Giorno di apertura e tutto era perfetto e tutti pronti alla nuova stagione, piu' che pulito, le camere confortevoli, ben arredate, il ristorante sempre uno dei migliori nella costa orientale, colazione abbondante, parcheggio, possibilità di passeggiate, non lontano da splendide spiagge. personale preparato, cordiale e professionale
Giorno di apertura e tutto era perfetto e tutti pronti alla nuova stagione, piu' che pulito, le camere confortevoli, ben arredate, il ristorante sempre uno dei migliori nella costa orientale, colazione abbondante, parcheggio, possibilità di passeggiate, non lontano da splendide spiagge. personale preparato, cordiale e professionale

the property is stunning, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. more of a rustic setting than a glitz and glamour one. the rooms are very comfortable and ours had an outdoor tub, the place is fantastic. breakfast had a great spread, the main restaurant can get very busy, and the service there can be hit or miss, but the food makes up for it. be ready to be surrounded by a lot of Americans.

Stay away if you’re expecting a luxury stay. Our room had so many issues, it was a bad joke-and for $665/ night! This is the list: Vanity mirror coming off the wall, sink faucet loose, panel in front of tub was loose, tub faucet was loose, tub with ONLY a SHORT hand held attachment (No actual shower, again for $665/ night???), ANTS traveling on a little highway of their own right by the bed….After some back and forth we were given 2 rooms because they didn’t have another Jr Suite for 3 guests. So we actually had 3 rooms that night and finally got to sleep at 1:30 am! Torn and limp cushions by the pool. Three “toasts” offered to eat by the pool, but “no salads allowed”. What??? The “toasts” were overpriced and pretty thin. I checked out the “Spa”, I looked thru the window (it was closed) and saw a waiting area and the massage room…I would NOT call it a “Spa” and can’t believe that they do. Even the price list looked sad & beaten up. Breakfast was meh. No actually, it was horrible. Pastries were all dry. Eggs-which we ordered never arrived. The utensils had an awful taste. I tried about 6 different forks. I brought it to the server’s attention and she even tasted a fork and agreed. Upon checking she was told they wash the silverware with vinegar. But don’t they wash the vinegar off? Only positive? Sunset at the lounge. This was an absolutely awful experience. Any traveler looking for a luxury experience in the mtns of Sardinia should definitely choose another hotel.
