Keswick Hall

The hotel and grounds are beautiful! We were only there for 1 night so not able to take advantage of all the amenities. The Front Desk clerk was new and did not provide all information about the property. The instructions on how to get to our room were incorrect. We decided to have a drink in the lounge and upon entering both staff members were fully engaged in their conversation. We asked if we could select our own area to sit and were told yes, but not in a friendly welcoming manner, more annoyed that we had interrupted their conversation. The level of Customer Service did not meet the level of the property or prices they charge. We were glad to have dinner at Marigold which was an incredible experience.

Fantastic property.

THIS is a guilty pleasure. Love the location and isolation of this property. They have a couple dining options and great room service. Most importantly, they’re pet friendly and my “boys”, Louie and Logan are treated like rock stars. Great walking grounds, and the rooms are fabulous where you just want to stay in and relax.
