Clean and nice .Love the pool and sauna.Sokak restaurant is nice.Love the food.

Il faut vraiment adorer le mauvais gout et le bruit permanent, ils ne sont pas méchants, mais ne tenez pas compte des photos avec la piscine extérieure. Beaucoup d’autres parties fermées. Le bowling était sympa.

Even so its far from the old cily , but it has a unique location, sourounded will all kind of shops and coffee shops, it seems its busy most of the year, with huge free parking space, great breakfast .

Derudover lå der beskidt tøj på gangene som blev smidt derud fra de forskellige værelser. Det var klamt og beskidt i elevator og gange, og hotellets personale var ualmindelige ubehøvlede og havde en virkelig dårlig attitude. Vi spurgte om vi måtte bytte værelse, det måtte vi. Da vi kom derop var det slet ikke bedre og der manglede en hel glasvæg på badeværelset, så vi måtte blive på vores først tildelte værelse. Ingen spurgte os derefter om vi ville have et tredje værelse. Derudover kører hotellet med falsk reklame på deres billeder, de reklamerer for et kæmpe udendørs poolområde, men dette hører med til et helt andet hotellet og skal derfor betales for, hvis man vil benytte det. I stedet blev vi henvist til deres ulækre indendørs svømmehal. Verdens dårligste hotel og dårligste oplevelse!!

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato molto piacevole. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’accesso incluso alla sauna, alla piscina e alla palestra, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante e confortevole. La camera era spaziosa e ben organizzata, nonostante qualche pezzo di mobilio mostrasse lievi segni di usura. Nel complesso, però, l’ambiente era accogliente e ben curato. L’hotel è molto grande e la sua posizione è ideale, trovandosi vicino al tram che rende estremamente facile raggiungere il centro città. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il tragitto per l’aeroporto, per il quale è necessario prendere un taxi. Si può chiedere di chiamarne uno al personale gentile della reception. Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza.

This was not the best experience. The staff at the check in was professional and quick. It took only a few minutes to get us the room, but they kept our passports telling us to pick them up at check out. We insisted of having them back as soon as possible (they said that they need to make copies of them) and they said to come back in an hour. Not good, but we agreed as they were very busy. When we returned to get the passport an hour later a male staff member said that their copier was not working and again asked us to get them at check out. When we refused to leave without our passports another employee took care of us. It became clear that the male employee lied about broken copier. The first room that we got had a faulty locking mechanism. When it started taking longer than expected to fix the door, we requested a new room. That request was honored, but when we entered the second room we discovered that it was never cleaned after the previous guests left. Very disappointing and concerning that they didn’t have an appropriate system in place to know which rooms were clean. Another reason why it became more important for us to get our passports back. The cleaning and maintenance staff were great and took care of the second room immediately while we waited. The bathroom didn’t seem to properly drain after showers. The whole bathroom was wet which made it unsafe, slippery. Overall this could be a better hotel, but will not be the place that we would use again.

This property was substantially not as advertised. The rooms were advertised as having a washer/dryer, a balcony and a soaking tub. None of these was present. Upon calling the reception desk, I was told that none of the rooms ever had a washer/dryer. In addition, the sink drained into an open tray, which dumped black flakes of mildew onto the floor when draining. The soap dispensers and toilet paper dispenser in the room were not functioning. Soap and shampoo were provided upon request, but the toilet paper was rough and of poor quality. Due to the deceptive advertising (washer dryer was listed both in the main ad and under family-friendly features), I recommend that Expedia refuse to do further business with this hotel until they correct their ad, or provide the advertised amenities.

It felt like they had no idea how to treat guests with even basic courtesy. The hotel itself is filthy and neglected — dirty carpets, broken furniture, and a general smell of dampness everywhere. It’s clear that no one cares about maintenance or hygiene here. The pictures online are totally misleading. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry and absolutely not worth a single cent.

Staff were uninterested and even argued about my half board booking, insisting it was breakfast only (even though I had dinner the previous night) until I pushed back with proof. One rude waiter embarrassed me in front of other guests, though one staff member was kind enough to help. Rooms were poorly maintained, doors squeaky, hard to shut unless slammed, and the locks looked damaged. Not even a kettle provided for an hot drink either. Food was ok for survival but repetitive, with a small selection (around 10 items) and no drinks included. There were flies all over the food, when my wife showed a waiter, he screamed out loud saying “what do you want me to do”. I think he didn’t understand that we wanted him to do something about the flies, especially as there was a river and sewer nearby. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, especially for families with kids.

Otel çok kalabalıktı. Öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde restoran çalışanları yetersiz kalıyordu. Sipariş vermek ve hesap ödemek için uzun süre beklemek gerekiyor . C/in saatinin hiç olmazsa 1 saat öne alınması bence iyi olur (C/in saati:15.00) Otelin konumu,büyüklüğü,havaalanına yakınlığı iyiydi. Otelin hiç olmazsa havlularının ve halılarının yenilenmesi bence iyi olur

Hotel is not worth 4 stars.. VERY outdated… hotel staff not very nice.

We had booked for three persons, only Teo beds ready when We aerobe. They used an hour to deliver sheets for an extra bed, that We had to make up ourselves. The picture on the website of delux room beds is not quite like reality.

No aircondition, stated that it is available only after mid May, as room is warm, keeping windows open another problem as it is too noisy

keine Masken, kein Abstand. Zimmer war nach 15h immer noch eine gute Stunde nicht fertig. Chaos am Emodang, Mitarbeiter waren überfordert.

Very bad treatment and I was asked to pay the price of the room even though I paid an amount with taxes from you and then they asked for 60 euros in taxes and because I was in a hurry I had to pay taxes again and with this I was delayed for an hour and they are angry with all customers And also a restaurant waiter who stole the account and did not agree to bring an invoice

Reception staff were very rude and talk to you disrespectfully. Had to remind them that we were a guest and to talk politely.

Resepsiyon personeli hiç güler yüzlü değildi. Benden ödemiş olduğum otel parasını ikinci defa tahsil etmeye çalıştılar faturayı göstermeme rağmen sorun çıkardılar.

You get what you pay for. Cheap and easy to get to airport. Perfectly adequate for a 1 night stop. Restuarant food and service was good in the downstairs lobby area.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, very close shopping center and any other requirements. But its to busy most of the time cause its the main place for social activities in sarajevo.
