakfast was really bad. If they\'re going to serve eggs, sausage, "yogurt" that bad, probably better off not to serve anything at all.
